This property was perfect for our trip! It was clean, nice decor, had everything we needed, including being able to park in the garage. The property manager was easy to communicate with.

This was a perfect location in Cave Creek/Carefree. Close to stores and restaurants, with lots to do. The accomodations were clean and spacious and very comfortable. It was nice to be able to sit outside on the patio - the community spa and pool are available for use as well. Communication was great with the owner and we would definitely recommend this beautiful location to others traveling to the area.

Great stay

This property with 2 King beds is excellent. Very clean and modern. The only issue we had (and we did not bother the owner with) was operating the AC system at night. Again, i am sure if we would have asked the owners- they would have helped. They responded to everything VERY promptly and were outstanding hosts! I would stay there again!!

The property was clean and conveniently located across from shops and restaurants. Having a garage was nice. The patio area was small and located off the bedrooms.

My family had the best time in Carefree, AZ. The property was perfectly located. It was exactly as described and super clean.

Absolutely loved this property. We so enjoy this area; the restaurants and the people. Sean was very attentive and always willing to help and provided so many provisions. We will definitely be back!

Clean, comfortable, very convenient, just as listed.

I could not believe how my husband and I lucked out in finding this townhouse available. To walk to the center of Carefree, was to walk across the street. Everything was right there for shopping and dining. We could even walk to the grocery store complex next door. I loved the newly renovated master bathroom. The decor and furnishings were very nice but the living room did not have enough light to read a book at night. The master bedroom was also very dark. Sheer curtains under the heavy drapery in the master bedroom would allow for privacy and light during the day. A chair side lamp is needed in the living room. The owner can thank me for washing the inside of all the bedroom drawers which cleaning people tend to forget. All and all we loved our stay. It is dangerous to wake up with the whim to buy a piece of fine jewelry and all you have to do is cross the street!!!

JoEllen has created a very comfortable and well appointed spot in Northern Scottsdale. The kitchen has all that one needs to settle in and the bedrooms are lovely. Also, the living room is is large and comfortable. Sean was very responsive to our needs and helpful. We would consider renting this spot again.

My husband, daughter and I spent last week in this clean, well-appointed and well-decorated unit which truly exceeded our expectations. The owners of the unit went above and beyond to ensure that we had all the comforts of home. We slept well in comfortable beds with good quality linens. Even the towels were plentiful and of excellent quality. The proximity to both Carefree and Cave Creek made this the perfect location. We recommend this particular unit very highly. This place is absolutely beautiful! The landlords (JoEllen and Sean) are also very very nice - they left us some chocolate covered strawberries as we were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and one night when the cable went out through no fault of their own they did everything they could to get us up and running ASAP. They were super responsive via text and e-mail. They left us all clear instructions for what to do upon checkout and everything was easy as pie and relaxing. Their are resorts up the road that I don't think can even come close to comparing to the relaxing experience we had here (and this is less than half the price). The pool area is very peaceful and was a great place for us to hang out with a few family members for a bit. The barbecue grill in the backyard is brand new and works excellently. The beds are beyond comfortable. I don't know what kind they are but oh my god, they put my bed at home to shame! After we checked out I even got a thank you for leaving the condo in such great condition. :) I would recommend this property to anyone.

very comfortable place to stay in the heart of carefree. Great town really enjoyed the hike in that was close by.

My husband, small dog and I arrived at this lovely townhome early January and departed early March. This was our first time to Arizona and I must say the amenities were awesome! The two bedrooms had king sized beds (very comfortable) and still plenty of room. The up-to-date TV's and WiFi were an additional plus for this property. Very close to the Town Center and shops, restaurants and lovely cacti gardens. The owners were very helpful and left information for things to do in the area. I must say our first time to Arizona was a wonderful experience and we couldn't have wished for a better location away from the high traffic area. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family who might be traveling that part of the country. We would stay here again on our next trip to Carefree!

Great location and great townhouse

What a beautiful town home. We recently travelled from Boston and were so delighted to stay here. There was every amenity and the location is just perfect. We loved the little wine bar, "Cellar 13" - easy walk to everything. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay, we will be back.
