Beautiful and cozy bungalow located just 2 blocks from the beach, and 5 blocks from downtown Folly. Walkable to everything in Folly, and a 15-minute drive to downtown Charleston. Impeccably furnished and comfortable with lots of outdoor space to enjoy relaxing in the sunshine! We had a lovely visit - you will too!

We loved our stay at Lamm’s End. The house is well appointed and comfortable, with the dreamiest porch and outdoor shower. The location is our favorite stretch of the island and a stone’s throw from the tennis court and playground. The house was very clean and the linens and towels of high quality. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfect for our family of 4 but could easily handle 6 as we did not need the twin bedroom. The owner really did a good job renovating this place to make it comfortable for their guests. We loved the outdoor deck area around the house with a nice table for dining, a great covered sitting area off the rear and the outdoor shower is very well done. They just added a firepit in the backyard which will be nice for future stays. The inside is well decorated and everything was comfortable. Our daughter just started at College of Charleston and we hope to make it back to this place as much as possible. Plenty of parking at the house. The walk to the beach is very short. The walk to Center St is longer but still very manageable. Being next to the courts and playground is nice as there is always a little activity going on there. We hope that others enjoy their stay at this property as much as we did. Many thanks to Beth as well. She was a real pleasure to work with.

The perfect cottage is so well curated - every piece felt like it was out there with love. It feels more like a home than a rental with such nice furnishings, great sheets and towels, everything we needed and walkable to town and to the beach. The deck was the perfect place to read and have happy hour together. I’d love to come stay again.

Doesn’t feel like a rental but a cozy, beautifully furnished and decorated home. Well equipped kitchen and all you need to enjoy the beach which is a short walk. Comfortable beds and nice showers.

This house was absolutely gorgeous inside and out. It was spotless and very well-cared for. Beth has a great communication style - clear, concise, and responsive. The location of the house is great. Just blocks from the main “drag” of Folly Beach and only 25 minutes or so from downtown Charleston. The house has two private bedrooms with queen beds, and one smaller bedroom with two twin/full beds. Keep that in mind if traveling with a group. The full kitchen has all the amenities, and the living room and sitting room were perfect for lounging and playing games! Highly recommend!

We've had a lovely stay at Folly Beach. Property is perfect and Beth is a very welcoming and helpful host. The house is 2 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 min walk from Folly Beach centre. Great place to hang out or use as a base for exploring Charleston and the surrounding area. Highly recommended.

Beautiful well equipped home just a block and a half from the beach. Far enough away from the center of town but close enough for easily walking to. Beth, the owner & manager, was wonderful to work with. Every detail has been thought out and would absolutely look to stay again in the future.

A perfect week
We had the best, most relaxing vacation at this beautiful cottage-by-the sea! Everything about this house is perfect: the beautiful design, the amazing location, and the lovely interior which manages to be both beachy-elegant and cozy. We had our morning coffee on the outside deck every day, listening to the birds. The beach is one of the most beautiful we have ever been to: vast expanses of sand, perfect waves, and virtually empty on a weekday in late April. The cottage is so close to the beach! And it is also the perfect distance to restaurants—you can walk to the restaurants, but the cottage is very quiet, and the lovely landscaping makes you feel like you are in a beach oasis. The container plantings are striking. The outside shower was a special treat, as it had hot water, as well as cold, which was a super-relaxing way to wash off the sand. Beth’s interior décor is beautiful. Soothing colors, great decorative accents, gorgeous tiles in the bathrooms, and such comfortable beds! I really cannot say enough about this property. It provided us with a wonderful respite. Thank you, Beth! We plan to return next year!

We fully enjoyed our stay in this home on Folly. It started on a very high note with Beth proactively reaching out to offer an early check in. We loved the house - gorgeously decorated, in a great walkable spot, and a lovely outdoor space for happy hours and outside dinners. Would highly recommend!

Charming Folly Beach Cottage
Beth's Charming Folly Beach Cottage was truly amazing. Five Stars all the way! It was a perfect home base for our spring break adventures to the beach and downtown Charleston. Beth was personable, very proactive, and communicated every detail. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back!

Family friendly, easy walk to beach
Our family of four (2 grown ups, 3yo and 5yo) enjoyed this house. Quick 2 block walk to the beach, playground across the street, and a short drive into Charleston for the aquarium, restaurants, etc. Beth was very communicative and the house had all the comforts to make travel easy (cooking basics, beach towels and chairs, laundry including detergent, etc.) FYI, the layout is all the bedrooms attached to the central living area, so we didn't watch TV after kid bedtime, but there is a beautiful deck to relax at any hour. (Expect some bugs at dusk.)

Not Like Other Beach Rentals
I can’t say enough about this house! Beth has curated such a beautiful, unique place to stay at Folly! We loved everything about the house, inside and outside. So much artwork to appreciate! The deck is amazing and great for relaxing after beach days. The location couldn’t have been better. Less than a two minute walk to the beach and a breeze to anywhere on the island with a golf cart. We had our little boys with us, so the playground across the street was a huge bonus! This was our first time visiting Folly and we plan to return often. When we do, we know where we’ll be staying!

Favorite place on Folly!
We so enjoyed our stay at Lamm’s End. Beth was very attentive and communicative and I can’t think of a rental I’ve had where something hasn’t gone wrong. This was the exception! The attention to detail in the cottage is exceptional. We just loved sitting out on the deck and hearing the cheery sounds of the neighborhood. We look forward to another visit!
