Dieses 2 Schlafzimmer / 1 Bad Haus Duplex ist 3 Blocks von Thomas Drive auf Panama City Beach. Es ist vor kurzem in Strandhaus Dekor aktualisiert. Neuer Teppich, neue Farbe, neue Geräte eine Waschmaschine und Trockner inklusive. Es ist nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand, Club La Vela und Spinnaker. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Golf und Vergnügungen Fahrten sind ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar. FYI, wenn dieses Gerät bereits für die Tage Ihrer Wahl ausgebucht ist, habe ich ein anderes Gerät direkt nebenan mit dem gleichen Layout und umzäunten Hof.--- Immobiliennummer # 677172.

Convenient to beach and restaurants, pet friendly property
This listing is on the quiet end of PCB. Lots of good restaurants, 2 blocks from the beach and a quick drive to Rick Seltzer Park. Yard was nice for our dog. Dawn was always accessible and very responsive to any communication.

This property was perfect for a winter get away.
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Having an enclosed backyard was a plus because we brought along a small dog. She also enjoyed her time in Panama City. The booking process was easy and Dawn was excellent as the properties host.

Fall Break getaway
Our family and fur babies had a great Fall break week in this cozy duplex. It was the perfect fit for our large dogs being that it had a fenced in back yard and was not on a main road. The kids enjoyed being close to St. Andrews State park and many fun restaurants. We enjoyed being on the outskirts of the busy town with full house accommodations, many thanks!

We chose to evacuate for Hurricane Ida at the last minute and we’re so thankful we found this place. Dawn accepted our pets with open arms. The house was exactly what we needed with the gated yard. Dawn even went out of her way to check in on us after we came home. Couldn’t ask for anyone kinder!

Pretty Perfect
The location was perfect. So close to the state park that we love so much. A short drive to the heavy traffic and noise of the busier part of the strip allowed us to enjoy a blissfully quiet vacation but enjoy all of the attractions only minutes away. The walk to the public beach took only 5-10 minutes. The ability to bring our dog and have a fenced yard was the best part for our family. We will definitely book this listing again!

Wonderful vacation
Renting process was simple. Listing was very clean when we arrived. Location was good, very accommodating for our fur baby. Overall, a wonderful vacation. What you see pictured is what you get?! I would 100% recommend. I enjoy staying closer to the beachfront, however if we travel with our Mack again, we will definitely look to book here first! Thank you for the great experience!

Good location, a little run down but clean
Host was very responsive. This is one half of a duplex. It’s a little rundown for the price but it makes up for it in location and cleanliness. We enjoyed our time here and the backyard is great for a dog. The dog beach is by Pier Place, about 20 minutes away. Lots of restaurants and activities (mini golf, go carts, etc) nearby.

Quiet and peaceful
We enjoyed our stay! It was down close to St Andrews park and the Marinas which was perfect for us and our jet skis. The place was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. It was a quick, easy trip to the boat ramp and we saw dolphins as soon as we off loaded! There are several beach accesses within a short drive. We will be staying again. Thank you Dawn!

We took our dogs to dog beach which was about 15 minutes away. The house had a nice little yard and back patio that we enjoyed with our dogs and coffee in the mornings. The place is a little small and not updated, so if your looking for a glamorous place this isn’t it. But it was perfect for us and our pups! Dawn was super easy to contact and checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely stay at one of her locations again.

Great place, could use a TV channel guide and instructions on remote controls. Ice maker in freezer was hit or miss on making ice. No strainer for making mac and cheese or spaghetti. However, these things are small compared to location to beach and lagoon. Easy walks and the neighborhood was quiet and clean. Highly recommend.

Just a lovely rental.
We travel we a pet so I always have a time finding something to fit our needs. This property was very fitting and met our needs. Very clean and spacious and amazing with the fenced in back yard definitely a plus with a pet. We were very satisfied and would stay again. Communication with the manager was simple and easy we recommend highly.

This is an awesome place to stay with your dogs. Really close to St. Andrew's State Park, an public beach access areas. We would definitely look into renting this place again. Very clean an beautiful place. Lots of room to move around even with 2 medium size dogs, they loved basking in the sun in th back fenced yard. If you are looking for a nice pet friendly place this is it !!!!

Great Little House!
We had a wonderful time staying here! The owner Dawn was very helpful and is always available if you have a question. We brought our 2 dogs and they were very comfortable with the house and the fenced in backyard. It was absolutely perfect for our needs. I would stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone who would like a beach vacation with their furry friends!
