This is our second year staying at this home. We absolutely love it. Great home for a lot of people which we usually have. Can’t wait to be back again next year! Joe even gained a glass float from us this year!!!

Such a wonderful Island and such a wonderful home! Joe and his daughter were exceptionally good hosts. The house is beautiful, clean, well maintained and so convenient to downtown Block island and the beaches and all the wonders the Island has to share. My family and friends who came to stay loved being able to gather in a spacious and nicely furnished and decorated, yet comfortable home where we could all get together in the large living room and watch sunsets together on the large front porch. The outdoor shower was one of my favorite amenities and the central air kept us cool throughout our 2 week stay. Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own bath. This was so great for having numerous couples and adults join us. The home and the owners exceeded my expectations and I hope to return many more times.

This property is so well maintained and cared for. It is close to town and just EASY. I have three grown children with their significant others and there was plenty of space for all. We all would recommend for sure!

The house was wonderful and spotless. The bathrooms are very modern. The setting is so beautiful and restful. A few planes from the airport, but not a big deal. Joe, the owner, was a wonderful host, at the ready if I needed anything. I so enjoyed meeting him.

This house was perfect for our family group. Everyone had enough of their own space to make it comfortable for all. The location is great, an easy walk to town, beaches and harbors. The house is meticulously cared for.

We just returned from a weeks stay at this beautiful home. It was just as advertised, close to Old Towne, but in a quiet neighborhood. Kelsea and her father Joe were wonderful to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. The island was very quiet and peaceful. While many restaurants were closed for season, there were still some restaurants open to enjoy. We look forward to returning and staying here again someday. Highly recommend.

This house was amazing. From beautiful sunrises off the master bedroom to the large amount of yard space or the magnificent porch. We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay with three generations of family in this lovely, comfy home! The view out of our upstairs bedrooms over liked a grassy green field with trees and a beautiful native rock wall for the fence. The porches is where we spent much of our time rocking, sipping tea, napping and watching grandkids play in the grassy yard. There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all 4 couples and the grandkids as well. The kitchen and dining area worked out great and had all we needed. Great place to relax and enjoy and play yet easy to get to the grocery, restaurants or the beach.

We had 4 adults (2 couples) and 5 kids. The house worked perfectly. The house was clean and spacious and exactly as advertised. Easy to get anywhere with a quick car ride or bike ride. I highly recommend.

We LOVED this property. We have been visiting the island every summer for 15 years and this house checked all of our boxes. WIFI was good, outdoor shower was awesome, AC was incredible on the main and the bedrooms. The picnic table was large enough to fit all 11 of us - we used the two stools that were also outside. We had two days of down pouring and the basement with the beds stayed dry! Typically - I do not do laundry on vacation but the laundry area was great and I did several loads. Love the wrap around porch and the rockers. Joe and Kelsea were top notch to work with. All and all we had a fabulous time and look forward to next year!

During the day you can watch the private jets swoop in to land at the nearby airport as you rock away on the splendid front porch. Walking to New Harbor or New Shorham is easy. We walked to the farmers market and into town for meals many times. We thought we would be unhappy not being able to see the water from the home, we fell in love with this location. Joe is a wonderful host, while we did not see him once we checked in, we knew he was available should an issue present itself. The home has a nice layout. The natural light and the carpentry finishes are exquisite. The beds are comfortable. The family room furniture was a little uncomfortable, and could be replaced. Honestly, very little time was spent sitting in the family room with all that Block Island and the location offers.

Location close to Town and State beach (walking distance <1 mile) and away from the busy areas. Great quiet location with a large area for kids to play in the yard. Enjoyed the porch with enough rocking chairs for the whole family.

We loved our stay here! This beautiful home has a cozy, rich feel with nice size bedrooms and modern bathrooms. The location was very convenient for all activities. The owner could not have been nicer! Thank you!

This house was amazing. The listing on VRBO doesn't really capture how magical the location is, and how obviously cared for the house is. Joe, the owner, lives on the property and he is an amazing resource for knowledge about the town and responded to all of our questions about the house very quickly. Kelsea was great at coordinating the visit. We'll be back!!

We had another great week on Block Island staying at the Brennan house at 200 off of Connecticut Avenue. The upgrades to the house since our last visit are amazing and Joe was once again a gracious host. Thanks again Joe and Kelsea!

This was our second summer staying in the beautiful Brennan home on BI! The house is very clean and well appointed. The central air conditioning was amazing to have on the hot days. We look forward to returning to this gorgeous home again!!

This home exceeded our expectations. The setting is just perfect for kicking back and relaxing. The porch breezes and the spacious yard made outdoor living as comfortable as indoors. Proximity to town just perfect for a morning walk to the store or coffee shop. Sure hope we get to return to this well furnished and maintained home.
