We throughly enjoyed staying here with our adult sons and their families while attending our 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration with other extended family members at a local restaurant. The home was perfect for providing community in the family area while giving those who were still sleeping the quiet they needed to get their rest.

We loved our stay in Colorado Springs! We were there for USAFA graduation week and this location was perfect. It was close to everything we needed and the house itself fit our group comfortably. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Great location, great host, hiuse has everything you need. We spoke with neighbors and they where friendly. Hosts where very responsive and easy to work with.

We had an amazing stay at this location. Chek-in and check-out were very easy. If we had any problems, I would contact the owner and he replied instantly. Beautiful, clean home with space for all 9 adults and 3 kids. When it rained, we just played games inside. The only downside to this place is the fact that the backyard is not "toddler-friendly" because of the different levels of back-yard.
We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed this beautiful home with all of the beautiful views. It was well furnished and had lots of movies, books and games for children and adults. It was just right for a large family or multifamily stay.

Great location and property, would not recommend for individuals with limited mobility due to amount of stairs to get to bedrooms, but other than that we had a wonderful time!

I would highly recommend this home! Plenty of space to spread out. Large selection of movies and games (not to mention the ping pong table downstairs). My young girls found the trunk loaded with play dresses which was a highlight for them. Make sure you take advantage of the large deck! We ate almost every meal outside.
As far as location it is a couple minutes from Focus on the Family and 20-30 minutes from Manitou Springs and Pikes Peak Cog.
We greatly enjoyed our stay and the owners were very helpful and great to talk with.

Great place; great location!
The location of this property was excellent and just as described. We enjoyed watching the planes and parachutes from the USAFA every morning. Experienced great communication with the owner. Our grandchildren loved playing in the backyard and we appreciated the baby gate. Might not hurt to add one on the upper deck as the first step is a bit trickier for toddlers. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property!

What a great place for our family!
This was a great place for our family to stay. We were able to all relax, spend time together and spend time apart in this house. Lots of levels with comfortable furniture everywhere. Kitchen was well stocked with necessary equipment and room for all to sit and eat.
Close to many things to do and the view was wonderful.
It was so easy to check in and check out. The extra keys were a big help too!
Will definitely look at staying here again in the future

Excellent Vrbo stay
Steve was very communicative during our stay. His daughter, Becka, was very kind to meet us there and show us the property. Beautiful mountain views. Great property for kids and family. Perfect location for all tourist locations. We visited Royal Gorge, Penny Arcades in Manitou Springs, Bishop Castle, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and visited family in Colorado Springs and Pueblo. Cousins enjoyed the huge living room for sleep over movie nights and board games. Also, they loved the tree house and trampoline in the back yard. The adults enjoyed the fire pit, outdoor patio seating, the spacious kitchen, and huge tub upstairs for relaxing bubble baths. Thank you Flannery family for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Memory Maker
This property made our trip to Colorado a wonderful experience. Our adult children and their families stayed with us and we had plenty of room to entertain them and our local relatives, as we were in Colorado for a memorial service. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed our time together so much more than if we had stayed in a hotel. This property was exactly as it was described and we would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely wonderful stay
My sister and family live about five miles from this property so the location was ideal for a weekend that included a military retirement ceremony and high school graduation. As if the location were not ideal enough, the home is beautifully furnished, scenery and setting are idyllic and peaceful, and everything about it is comfort, comfort, comfort! The hosts were beyond gracious and welcoming, and as long as this home is available, my family and I do not intend to search for any alternate locations on future visits. Definitely five stars!

Wonderful cozy home. The thoughtful Christmas decorations made us all feel at home. 1 small suggestion would be a Tv in the master bedroom. I would definitely recommend this beautiful property.

COVID 2020 Vacation
The House was just as it was listed. My Husband and I took our Two Grown Children and their Spouses plus our Four Grandchildren (Ages 2, 4, 6 and 10). The Children loved the Backyard with the Treehouse, Play Set, Trampoline and Volleyball Court. It gave them room to run and play and use some of their energy. We could watch them from the Patio. The Split Level Patio was wonderful. There was also an Outdoor Grill that we used Two-Night. We played Cards on the Patio after the kids went to bed.
The House had plenty of room for all of us, plus room for a few more. The Washer and Dryer came in handy after everyone went White Water Rafting. It was nice having this available. So many amenities and easy access to the Main Highway in CS. Great location to all activities. The view from the Patio was beautiful.
Steve was very helpful if we had any questions. Explained everything we needed to know upon check-in. Check-out was simple.
I would highly recommend staying in this house if visiting Colorado Springs. We will definitely be calling upon Steve again if we Vacation in Colorado in the future.

Comfortable and spacious house for families
We spent 3 nights in July and absolutely love this house. The owner met us and showed us around the house at check-in, which was very helpful and made us feel welcome. The house has plenty of space for a large family or group. The yard is a kid’s dream with a treehouse, trampoline and plenty of room to run around and explore. We thoroughly enjoyed the many family oriented board games available as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would have loved to stay longer!

Warm and welcoming!
Our Parent's Weekend stay at this lovely Briargate home was highlighted by the care of the owner to meet us at the house to give us a personal tour. We felt immediately welcomed! Even the neighbors asked us if we needed anything! The Flannery home has multiple living spaces for all generations to escape and enjoy. Their deck and outdoor space give you serene and peaceful place to rest from the day. We so enjoyed our time!

Comfortable Home Away From Home
Our Family (kids and grandkids, 7 Adults, 5 children) had a very relaxed and comfortable 5-day stay here. The house was cozy, the instructions easy to read from the notebook and our questions were answered promptly during our stay.
If we travel to Colorado Springs again, we would definitely consider Stephen and Allison's home again!

Great home for our whole family
We stayed for almost a week with three generations from 6 months old to 58 years. The house was perfect for us. We could get together in the large rooms and spread out when we needed to. The grandkids enjoyed the backyard play areas and we all spent time on the deck. Location worked well with easy access to highways to area attractions. Recommend it for any family or group

Home away from home...
Our family (ages 9 months-60 years old) really enjoyed staying in this home. It was very spacious, and it was decorated beautifully. There was nothing we needed when we arrived. Very close to many of the places we visited. The owners even texted to make sure all was going well. I would definitely recommend this home to others.
