Right off Main Street and easy access to Rio Grande bike path. We did not cook there but kitchen seemed well equipped. Bed was comfortable and good closet space. If you need a base for enjoying the town and valley it is perfect.

We had a fantastic experience with this property. It was perfectly located for a local yoga retreat we were attending and the owner was awesome! Last year we stayed at a hotel for the retreat and felt far away. It was nice to be able to walk to everything this year.

Great location, easy stay
Really enjoyed bringing my wife and our dog here for a long weekend. Being in downtown Carbondale was lovely and we were able to access lots of great hikes as well as the other towns in the valley.

The place is amazing, it has all the amenities of a big house in a small property, we were very comfortable and check in and out process was super easy, the property manager is very friendly and quick to respond. Overall a excellent experience.

Best Carbondale location
This is our second stay at one of the Owner's properties, sparkling clean, everything we needed, and, as former town residents coming back for a visit, the location couldn't be better! We brought blankets to cover the Owners' furniture to ensure protection of their property and that our pets would be welcome back. Our pets enjoyed the fenced in yard (hard to find in a rental and never in a hotel). We used our former vet/kennel Red Hill for doggie daycare when we were out at appointments. There is no hotel that gives the same great location and comfort for both us AND our pets!

The property is center ally located in Carbondale and we walked everywhere. It was perfect for us and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean and neat. We would recommend for an individual or a couple.

Carbondale relaxtion
I stayed for 7 nights in mid January 2022 and it's a nice and quiet place and centrally located. It has everything you need for cooking and snacking and I enjoyed working remotely. Everything is just a walk away: excellent creative and fun restaurants, cafes, shops etc. The bus is very convenient and the wonderful Library with beautiful views is only a couple of blocks away too. The A/C system warms up the place nicely and because I am a light sleeper, I switched it off at night and back on in the morning.
Nina is an excellent Host and quick responder. First time in Creative Carbondale and will be back!

Great location!
If you want to be able to walk to the shops & restaurants in downtown Carbondale, you couldn't ask for a better location. This rental is nicely furnished & a good size for two adults, with room to spread out inside & a nice, shaded outdoor patio. We didn't do any real cooking in the kitchen, but it seemed to be stocked with the basics. The bed is on the softer side.

Loved staying in Downtown Carbondale
It’s a cute, clean, studio apartment in the heart of downtown Carbondale. There are several restaurants, bars/breweries/a distillery, coffee within a minutes walk. The bed is really comfortable. There is a nice patio. We can’t wait to come back in the summer.

Great property!
This is a great location for Glenwood Springs, Aspen, or Snowmass! It is a very clean house that was perfect for the two of us. The house was well stocked with items you might need and you can tell the owners care about the comfort of their renters. We walked to a different restaurant each night and enjoyed the quiet, friendly town. Highly recommend this house and the owner! One of the best rental experiences!

Very comfortable and functional
We stayed 5 nights and found the unit to be very comfortable (especially the bed!) and it had everything we needed. The back patio was a great place to eat dinner or just enjoy a glass of wine. Carbondale is quiet and easy to get around either on a bike or walking. In short, we enjoyed our stay!

Cozy Main Street Retreat
My wife and I stayed here for a four night getaway. The property was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. It’s in a great location with dining and shops within a short distance. There is a lovely bike trail a block away. The patio is beautiful as is the yard. Nina herself was a wonderful host. She checked with us shortly after we arrived and was a text away when we needed her. If you plan on staying in Carbondale, this is a great place.

Great centrally located spot in Carbondale
We had a great stay at Nina's place. It's centrally located just off of Main Street, near restaurants, shops, farmer's market, parks, liibrary, and almost everything else in town. We slept comfortably with two boys on the futon/couch sleeper, and us in the bedroom. The kitchen is well appointed if you choose to cook for yourself. There is a nice patio with an outdoor table and chairs, bbq, and a small yard. Nina has recommendations on where to go to eat or find entertainment and get outdoors. There's a restaurant next door, and a co-working space across Main Street should you need to get any work done during your stay. There's Penny Hot Springs a short drive away, or you can do white water rafting followed by Music on the Mountain in Glenwood Springs. Lots of hiking trails around (Hanging Lake and Grizzly Creek are two we like). Great restaurants in nearby Basalt. And of course the Mountain Festival in Carbondale at the end of July for music, food, and art. This is our second stay in Carbondale, and we look forward to coming back again in the future. Nina was a great host!

Comfy, cozy place to experience the Roaring Fork Valley from
This studio is located just behind Main Street, accessed from an alley with assigned parking for guests. From here its a one minute walk to True Nature (a yoga, retreat and spa center that is world class), plenty of great restaurants like the Village Smithy for breakfast, Roosters and Allegria. Bonfire Coffee is a favorite hangout, too and the movie theatre---one screen---that plays art house films are all a short walk away.
The studio has everything you need for your stay....lots of supplies in the kitchen and laundry. The bed is super comfy and the bathroom nice and roomy. Nina and Jess were very responsive hosts, too! Appreciate them sharing their place with me.

Carbondale Charm!
We recently stayed at this property for a ski vacation to the Aspen ski mountains and had a great time! The space was perfect for us - well designed, well appointed, comfy bed, terrific location near restaurants/bars and shops. The owners were so nice, very accommodating, and proactive with information. The public transportation to and from the ski areas and the town of Aspen is really well run and a bargain - free from many stops in the valley. We had a great time and plan to come back in the summer. Thanks for a great stay!

Convenient, Comfortable, Carbondale Apartment
We spent a week at this Carbondale Rental while skiing Aspen. The location is excellent. Very easy walk to restaurants, pubs, shops and even supermarket. The I-82 Intercept parking lot where free buses to Aspen, Snowmass, Buttermilk and Highlands can be caught is less than 30 minute drive. Kitchen was well equipped, pantry was sparse, nice bathroom with washer/dryer, and the queen size bed was comfortable. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Will definitely be a repeat customer the next time we ski Aspen. Thank you for an excellent stay during our IKON Pass road trip!

Everything for you and your dog!
We love this great studio! It is right off main street, close to everything. It is very quiet and comfortable for us and our Goldendoodle. Nina welcomes your dog. Other places "allow" your pet. She is there for every need and could not be easier and friendlier to work with.
We have stayed here twice and plan on returning again next year!

Beautiful, quiet, clean retreat off Main Street
Our family of 4 (kids ages 6 and 8) truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, sparkling clean apartment in downtown Carbondale. It is a stone's throw from everything on Main Street, yet we marvelled at how quiet it was for sleeping each night. We stayed in January 2019, which was a particularly cold time of year, but the heater in the apartment worked wonderfully. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we could have prepared every meal here if we had wanted to, but we also took advantage of walking to the local restaurants and coffee shop. It is right next to the Village Smithy, one of our favorites. The apartment had lovely towels and linens, and the convenience of a washing machine and dryer-- it was wonderful to be able to wash our ski clothes! The bathroom was lovely, and we were surprised that there were even a few complimentary toiletries! Keep in mind that the fold-out couch was fine for our small kids (and would be fine for one adult), but it would be a squeeze for older kids. Thanks to the owner, Nina, who was very responsive and helpful. We'll definitely be back!
