Dieses 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder der Stadt zu Hause ist das perfekte Urlaubsziel für Familien und Paare gleichermaßen. Alle neuen und alles, was wir nicht auf etwas sparen.

Wir persönlich liebe es zu kochen und verbringen viel Zeit in den öffentlichen Bereichen als eine Familie, so dass Sie eine tolle Küche und Esszimmer sowie eine große Familie Wohnbereich und ein Spielzimmer im Erdgeschoss erwarten. Nicht zu vergessen die riesigen Hinterhof, die mit dem anderen Gerät geteilt wird erwähnt. Wir haben eine Yoga-Deck, bbq-Grill und sogar Hochbeeten mit frischem Gemüse im Sommer.

Our family enjoyed our stay to celebrate my MILs 75th birthday. The house has everything we needed , including a stocked kitchen and fully supplies bathrooms. The location is great for easy access to Glenwood, Basalt, or Aspen, all of which have more to offer.

We had a group of 7 guys in town for a long weekend of skiing and this house was perfect. Only a few blocks from downtown Carbondale so great location. The home is well furnished and updated with plenty of room to spread out and a large backyard. Also, plenty of parking, well stocked and CLEAN. The host was very communicative and let us drop our bags off early so we could ski the day we arrived. Highly recomend!

Friends and family stayed together to attend a wedding.
The location was perfect for Springs Creek. The bedrooms worked perfectly and the amenities such as the back seating area and coffee beans in the cupboard were much enjoyed. Very comfortable place and perfect for our weekend in Carbondale.

Jerry is a great host!! He was very accommodating to our needs. Place was clean and beautiful. Unit has everything needed. The backyard gazebo/ sitting area is great. Loved this property and will definitely be back!!

Jerry was super responsive to any concerns or issues we had! The space was super comfortable and clean! There are many things to pass the time if you have to relax, books, games, etc. Kitchen had everything we needed for making suppers and breakfast! We enjoyed our stay and were only sad because it was already booked for our Christmas in Carbondale!

Carbondale is a perfectly-sized mountain town and this rental is at a perfect location to explore the town, local region, and Rockies at large.

Family Wedding
We stayed here for the week of a big family wedding. The owner/manager was great to us. He provided bikes upon request. The home was beautifully outfitter with everything one could possibly need. The configuration of the house lent itself to privacy with two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. There was a nice backyard for family gatherings. Walking distance to restaurants and the bike path were also a plus.
The only downside was that during hot weather, the one cooking unit in the home located in the kitchen was not adequate for cooling. At night, with windows opened, things would gradually cool down. During the day, the house was far too hot.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at the Gillespie’s property. It’s a great location and provides plenty of space for a family or friends gathering! Communication and amenities are top notch. Great backyard! Highly recommend.

Great Property for 4 cycling couples!
We eight had a great two days in the home that was literally a 30 second bike ride to the the Rio Grand Bike path! Very cool. Great layout for couples or a family group. Topped it off at our favorite restaurant in Glenwood Springs (“Smoke”) on Saturday afternoon. Would definitely choose this property again if available for a our trip next year!

Wonderful Sty in Carbondale
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location is convenient to everything in the Valley and Carbondale downtown/restaurants and the Rio Grande biking and walking trail. The apartment has a great set up with two bedrooms and a bath on the first floor and the same on the lower level. Everything we needed for a week long stay in the Aspen area was provided.

Cozy clean stay!
The check-in process was ultra easy, wonderful space for all of us. There are two communal spaces. We were there for an unusual snowstorm but we were still cozy and warm inside. Kitchen is great well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, and crockpot. Easy to get to different parts of town from this location. Quiet. Loved the gazebo in the backyard. Wind didn’t penetrate that spot so we could sit out and enjoy the beautiful garden.

Birthday weekend
This was a great property for our family! Enough beds for everyone with a cozy, comfortable feel. Enjoyed grilling and lounging in the backyard. Used the bikes and rode on the bike trail with easy access to downtown Carbondale. And it was an easy drive to Glenwood Springs!

We had an amazing time the house was just perfect for our family. It was super clean, comfortable and it smelled fresh. The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to enjoy our labor day weekend. Now we know where to stay any time we travel back to our hometown!!

Carbondale vacation
This property was fabulous! We will stay there again. It was perfect with the two living spaces. It was a family reunion end it was nice to have a space for grown-ups and space for the children.
It was spotless and the host provided many many amenities that other homes did not.
