Great place convenient to everything in PCB. Parking was easy and the unit was just as advertised. The check in and out process was convenient. I would recommend utilizing the beach chair service as it is a lot to haul the entire family’s chairs to the beach. Great time busy our entire group!

A TRUE 5 star stay!!!! Myself, my wife, kids, and grandparents had a wonderful time here. The views from the condo were breathtaking with our coffee each morning. Great location near restaurants and only steps to the beach. The home is wonderfully decorated and the host is absolutely magnificent. We will be staying her again in the future.

The condo was wonderful for our family. The beach and the pool are steps away. We all slept well; the beds were super comfy. We were able to cook some meals in thanks to the well appointed kitchen. The ocean views from the condo are amazing! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great week! The owner was quick to respond and the condo was exactly as pictured. View of the Gulf was the best we have stayed in. Lots of needed items available in the condo (baking dishes, pots and pans, silverware, containers for leftover, etc). We would stay here again!

We loved our stay at this lovely and comfortable condo. We were in town for the Ironman, and the location can’t be beat. We walked everywhere and enjoyed the amazing view from the balcony.

My family loved this place. The host was very accommodating. She allowed us to check in early (10AM) since not one was staying in the unit. The staff was friendly, and the facilities were very clean. The unit we stayed had many beach necessities and the kitchen had about everything you're need to cook any meals. Easy access to everything. Walking distance to everything. Wonderfully convenient location. We stayed on the 10th floor, so we had an excellent view of the beach. The parking garage can be a little difficult at first since there's no signs. Will come back again.

The unit was very clean well stocked with everything needed to cook with. What a view from the balcony. Owner was very easy to work with and I was totally impressed from beginning to end of my stay. Definitely recommend staying here!

We’ve visited Panama City, Beach for 50+ years Our family had never stayed at the Calypso before so I had reservations concerning it until we got there. Everything was perfect! Our family likes to cook dinner a few nights during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. All communication and check in went so smoothly. Everything looked better than the pictures and the balcony view was amazing. You can see both pools and the beach from there. I can only say good things about our experience. From check in to check out our stay was perfect!

Convenient to Wal Mart and Pier Park. Never once had to sit in traffic on the strip. Very nice room with a great view. Property was kept up and staff were very laid back. I've stayed at other resorts where the staff harassed but not here. Would definitely come back and stay here.

We enjoyed this lovely condo so much. It had everything we needed and then some. We loved having access to the chairs, umbrella and Beach toys, and the big kids loved working your puzzle. The location was awesome being in walking distance to the beach, fishing pier and Pier Park and such a short drive to Walmart and Target.
I had no trouble finding everything I needed to cook breakfast and lunch, though a couple more kitchen towels and rags would have been nice.
The king beds were very comfortable and the ac was cold during a major heat wave. My teens did mention that the top bunk was squeaky, but they still slept comfortably.

This was a great location for the FL IRONMAN! We were the closest condo/hotel to the beach to watch swimmers and cheer on runners right outside the condo. It was very clean and great for a larger family. Also walking distance to the finish line and Pier Park with shops, ice cream and sky wheel. The condo had everything we needed and more. Lots of sand toys and beach equipment so you don’t have to bring it or buy it and leave it behind.

Cara was very responsive in our communications. Two kings and a double on lower bunk was great in addition to TVs in every room. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys supplied as well - stored in a closet. Kitchen very well-equipped. Take tall kitchen garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and bath soap, however.

Great Condo! Great Week!
Condo was as the pictures describe - beautiful! The kitchen is stocked with whatever needed to cook! There are several beach chairs and kids beach toys; although we didn’t use them (I had brought a couple of my own chairs).
I do recommend to bring additional bath towels if you have 6 or 7 people - only 8 are included. I brought some additional but with the beach, I was washing towels every day.
Volleyball nets were right outside - our teens played every day and we could see them from the balcony!
The location is fantastic! Walking distance to several restaurants in both directions — A block from Pier Park!

Great Trip!
We were in town for a quick beach getaway before continuing on for a tournament. The location was perfect for us as it was close to everything. We walked to Pier Park a couple of times and hit the pier for sunset one evening. Unit was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals when we didn’t feel like going out to eat. Pool was great, beach was great (though a little crowded but it’s June in Florida so it’s to be expected for a resort this size so it didn’t bother us. Appreciated that we could pay for our chair setup on the beach and that same spot was ours for the time we paid. We’ve been to other places where you had to get down there early every morning to stake claim to your spot and since I’m not a morning person…that process doesn’t work well for me. Owner was great to work with, was very responsive and the check-in/out process was so simple! Would definitely consider staying here again!

This was a fantastic location, super close to pier park, the condo was very nice and had everything we needed, there are beach chairs and umbrella in the condo for use, never had an issue with the elevators, great stay all around

The condo was amazing. From the parking pass entry to walking into the condo....everything went very smooth. The condo was very clean, white bedding, and plenty of towels. Our children loved all the space to enjoy. The balcony was a terrific view of beach and the gulf. The location was 3 minute walk to Pier Park and the coffee shop on property was better than any chain.
The owner had provided beach chairs and sand toys to be used....thank you.
We really enjoyed the say and look forward to booking again.

Beautiful property perfect locatio
The only reason I dropped the overall star rating was the elevator situation. Many times we just opted to take the stairs from the 10th floor because the wait was so long. Otherwise it was perfect.

Great condo, noisy street.
This was a great condo and served the needs of our family. We had 8 staying there using 2 air beds to leave the family room open. Condo was clean and we loved the beach! Location was close to everything…shopping and restaurants, however, the condo was right on the main road and it was extremely noisy at night with horns honking and people screaming on the street. The 2 street side bedrooms were loud for anyone sleeping.

Family vacation
This condo is nice and so convenient to all shopping and restaurants. Very roomy and has a lot of towels, sheets and blankets. The balcony is big and spacious with nice furniture. We were here for 4th of July and you can see all the wonderful fireworks from the balcony. One great thing is it also has beach chairs to use and beach toys for kids. It literally took us about 7 minutes to walk to Pier Park . Try out the great donut and coffee shop across the street! Amazing.
We couldn’t fit our vehicles into the parking garage because of the height ( we have a Ford F-250 ) and we had to park in overflow parking.
Be prepared to make several trips to load and unload. There are very few luggage carts available , we couldn’t find any .

We had a great week in 1-1008 East. The condo was very nice , beautifully decorated and well equipped. It was clean and relaxing.
I failed to realize that daily umbrella and cushioned beach chairs were not provided, but we used the smaller umbrella and beach chairs in the closet each day and had a great week.
I know the condo owners have no control over checkin, however , the check-in process was pure hell with narrow corridors and 3 elevators serving 22 floors. With the entire building trying to move in at 4:00, there were no luggage carts to be found. Several trips to the parking garage in the elevator chaos and the “happy” crowd was beyond stressful. As the week progressed, the elevator rugs smelled rancid when they didn’t have air moving. We had family members who utilized the stairs going down often. We’ve used Calypso numerous times because of the beautiful , clean condos and proximity to Pier Park, but may look elsewhere next time. Being able to navigate around the building with thousands of other vacationers was difficult with the design of the building.
