The hotel, the lobby, the front desk staff(Helen) I think, and the bartender. I loved my room with a balcony and the view of the lake. I loved the pool area with the fire pits. Breakfast wasn't fantastic but it was good. The price for breakfast was great tho lol. I like that fact that it was close to everything. It's a restaurant/bar next door, that's pretty good.

My only complaint was that around midnight ppl were asked to leave the fire pit area. That's never happened before to me at any hotel. But it really wasn't an issue. But if you like hanging out by the fire pit all night that won't happen.

The rooms were very modern. They were very clean and smelled so fresh. Whatever air freshener they use is amazing. All of the staff were super polite and very helpful.

Großer kostenloser Parkplatz vor Ort. Kleiner Shop in der Lobby. Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war Hilfsbereit.

Das Hotel hat definitiv ein großes Problem mit Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel. Als wir in unser Zimmer gekommen sind dachte ich, mich trifft der Schlag - es hat so extrem und ekelhaft nach Schimmel und moder gerochen. An einer Steckdose waren auch zig Schimmelflecken. Wir haben dann lange überlegt ob wir das jetzt für die eine Nacht durchhalten oder was sagen. Wir sind eher vom Typ "ach lass gut sein, das geht schon für kurze Zeit". Aber das war einfach too much. Wir sind dann zur Rezeption und haben gesagt dass das Zimmer einfach unerträglich stinkt. Uns wurde dann angeboten den Zimmerservice ins Zimmer zu schicken - Raumspray sollte es richten. Oder wir könnten ein neues Zimmer haben. Wir haben uns ohne zu zögern für ein neues Zimmer entschieden. Das neue Zimmer war deutlich besser, aber ein latenter Geruch war immer noch da... Für die eine Nacht war es dann aber hinnehmbar, wir hatten eh keine andere Möglichkeit... In beiden Zimmern hat sich die Tapete von der Wand gelöst aufgrund der Feuchtigkeit. Im zweiten Zimmer hat sich der Holzrahmen der Badtür von der Wand gelöst im Spalt war massig Dreck und Staub.
