Prefect house, everything we needed and more.

A friend of the owners stopped by within about an hour of us arriving just to check in and say hi and give us tips about the property!!! She was so friendly and kind. The property itself is beautiful! No fenced backyard, we brought a dog but the national forest is across the street, so could take him for a walk there or around the neighborhood! Everything was amazing, a fully stocked kitchen, we brought some of our own baking pans- and coffee maker was great! Everything was really clean, sauna, hot tub and pool was amazing! Very close to everything - super market a 5 minute drive. We had Friendsgiving here and were entertained the entire time. Will definitely stay here again!

Everything was great, clean, stocked with full essentials only downside was about pool/jacuzzi hours. No pool/jacuzzi after 9pm which was not noted on website at all. Which it made us feel like we were staying in hotel rather than private house.

Property was great for 12 over 40 Dad's in South Shore for a round of golf and a Fantasy Football draft. Rained on golf, spent more time on property than planned. House has great ammenties. Lock your doors and keep ZERO food in vehicles as we did have a bear rummage thru a truck.

It was a very comfortable home for our family. Kids loved the place, especially the pool table and the jacuzzi :) Thank you for letting us enjoy your place!

This is the first time we have ever stayed at Tahoe and it snowed. We have come before but the snow was there from before. We had a great time and the place we stayed at had everything. We also enjoyed the indoor heated pool and spa. We had a great time. We would definitely come again.

Good property for a large group. It just could have used a bit more cleaning before we arrived.

It was not communicated that a their cleaning lady would come and give a tour. This would have been fine if it was communicated to begin with. She came to talk about the neighbor and how the neighbor complains about this particular house on the regular. If the neighbor calls the police on you, you have less than 2 hours to leave. My family were fine. We're not a party/loud bunch. But just so you're aware before booking this house. I wish I can give 5 stars since overall the stay was good but we spent so much money that I wished the owner communicated better.

Amazing place with spacious rooms and enough beds for 5 couples to all sleep comfortably. The pool and hot tub were amazing, and location was close enough to south Tahoe to allow us to get on the slopes without much worry. Would highly recommend to all planning a visit! Also dog friendly!

This property was amazing. We traveled here for my brothers engagement and couldn’t have asked for a better host and property. It was unbelievable how many amenities this property had from the pool all the way to a sauna. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was beautiful, welcoming and super fun! To be able to play water volleyball (I purchased a net on Amazon) in a heated pool while watching the snow outside was the best!! The pool, spa and sauna all excellent! Our family initially thought…this was too good to be true and it wasn’t! A perfect get away for a large group. We had zero problems but if we did, I knew we could rely on Joshua the property manager who was very attentive.

We had such a great time at this place! Beautiful house only 20 mins to Heavenly. We loved the pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room! We were celebrating a 50th birthday, and had plenty of activities to do on our 4 day trip. Super cozy, and fun. Definitely recommend.

The property was nice over all has everything you need to cook our stay was nice the only thing was the BBQ grill could get checked out the flames are very low so we hand to do most of the food indoors over all we enjoyed our stay and would come back in the future or recommend it if your ever in the lake Tahoe area and need a big place to stay

Really hate complaining, but I wish we had known the following prior to arrival. First we were told there would be a brand new keurig coffee maker waiting for us. There was no keurig. All we brought were pods. We were looking forward to putting on some sports games on the tv in the pool area, but there was no tv. Just wires hanging out of the wall. There is a steam shower in the pool area, but it produced no steam at all. Also, the dehumidifier in the pool area was not working. Two of the ceiling fans in the main room didn’t work. We noticed the cover for the air filter was dirty so we opened it up to find the most disgusting black air filter I have ever seen! Scary to think we were breathing air in the house from that filter. Several of the windows throughout the house are missing blinds. Affected our privacy at night We complained via email to the owners and also notified VRBO that we were not happy with the condition of the property. All VRBO would do is move us to another property, but no other property had an indoor pool. We had booked this property 18 months ago mainly for the pool so we declined packing up and moving. The owner must’ve seen my email because the next morning a repairman showed up to look at the dehumidifier, but was unable to fix it. The repairman changed the air filter and said he also had never seen a filter so disgusting. The keurig machine was dropped off finally, but we didn’t appreciate having all this traffic coming in and out of the house while we were trying to relax. All of these maintenance issues could be fixed if they would just put the property out of order for a couple of weeks. Would prevent guests like myself complaining about these issues. Overall we were really looking forward to staying at the property as presented online. The property is run down and in desperate need of maintenance. The pictures and description of the property on VRBO do not represent how the property is in real time. If we had known about these issues before arriving we would have cancelled our reservation and figured something else out. Based on some of the other reviews of this property, some of these issues are not new and some are over a year old. I waited two weeks after departing to hear from the owner, but never have. Some sort of compensation was definitely warranted, especially for how expensive the property is. Neither the service or the condition were acceptable. We will never return.

The pool and spa was amazing. The house served its purpose well as our large group was able to be together. The air conditioning wasn't great but there was a heat wave when we were there. All in all so enjoyable.

We had the best time! I’ll start with the cons CONS- The house needs some updates on kitchen utensils. They only had one spatula, old pans(made it very hard to cook food evenly like pancakes, eggs ext,) can opener didn’t work. No screen on some windows. Yep, that’s it. Literally no other complaints out of our entire group! PROS!! The pool!! The kids woke up swimming and finished the night off swimming. The house was large enough for four families. Plenty of pillows, beds and blankets. AND the beds were comfortable. We saw tons of wild life! A bear, coyote, beaver, baby cat fish in the lake near by frogs… The house is WALKING distance to an incredible creek. We wound up spending most of our time here instead of Lake Tahoe which is why we came. It was beautiful, had a sandy beach and the kids loved it I would highly recommend this place. Would not think twice about coming back. Psa: make sure your windows and doors are shut. We did have a raccoon eat all the crackers left in one of our cars and dragged out the Gatorade 😂 it licked our seats and all.

Perfect place. Close to everything. Would stay there again. I own a cleaning bussiness in my opioin, it could have been alittle cleaner. Other renters mentioned old furniture. It was but SO comfortable. Beds are very comfortable. Owner/maintenance very nice. All of us would definitely stay again

Our stay was great, cabin is in a great location plenty of space for large groups. I really appreciate the great communication from Josh (property manager) since our arrival till check out! I highly recommend staying here!!!

The furniture and small appliances were not upscale but they also made it like home away from home

House is as advertised. Great layout with lots of space for a large group. Great location for our group as we skied at Heavenly and Kirkwood. The house felt immaculate when we arrived and property manager was very responsive. Would for sure stay again.

We gathered at this beautiful home for a family reunion. Upon arrival we received a text and a visit from our host who walked us through the home and called out little things in the house to pay attention to. He also dropped off extra table cloths for the table knowing there have been recent reviews about the “stickiness” of the table. For us, it wasn’t a problem. The home accommodated all of us-4 families coming together. We all had ample room and was able to get together in the common areas. A few of us went skiing or snowboarding while others stayed at the home and swam in the indoor pool. The entire experience was perfect!!! I would recommend this home and definitely will book again!!

Perfect place for a family. We were welcomed upon arrival and all questions/queries were taken care off during our stay. This place is highly recommended.
