Excellent East Vail location and value (yes there is traffic noise, as there is most everywhere in Vail - We grilled, relaxed on patio and hot tub) House was very clean (including hot tub), stocked, and manager very responsive with a couple of questions. Location is great - on Bighorn so you can jump on bike and head up Vail pass, very close to trails (Gore, Pitkin & Booth Lakes), and on bus route.

Great rental. Our family truly enjoyed the space, wonderful deck to relax and bbq, very clean with very well appointed kitchen. Only negative was location, road noise was very loud.

The house itself is pretty nice on the inside. It has almost everything you need. The house exterior could use some love. The pots and pans, coffee table, and carpet are beat up. Overall, we had a great stay!

property as described; we stayed in winter, which is what i would recommend for this place as there is street noise that may be annoying if your windows were opened. however super well located, spacious, great views. i liked hot tub, but wife thought it could be hotter than the 104.5 stated. everything really easy; i would return.

We had a great week in this house in Vail. The house was perfect. Very roomy, clean and a great atmosphere. The hot tub was a great way to end a day of skiing. Location was great. Less than 10 minutes away from the slopes. I would highly recommend this property.

Nice big place. Lots of room and a very nice kitchen. Bus stop is only a 1 min walk away, with easy access to Vail without driving.

Absolutely wonderful! We rent a lot of houses through vrbo for family gatherings all over the US. This house would rate at the top of our list and definitely a house we would return to. Very conveniently laid out, clean, wonderful amenities provided. It deserves a five star rating.

Our party of 7 enjoyed our stay in Vail. Check-in/check-out was very easy. The home is in a great location close to town and near a great hiking trail. The views from the balcony are beautiful, but the home is right next to the interstate. Thankfully, we weren’t able to hear the highway noise when the hot tub jets were on. We arrived to find cleaning supplies out on the kitchen counter and some areas of the home had not been thoroughly cleaned. There were also some maintenance issues that need to be addressed, such as windows with broken latches, a broken front door lock, and squeaky doors that can be heard from everywhere in the house. Several of the hot tub jets didn’t work. The carpet and rugs were also in need of cleaning. The top floor was very nice but the lower floor bedrooms were cramped with limited drawer space. The bunk room had no drawer space at all and the closet had shelves (which were full) so that there was no place to hang clothes or store folded clothes. The garage is too small for a vehicle; both parking spaces are outside. The kitchen was very pretty and well-equipped. Overall we had a good stay but the home could be much better with a little maintenance.

Spent 3 night here in early March. Short walk to the bus to get to the slopes. Everything worked as described. Would stay here again.

This location is very close to a shuttle stop that made it really easy to get first chair at Vail before the lines formed. Would stay here again anytime.

Location was great. Hot tub was not working and trash was over flowing from previous group. Dishes appeared dirty and needed to be rewashed.

We rented this place to visit with my son who lives across the country. We were very excited to be able to see him and enjoy family time, keeping as safe as possible during covid. It was claimed to be Covid Cleaned (extra efforts on their part to ensure safety, but that consisted of a bottle of hand sanitizer). My daughters bathroom was never cleaned. There were bugs in the shower, they told us it had been cleaned hours leading to our arrival. Her sinks were not touched. All Soaps were not refilled. The oven mitts had food particles all over them and I had to wash before use. In addition, the walkways were not shoveled, the deck was thick with snow, which we were really looking forward to using and their excuse of a fresh snowfall was far from true. The hot tub, which was located on the deck was the only reason we chose this place. It was never winterize properly and was empty when we arrived. We were told it’s because the people that just left probably left it dirty abs it needed to be freshly filled. Wrong. For two days the maintenance man was at our house in and out all day. All day. He said it was never used before us and that Berkshire was not honest about why it was not working. He tried to fix it but it NEVER WORKED. Most of the group was skiing and was counting on it afterwards and I have medical issues which I was really relying on that hot tub to help since I could not ski. Again, we chose this place for that. During thanksgiving dinner, two men showed up to walk through the house again and shovel the deck. We turned them away. First, we were in the middle of dinner with one day left to go, and two, they were sent out on a holiday. Thanks but no thanks. This place was nice but Berkshire Hathaway did not stand up to their name. Very disappointed. Also, upon leaving, an hour away, I realized I left a brand new jacket in the dryer. I called immediately because they said a crew was coming in to clean right away. Guess what? No call back. I had to call. No jacket yet to be found. Hmmm. Will think twice about Berkshire in the future. BeAware.

We were very happy with the property, the communication and responsiveness of the property management. The space accommodated the 6 of us perfectly! Hot tub was clean and enjoyed having our own. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would look to book this property when we return to Vail.
