The house, casita and property was amazing. This trip was planned for celebrating my parents 60th anniversary. We received the keys by mail plenty early before leaving for the trip. Communication with property manager was very good and a map was provided giving directions to the property. Once at the property, we found the house very perfectly tidy and clean. The entire week was amazing with no issues. The ocean view and weather was awesome. Extremely relaxing and I would highly recommend referring or renting again. Thx for the memories.

This house was absolutely perfect for my family definitely enough space for my six adult children, and my four grandchildren and I everyone had a bed to sleep on plenty of space large area to eat together the patio was amazing. We had no issues whatsoever with anything. The only suggestion would be, maybe a hammock on the patio and some wider steps going down to the beach but other than that this place was absolutely perfect

The house was beautiful and well maintained. It was stocked with all the supplies we needed for cooking for a large group. The ocean view was amazing and we loved seeing the drastic change in the tide. Twice a day the ocean almost lapped the patio and twice a day it was 100 yards out leaving amazing tide pools to explore.

The place had a wonderful outdoor patio with access to the beach and water front directly. The views were amazing. We loved watching the tide and playing in the water.

Early August is the perfect time to visit PTO Penasco. Nobody on the beach for miles and the water was perfect. Fresh tortillas and burritos delivered to your door daily. Hats off to the Utters for making this trip so easy. The house was spacious with plenty of rooms for all of us and the kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment you need. Strongly recommend this place and will definitely be returning again soon. Love PTO Penasco!

We absolutely loved staying at Casa Neblina!!! The house was so spacious and beautiful. We loved having direct access to the beach right down the steps from the patio. We will be back! I can’t imagine a better place to have spent my 40th birthday!!!!

The house is very spacious and comfortably fit my family of 12. It is located a few feet away from the beach. Great appliances and everything worked fine. Plenty of parking for our four vehicles. Overall a great place!! We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Pretty much perfect! The location (Beach access with stairs, view, accessabity tide pools, quiet and clean beach, safety) was more than ideal. This is our second stay on Las Conchas and much better than the previous rental location because here the rocky surface starts much further back so swimming and fishing was much easier. When fishing at high tide our lures didn't get stuck on rocks or in crevices, we had a perfect sandy bottom and caught Corvina, Spotted Sand Bass, and Black Skipjack. There was plenty of patio space for sunbathing, eating, reading and gathering between being on the beach and dinner. The outdoor shower was used daily and necessary to keep most sand out of the house as well as we could. Loved that it has 3 full bathrooms and roomy kitchen to gather and prep food and visit. Our inlaws stayed in the Casita that shares the patio but still feels private. They were able to hang out with all of us but retire when needed for their own space. The bathrooms were stocked with bath soap and extra paper rolls, no need to bring bar soap. That's a plus! There were kind people strolling along the beach enjoying their stay as well but no crowds like at the resorts, I prefer a home any day over a busy beach and vendors non stop. However if your hoping for Pina coladas and fruit cups you'll have atleast a handful of vendors so you'll have a chance to order a treat as well as massages and trinkets if desired. Also, Peter will stop by to offer breakfast burritos or a run for other items you may not want to leave for. We will certainly be requesting dates for Casa Neblina in the future.

From the jump, house manager provided valuable information that answered all my questions in addition to recomended restaurants/entertainment. Directions to get to the property was also provided. Communication was a perfect 5 star - easy process to communicate, fast responses and very polite. Property had all amenities that felt close to home but better because you had a beautiful view to the Mar of Cortez. Property to beach access is easily accessible. Beach was clean and very little to none rocks like other houses I have seen. Let's not forget the great foosball table! Will rent again!

Really enjoyed our stay, it was clean and comfortable. The communication with the owner was great as he gave me some pointers about the area.

Had a wonderful time at the house. So wish we could have stayed longer.

Our friends and family had a pleasant time at this beach front home. Everything you need is here, dishes, laundry, cool AC, wifi Internet. I've seen some people note that the Las Conchas beaches are rocky, but it was really minimal and we had no issues with that. I recommend bringing a pop-up canopy for the back patio, which we did. The patio is huge, but doesn't get a lot of shade in the afternoon.

The whole family absolutely loved this property and our stay. I was in the Casita, my two children and their spouses were in the two masters in the main house and the kids in the bunk room. It was absolutely perfect. The main living area had plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen had plenty of room and space for multiple people preparing meals and snacks. Everyone voted that we would be coming back here for our next vacation. Highly recommend this property.

We had a relaxing vacation for Mother’s Day weekend. The kitchen was well stocked as far as accessories. Amazing beach in front of home. Tide goes ways out each day so great for walking on the hard packed sand. We had massages right on the patio. Three tables lined up for us mamas!! Can’t wait to go back next year. (Comfortable beds, linens smelled clean and fresh)

Great, clean house, perfect location right on the beach, nice and big for our group, had all the amenities. Love the huge porch, kitchen and family room area, and loved the tucked away casita. Owners were super helpful and responsive. Loved Peter’s Tamales!! We had a great time. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was as described. The directions were great and the location was good for getting in and out of Los Conchas. The house had everything we needed, morning coffee on the large patio was perfect and peaceful. We got to see a large pod of dolphins swimming by. Peter’s Tamales was great in delivering of food ,kayak/paddle board ,and firewood.

We try and make a trip out to Rocky Point once a year with family and friends. We usually stay in Los Conchas and love the area. This year we had a smaller group due to different circumstances. This house was perfect for our size. Clean. The ACs and appliances worked great. The house was well stocked with dishes and toiletries. Great access to town and the beach. Couple things to remember when staying in Rocky Point. For people coming to RP for the first time, understand that all houses show signs of aging here. Unless it is a brand new build you will have some wear and tear on the house. The salt eats everything. So sliding doors getting stuck, loose/chipped outdoor tile, rusty AC units, or paint starting to peel is all common for the area. Overall for the age and price this house was in Good condition and the management company was great to deal with!
