We had the best stay at Just Chillin! The house was so cute and clean. There was so much room to spread out. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again!

I loved this house! Me, my boyfriend and our 5 teenagers stayed here a full week and had the best time. This home is spacious and clean and stocked with all the things you need. The beach access is great and they have a wagon to pull all your stuff. The beach itself is a nice sandy beach that felt private. Not all rental chair companies and resorts. Just Chillin was perfect and I hope to get back there again.

"Just Chillin" is a delightful house! We loved watching storms roll in from Mobile Bay on the north deck. The covered south deck almost always had a refreshing breeze, even on the warmest days. The location was perfectly set close to town, the West Beach, and access to the Mobile area. We were less than a minute's walk to the Gulf shore as well as the Bay side. The water from the tap was just fine for drinking, so no additional bottles were needed; however, we do recommend buying groceries in Mobile. We and our dog miss our time here already and can't wait to return one day.

The house was great for our family. It was my 2 year old’s first visit to the beach. Very clean, WiFi was great and a short walk to the beach. Advice- walk to the next street over and take that trail to the beach. The walk was less strenuous.

Our visit for 5 days was spoiled a bit by terrible weather. Windy, cloudy then torrential rain and flooding. The beach is very close and feels like a private beach with limited access for the public. The house is set up just fine. Large couches and a well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms were fine and bathrooms as well. Deck furniture was very nice. Would suit a family visit very well.

The house is one of the best we’ve at. Everything was well thought out to make your stay honey and comfortable - from plenty of towels and dishes to books, magazines, beach toys, wagon, and grill. The house was clean and we even received a notice that we could check in early. Would definitely recommend and stay in again. Thank you!

My husband and I stayed with our dog for 3 nights. This was our first trip to Dauphin Island and we loved how laid back and quiet it was (disclaimer- we visited in the middle of the week in mid-September but I doubt it's very rowdy even during peak vacation season). The house was cute and just a quick walk from the beach. Had everything we needed including a gas grill (igniter wasn't working but got it fired up fine with a lighter- property manager came to check it out the next day), stocked kitchen (just salt and pepper though, no oil or Pam or other spices so bring that if you need it), and lots of beach toys/wagon which we didn't use but nice to have available. There's a small grocery store and some shops on the island but would recommend getting your groceries/supplies in Mobile beforehand. We live in Birmingham so this was an easy getaway for us and we would definitely visit again.

We loved your home! It was inviting and close to the beach. The kids loved that we could go back and forth to the beach whenever we wanted! Our Doodle loved the deck with the gate that allowed her to be outside with us! The home had everything we needed and we truly enjoyed our stay! The house was great and the Mardi Gras parade was an added fun as we did not expect that. Weather was rainy and chilly but the electric fireplace added heat and ambiance to take the chill away. The dog enjoyed the beach and the gated deck to see everything. House had every thing you need and more! Highly recommend!

Very nice place to stay for the price. We needed a place for 6 adults and 2 dogs within close proximity to the beach. The house was clean and decorated nicely. No complaints about the beds. I did notice some small trash on the property but it wasn't bad. Loved the hammock and gas grill below the house.
Only complaints that there was no laundry detergent available even though part of the check out process was to start the washer for towels and such. Also could have used more trash bags, toilet paper and dish soap. We had to make a trip to the island grocery to purchase the additional items at over inflated prices. Overall though it was a great place to stay for our needs and budget. We won't hesitate to stay again despite the shortcomings, especially if we're bringing the dogs.

Property was very clean and prepared for my family's arrival. Issue with the coffee maker was handled in hours by the management company. Outstanding response. The only critique I have and it's my fault for not checking closer was that I thought it was closer to the beach. Its a block away. Not big deal but we wanted to be closer. Everything else was outstanding.

Only two things I would change about this house. The fridge was very hard to open and the front glass door had no curtain or blind so you could see in from the main road.

Love This Place
We have returned every April for the last 9 or 10 years because this place fits our needs like a glove. My wife and I take our two widowed friends (and the dog of one of the friends) for a 10 day stay in this well equipped beach house. The spectacular weather this year made it even more special.

Wonderful beach vacation
Just Chillin’ is a great beach house! The layout is amazing and the furniture and decor are top notch. We loved the porch with the rolling gate for our dogs. They were able to hang out with us while we were chilling. For a relaxing beach vacation Just Chillin’ is the place to stay!
