Ein modernes Haus im Jahr 1997 gebaut, ist dieses schöne, vier Schlafzimmer plus Höhle, dreieinhalb Halbbad, Einfamilienhaus nur drei Gebäude vom Meer und einen Block von der Hauptstraße in der Stadt Bethany an 104 Hollywoodstraße.
Das Haus hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbett mit einem Satz von Etagenbett und ein Doppelbett mit einem Pop-up-Rollbett, ein viertes Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und eine Höhle mit einem Schlafsofa. Mit Parkettboden, eine große offene Küche zum Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer, und eine Wet-Bar, es ist komplett mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten, wie Wi-Fi, und sogar einen Aufzug. Ausgestattet mit drei Outdoor-Decks, Liegestühle, und Bettwäsche, bietet das Haus ein idealer Ort für den Genuss Bethany Beach, ohne sogar die Autoschlüssel!
Das Haus ist zugänglich, mit einem Aufzug, einem Hauptschlafzimmer mit Taschentür und zugänglichem Hauptbad Dusche und Waschbecken. Auch das obere Dock bietet eine schöne offene Aussicht, die den nahe gelegenen Atlantischen Ozean umfasst, willkommen für alle, aber vor allem für diejenigen, die Zugang zum Strand im Rollstuhl oder mit einem Walker herausfordernd finden.

Thank you for a lovely place to stay with our family. So convenient to the beach and the boardwalk, with all the amenities. The owner is very responsive, answers questions quickly. Had a great week!

Hands Down the best location! If you have kids this is your spot! Easy walk to beach, easy walk downtown , you are in the heart of the town!!
Barbara was super on top of anything we had concerns about and that was great!
We didnt spend much time in the house because the beach was a few steps away and downtown the same!
The house had beatiful views from all levels and balconys.
Lots of toys and games available! Grill was great for a night of cooking out on the deck!!
Will definetly book again!!!

We had a great time and the house was perfect! So close to the beach and you could walk to town. Barbara was a great host! So easy to communicate with and even sent us home with day lilies from the garden. Would highly recommend for a relaxing week in Bethany !

Size of the home was perfect ,with room to spare. (4 adults)
Balconies ,all 3, were perfect ..one with shade, one with a BBQ & one with a great view.
Very well equiped and very clean.

Excellent location to the beach and the board walk! The 3 decks were also very nice for multiple spaces for a large family. Overall the cleaning was just okay. It looks like it’s been quickly turned over between renters for quite some time and hasn’t had a thorough cleaning in a while. The house itself was very nice but needs new towels and bedding (stains and holes). You also have to wash all towels and bedding before leaving and for such a large house I think that should be communicated up front. We have stayed at a lot of rentals and have never had that as an expectation. Most homes have a second set of linens to take off sight and clean while the alternate renters are there. Despite this we had a great time.

Perfect Location. Good house for adults, newborns and everyone in between.
Very close walk to the shops and beach. Plenty of parking and Barbara & her husband were readily available 24/7 if we needed anything.

We had an amazing stay! The location of the house cannot be beat. We did bring our own sheets to avoid doing laundry the morning of checkout, which worked out well. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and we were surprised by the amount of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas that were made available for us to use. During our stay we were already dreaming of our visit next summer. Would highly recommend to a large group or family!

The house had a great location close to the beach, boardwalk, shopping, and dining. We were able to walk to a variety of restaurants.

Really a perfect week. Location can’t be beat. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Hosts were so easy and friendly and shared all the details before our stay so we didn’t have any hiccups. Really nice Outdoor shower was a great help in keeping house clean. Hope we can stay again!

We loved our stay at this property. Barbara was great - checking in before during and after our stay. The house is well maintained and appointed with everything you need to be able to relax and enjoy your time in Bethany. We particularly loved the outside shower and proximity to the beach, boardwalk and downtown Bethany.

From start to finish Barbara and Alan made everything simple. I can’t say enough about the location, we rarely used the car! Everything was a block away including the beach. The house was spotless and had all the modern amenities. The layout of the house, with decks off 2 of the bedrooms was perfect, there were 5 adults and an 8 month old never heard any noise. The large deck on the front of the house cooled off beautifully for hanging out after dark! It felt like home very comfortable!! There was ample parking under the house. Can’t wait to come back next year!!

We particularly loved the outside shower and proximity to the beach, boardwalk and downtown Bethany.

They truly want you to have a great vacation and are quick to respond to any issues. The house fit our large family and we loved the three outside decks. Lots of parking and a small yard that was great for corn hole! The hvac system was awesome and we stayed very comfortable. We loved the fact that there were separate units for each room/area so we could adjust it based on individual preferences. Lots of beds but not the most comfortable. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We’d definitely recommend the house to families, especially those with older adults.

Summer vacation
Location was great with easy walk to the beach and we love being right in the heart of Bethany- with a close walk in the evening to get ice cream and do a bit of shopping. We really enjoyed 2 evenings of great music venues at the boardwalk bandstand. House was nice and roomy. Loved the front deck with great table and chairs where we ate dinner almost every night and utilized the nice Weber gas grill. Wonderful newly updated outside shower-which our grandkids loved. Owner was very communicative and easy to reach if needed. We loved staying here and will definitely return!

We love this beach house. Perfectly located for parents with little ones. Only a block off the beach, so easy to tote toys, etc to and from the beach. And just a block from town to grab lunch and dinner.
