My husband was scheduled to have major surgery at MD Anderson. We were supposed to be out there for 4 to 5 weeks due to the invasiveness of the surgery that was required for his cancer. I knew I could not stay at a hotel or even a small apartment for that time. This house provided such comfort and security as well as a peaceful oasis to get away from the hustle and bustle of MD Anderson. Plus I was able to bring my little Chihuahua who is truly a comfort to me. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this home which is only 2 1/2 miles from MD Anderson to come to each night. I felt safe and secure. I walked my dog in the lovely neighborhood. I smiled at the neighbors, pushing their kids on the swingset in their front yard under the huge trees. I was able to grab something to eat at the mini restaurants surrounding the Braeswood neighborhood. Rice Village is less than 3 miles. Everything was so close. Plus they have this beautiful fenced in backyard with a little patio courtyard so I could enjoy the sun and warm up after sitting in a cold hospital for hours on end. It truly was a perfect respite for our stay out there. Thank you to the host for making this available.

This was the beast I’ve rented in a while. The host was so responsive and wonderful. I will look for this place availability first next time I need a rental in this area. I give this property a 10 out of 10!!! Great for pets. My family loved it and had absolutely no complaints.

We stayed here to attend a competition at NRG. It was the perfect location and super easy to get to. Great home with plenty of room and a great yard!

We traveled from Montana and wanted a place close to our daughter, son-in-law and new grandson. It was a mile away, so very convenient. It had a double car garage that provided a safe parking spot overnight. We brought our two dogs so the back yard was a welcome site. All the furnishings were great, easy to use. Very comfortable, clean, welcoming and accommodating. We would definitely stay again on our next trip.
