We all enjoyed our stay at the beach! Comfortable home with a salt water pool, beautiful landscaping and wonderful sunsets made this a perfect place for our family to stay.
We'll try to stay here again on our next trip to the San Diego area!

We stayed for a 7 night family vacation and our only regret was that we didn’t book for a longer stay. We enjoyed the pool from morning till night and the view was amazing especially at sunset. Groceries stores were very close which is a huge win. We were within 20-25min driving range to all our fave attractions. We highly recommend the ball game at Petco park, visiting sea world and the zoo as well as the midway. We did a day at mission beach that was great. Choose this VRBO and it will not disappoint. Patrick and Will have done a great job will all the fine details of this gem of a mini resort. Easy and super quick comms with Patrick. Had an amazing time and hope to be back one day.

Hosts were fantastic. The property inside and out was immaculate. Beds were very comfortable. Great to have 3 bathrooms with showers. Most time at the house was spent in the backyard. Putting competitions and enjoying the pool and hot tub. There were numerous areas to relax in. There were a lot of shops nearby to grab essentials, although the hosts had provided a great deal of spices and condiments. We were never more than 20 minutes to any area attraction and the location off the highway meant easy access. We loved La Jolla shores and cove. Javier’s was great, the zoo fantastic with great knowledgeable staff. It was amazing to visit all that San Diego had to offer and to know our little resort was waiting for us at the end of the day.

Our family visited from Michigan to celebrate our son graduating from high school. We specifically booked this property because of the backyard/pool/hot tub, and it did not disappoint. It was very clean and well maintained. The gardens and trees were amazing. We loved all of the different seating options to eat and hang out, and the firepit for when it got chilly at night. Our kids spent at least a couple of hours in the water every day during the week that we were there.
Patrick and Will were excellent hosts and surprised us with a floral arrangement and graduation balloons on the table when we checked in. Patrick was very responsive and thorough in making sure that we had everything that we needed during our stay.
The house was well stocked and we had everything that we needed to feel comfortable. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space for the 5 of us to spread out. We would definitely stay here again!
I will say that if you stay here you probably shouldn't plan on going to Imperial Beach. Probably not Coronado either. The sewage that is dumped into the Tijuana River makes the bacteria levels unsafe. So plan to go to a beach farther north. There are websites where you can see which beaches have cleaner water.
We enjoyed seeing the zoo, SeaWorld, the seals and sea lions at La Jolla, taking a harbor boat cruise, the air and space museum, Balboa Park, Little Italy, the Gaslamp District, and Seaport Village while in San Diego.

Check in process was quite smooth. Patrick was very quick to respond to text messages. Some of the highlights include super convenient location to highway 2 min drive which made all location of interest within a short drive (app 20 mins to airport, gaslamp district etc). Lots of places to eat close by and grocery stores including a Walmart. Amenities are as described. Would highly recommend for anyone seeking a getaway to San Diego or needing ample space for family and entertainment. The host literally thought of everything. It’s a well run machine!

This is a wonderful place to stay! We enjoyed time spent in and around the pool/spa. The view is amazing. The plants in and around the outside of the home are phenomenal. The home was cozy with unique decor, and it had everything you needed for your stay. The host was extremely easy to reach and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Highly recommend!

Overall everything was great. Minor problem with hot tub the owner handled professionally. My only problem was no dresser or a place to unpack my suitcase in the bedroom downstairs.

Patrick and Will do a first class job taking care of their guests ! The large house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a very nice fully equipped kitchen and large dinning room table next to the family room with monster huge TV. The lower level has a queen bed with bathroom suite next door and laundry room. Upper stairs is the huge master ensuite and 2 more queen bedrooms that share a 3rd bathroom.
We can’t say enough about the resort style backyard pool and hot tub with view of the ocean and downtown San Diego view from afar. We truly enjoyed our 2 week visit ! Thanks.

We loved this house and would definitely stay here again. There was plenty of room for 4 couples and we spent a lot of time in the hot tub in the evening. The view of the city was phenomenal and the house was only about 30 minutes from anything we wanted to do. Patrick was very helpful in directing us to great places to eat and things to do. This was one of the best vacations we have had.

This place was easy to find and close to everything! It was well-equipped with coffee and cooking essentials. Plenty of room for 6 of us. The pool and hot tub were heated, which we used daily. Patrick checked us in and checked on us frequently to see if we needed anything. The house made our sibling reunion stress-free and fun! 5 stars!

Arrived at the house to meet Patrick and Will to get the keys and a tour of the property. They were as nice as can be! We came to San Diego for our daughters 10th birthday and I mentioned that to them when booking the house. Upon walking in we were shocked to see they had decorated the whole house with balloons and banners and decor for our daughters birthday. They even gave her a birthday gift! She felt so special!
The house was stunning! So well decorated and fully stocked with every supply you could need - and immaculate. The backyard was gorgeous! My kids were thrilled and could not wait to jump in the water. We loved the view and all the furniture to relax on. We had so much family fun swimming and relaxing and spent most of our time in the backyard when we were at the house.
The house is pretty south in San Diego but that didn’t matter and we got to any location we needed to in less than 30 minutes and that’s with weekday traffic!
We truly loved our stay and cannot thank Patrick and Will enough for being amazing hosts and having a piece of paradise to share. We cannot wait to come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was the highlight we were in it multiple times a day. The view is great from the patio. House was well stocked and Will and Patrick were wonderful to deal with. It was nice to have some condiments in the fridge with lots of spices etc as well. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this paradise of a house! We had 8 people, including two 5 year olds that stayed at the house. While we didn't spend much time at the house, the time we did spend at the house was great. The kids loved the pool and putting green, plus a fire pit! It was a great place to stay with three families including three bedrooms. It was awesome that the house offered items for the beach - a cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards, and towels. We were close to everything we wanted to do (within 30 mins) of Coronado, San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, and USS Midway.

Not to mention they provided so many incredible recommendations! Their communication was thorough and response time was incredible from booking until the last day. The location was perfect with an easy drive to everywhere and all the essentials right down the hill. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We loved the fireworks from the back yard on the 4th of July - everywhere we looked they were going off. When at the house we spent all our time outside enjoying the pool, hot tub, putting green and exceptionally maintained beautiful landscaping. The weather couldn’t have been better so we enjoyed the beautiful coastal breeze and sunshine. The house was equipped with everything - cleaned and maintained meticulously. After 9 days we were sad to leave but we have the greatest memories to last a lifetime!

Everything about our stay here was amazing. Leading up to the trip, I kept going back through and looking at the pictures getting more and more excited about my first trip to California. I was not disappointed at all! The house and view are absolutely beautiful.
The homeowners were great to work with and greeted us to make sure we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We were given a tour of the house and shown where everything was so we could easily find it. They even made sure to give us some great ideas of things to do and see while visiting San Diego that our daughter would enjoy.
I’ve already told my husband, we will have to make sure that this house is available for our next trip to San Diego.

We loved everything about this home for our family if 6. We did have to pay extra for heating the pool but in April in San Diego it was well worth it. That was our kids favorite memory! Hanging by the pool as a family. Can’t put a price on family time! Easy access to everything about 20-25 min depending on traffic! Patrick and Will were great hosts and they genuinely cared for us during and leading up to our stay! Quiet neighborhood and nights were so gorgeous!

This home was perfect for our group. Hosts are very hospitable and they are quick to respond with any questions. If we are ever back in the area, we hope to stay here again. Hosts were also super informative and helpful as to check in and check out. Kitchen was super functional and fully stocked with all kitchen tools and appliances we needed.

After we checked out we received texts from the owner accusing us of breaking a bed and umbrella. After telling him we didn’t break anything, he asked us why we put a blanket and pillow on the floor. He was sketchy and digging for problems that weren’t there. He tried to scam us and made false claims of damage. If you rent from him be prepared to defend yourself and take pictures to avoid being taken advantage of. Never had this experience before! Ruined our sisters trip.

This house was just as beautiful and amazing as the listing describes. Both the pool and the hot tub were large and extremely relaxing for our group of six. The backyard was private and perfectly laid out for enjoying the view. It was meticulously clean and everything that we needed for our stay was provided. The layout of the house was excellent, large with an open floor plan and the beds extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and the location of the house was close to shopping, restaurants and easy access to the freeway. The owners were wonderful!! Very responsive and helpful!
