Very spacious and comfortable apartment, super well located, walking distance to nice restaurants, bars, supermarkets and etc.

At first we didn't find a spot for free parking near the building so we had to park up the hill. It's a really steep way up, but we ended up getting lucky and finding a parking spot right by the building later on.

I liked the location, it was close to the bus station and Belem. Also near the bridge and water, it isbin a relativley quiet area. Lidl is quite near, several cafes and restaurants, LX factory around the corner. We had enough space. I liked that we had a kitchen and all the appliences, so that we could eat at the apartment if we chose. The check in was easy to understand.

It seemed that it was not cleaned under the sofa and the bed, foubd sand under the sofa. If you are a light sleeper you probably will have problems falling asleep since the airplanes that land in Lisbon, do so over the house and you can hear it. This is more of a nuisance - the apartment has a TV, but the sofa is situated in a way that you are not in front of it, but in next to it.

At the base of hill, only 5 mins to convention centre, hassle free check in and out, would return!

This apartment was stunning and in a great location . Every care was taken by Yu and Mandy to ensure we had a great stay. We are travelling for a while and now worried nowhere will match Lx Design Apartment.

Loved this place. Perhaps the best short stay apartment I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in alot! Great location right beside bus/tram stop in trendy regenerated area between lisbon centre and belem.(near Lx factory and Congress centre). I was at a conference and it was minutes walk. Apartment was clean, comfortable and a good size. Well equipped with washing machine, kitchen with coffee machine, lovely toiletries and fresh towels. Was some noise from the planes and trains but didn't affect sleep and the beds were very comfortable. Yu the host was very helpful and had even made an advice booklet that he sent to me as an e version prior to the stay. Id never seen this before but it was a great idea showing how much Yu cares about the quality of stay of his guests. Be aware that the photos on the booking sites are off all the appts in the building so this one, for example, didn't have access to the roof or garden area which was a little misleading but didn't matter.

Hard to fault! Did get some poor advice from Yu re getting to appt but he was very sorry and said would amend booklet. Also couldnt find anywhere to buy tassimo pods but again Yu was helpful and promised to rectify for future guests.

Great location, easy to reach any destination by public transport. Nice area to walk around - bridge, river, LX factory. Very good sound isolation from windows. Supermarket in short walking distance. You can ask host anything you need. Online door lock was very convenient. And beautiful viewpoint of the bridge on the top of the stairs near church. Also had no problem finding free parking place for car.

Everything was ok. Maybe some small notes about place to unpack your things. Some shelf unit might be nice addition. And some sharper knife in kitchen :) But overall we recommend to stay here

The location of this flat was absolutely perfect. It was clean and comfortable. Amenities were amazing and very easy to use following the instruction manuals the hosts made. Couldn't have been better!

The footboard on the bed was a bit high making it harder for taller guests to sleep comfortably. No footboard, or one that wasn't higher than the mattress would have been better for him. But, really such a small thing. Everything else was amazing!

Great, comfortable apartment - airy and light, has everything you need. Even blender and water filter, teas, coffee, cooking oil, spices etc. And most important caring and easy to reach host❤️

The hosts have thought about everything you might need during your short stay. Very good and relaxed communication, easy check in and check out.

Aesthetic and rich decor, beautiful view from the terrace balcony, spacious rooms, exceptionally clean bathrooms with fully loaded toiletries and a well stocked kitchen (Had a supply of salt, pepper, oil, spices, vinegar, coffee capsules,dishwasher cakes and the list is endless- enough to last for a month’s stay). Not to mention the extra stock of towels, detergent, quilts and waste bags. So much of reading material (books) and beautiful wall paintings.

I liked everything about the property. There was absolutely nothing more to ask for.

Yu, the host, contacted us several days before our arrival. He provided us with videos and guides on how to make the most of our time in Lisbon. When we arrived, it was simple to find the location, and with the help of the guide on operating the doors, we were in the apartment in no time. The interior decor, cleanliness, and thought that went into how the place was put together wowed us. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We were wishing we didn't have to leave. Once we arrive in Lisbon again, we will return here.
