Willkommen in der Ferienhäuser in Sierra Verde in der Stadt Surprise! Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und familienfreundlichen umgebung, ist dies mit drei Schlafzimmern, zwei und eine halbe Bad Haus voll möbliert und bereit zu Ihnen, einfach entspannen und genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, Bad mit zwei Waschbecken und 32 "Flachbild-Fernseher. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und 32 "Flachbild-Fernseher. Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett. Alle Matratzen sind von hoher Qualität und sehr bequem, und die Bettwäsche ist auch von höchster Qualität. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank für alle Kleidung. Ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner befindet sich im Obergeschoss. Unten befindet sich ein Wohnzimmer mit 42 "Flachbild-Fernseher und zwei Leder Liebe Sitze. This property was perfect for the purpose of our recent trip to Arizona! Our son plays baseball and this property was close to all the fields he was scheduled to play. We booked last minute and the host, Larry, was so easy to work with. Super responsive and accommodating. The property itself was great and stocked with everything you need and more. We would definitely stay there again!

This was an absolutely ideal place. Thank you so much to Larry who is a FANTASTIC host and even took our call when there was an internet outage. It allowed us to easily attend our son's baseball tournament, while I worked from home, and we enjoyed a semi-vacation in between. Thank you!!!

This was perfect for my son and I. He was playing at Surprise Stadium fields, and it was great to have a 5 min drive for early games. Location was perfect with lots of food places in the area on top of proximity to field. Beds were very comfortable and nice to have access to community pool. Everything was great!

We had a great 3 day stay at this house in March as we attended spring training in Surprise. The house had everything we wanted and was in a great location - close to baseball, restaurants, and everything else. We could not have done better, and plan to return next year.

We loved this VRBO. Super clean, plenty of space, comfy bed. Checkin instructions were accurate and easy to follow. Once inside the unit, the included instructions for our stay were extremely helpful. We had a minor issue at the beginning but we reached out to the host and he quickly responded and helped us resolve the problem. Having access to a garage was so much easier than needing to find parking. Highly recommended - we plan to stay here again next time we are in the area! Thank you!

We didn’t have a perfect stay but it wasn’t Larry the property owner’s fault. We were there to play baseball, and it was 120 degrees most of our stay. Yuck! But that’s Phoenix in July. The property is very nice, Larry is a super responsive host, and he bent over backward to get us in the pool when our key fob wouldn’t work. Everything is as advertised. He is a great host.

ONLY complaint would be pool is a few blocks away, its a townhome community. But nice pool and hot tub. Family neighborhood with parks near by. Owner was quick to reply to my 1 or 2 questions. nice time!

Larry’s property was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the community pool almost every day. Larry as a host went above and beyond from the time I booked the rental until the time we arrived and throughout the visit. He was prompt to respond to my questions.

Baseball tournament
This location is minutes from the Royals training center and close (20 minutes) to Dodgers/White Sox and Padres/Mariners training facilities. Larry was accommodating and easy to communicate with (prompt responses as well). The home was clean and had everything for a comfortable stay.

This property was perfect for our family of 4. Each child had their own room and the master bedroom is big with a large walk-in closet. The house was well stocked and we really appreciated the extra goodies in the closet including the pool toys, lawn chairs, coolers, frisbee golf. Having a garage was a nice bonus as well. We did enjoy our stay but This rental is not for seniors or those who want things within walking distance. The stairs are steep to the bedrooms. Low toilet. No grab bars in shower. Very small condo. Nothing to look at except the other condos across a patch of grass in the front.No backyard at all just an alleyway. Garage alleyway hard to maneuver in and neighbors parked their cars in alley way So there were times we couldn’t get out. Pool is not in walking distance!! Many blocks away. Appliances old. Have to walk around 1/2 block to get into condo. Temp control was not good, living room couches very low to ground, bedrooms need ceiling fans, lighting on stairs did not work, no way to lock door to house/garage from outside. only one remote for garage. We were disappointed with this property.
