The Royal Mauian 311 is a very comfortable, clean room. It was more than adequate for 3 people and it is arranged so that both bathrooms can be private. Christine was very responsive and accommodating. The rooftop barbecue area has amazing views. We would definitely book this unit again.

From beginning to end this was the perfect stay. We never felt something was missing and the conveniences were fantastic. Every day we went snorkeling right outside the complex and always saw turtles and other wonderful sea life. We chose not to rent a car and easily walked to places to eat or buy food for our condo. For major shopping trips we will use Uber or Lyft but didn't do that this trip. We would walk each morning either along the shore in the water, along the streets to coffee, or just for a nice morning stroll. All our stress simply melted away. Christine, the owner, was very responsive to any of our questions and was very clear in her instructions. She has provided everything we need to easily live here which added greatly to our comfort. We highly recommend this condo.

Absolutely Amazing!!!
Location Location Location!! First class all the way. Royal Mauian #311 is the perfect place to stay on your Hawaiian getaway. Owners were outstanding to work with. Everything was as listed. Can’t wait for next year. Hopefully it’ll be available!!

Fantastic Condo with Amazing Location
My husband and I so enjoyed our stay at Christine’s condo. Not only is it decorated perfectly she has everything you would ever need. She was very responsive when we did communicate with her and we appreciated that. The best part was how close it was to the ocean and the fact we saw whales and turtles almost every day and it allowed me to walk on the beach each morning without having to walk or drive anywhere. If we come back to Maui we would certainly consider staying here again.

It was fine
The condo itself is very clean has everything that you need and the view is unbelievable and not to mention the location is great. However there is no air conditioning and the beds are extremely uncomfortable in that second bedroom was so hot could barely sleep in there and my son even thought he got bug bites from that back room bed. It’s also quite loud if you have the windows open you can hear people talking down on the grass which with no air-conditioning you have to sleep with the windows open therefore you’re woken up by people in the morning. That being said I really don’t think this is a very family friendly place to stay my Young adult children did have an argument out on the lanai, it was loud it was taken care of pretty quickly however other residents alerted our condo owners to it who then called a few days later to tell us how unacceptable it was and the police should’ve been called. Which I then assured the owners it was a verbal argument that was loud and we took care of it. after the phone call the rest of my trip was quite honestly ruined I’ve never been scolded like a child from another adult. Unfortunately kids get in arguments when you least expect it. So that was extremely unfortunate so again I don’t think it’s the best place for families.

Stunning views
This property is amazing. When you sit on the couch inside you feel like you are on top of the ocean. We feel asleep to the sound of the waves every night. The location is very central and we are so close to everything. The activities in the home were awesome also. We snorkeled, boogie boarded and sat on the beach in the beach chairs. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much. Our family will be back.

Perfect Beach location
This condo is located ocean-front on some of the most beautiful swimming beaches in Maui. We elected to prepare all of our meals at home because of covid and this was very easy to do because the kitchen was so well supplied. There are also many beach activity items available for use: beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, kids toys, etc. The unit is exactly as described. My communication with the owner always had rapid turn around and she was very helpful with all of my questions.
We couldn't have been happier with our stay and hope to be back in the future.

Stay here when you come to Maui!
We had the most amazing vacation staying at Christine’s condo! We have two little kids (5 and 2) and her condo is perfectly set up for a family with kids. We had beach toys for kids and adults, plenty of room to spread out, an extremely well appointed and stocked kitchen, and a beautiful lanai on which to eat our meals and watch the glorious sunsets. We were greeted by turtles outside our window every morning and the complex is so quiet we all slept beautifully. Christine was very accommodating, kind, and helpful. We would absolutely recommend anyone, families, couples, anyone, stay here when you come to Maui.

Everything you need!
This is a delightful property with everything you need for a fun beach vacation right at your fingertips. Everything was very smooth and delightful! We made use of the beach most mornings, the pool most afternoons, and the rooftop grill most nights for dinner. Family meals on the lanai by the ocean talking about the day’s adventures can’t be beat!

Truly Paradise
My family had an amazing stay at Christine's condo in Kihei. The condo was exactly as listed on VRBO. The kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and we were provided with beach towels and boogie boards for the kids. This condo is the perfect place to stay if you have kids. No need to pack the kids and the car to get to the beach. Just step outside and you have 2 of the best beaches in Kihei just steps from the condo! We were playing in the ocean every morning by 9am! Thank you Christine for the great accommodations. The kids are already planning our stay for next year.

Sunset paradise
Once we saw the pictures for this property, we wanted to stay here. We were not disappointed! The pictures were exactly what we signed up for and our stay was incredible! The condo was just the right size for two adults and two teenagers. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and enjoyed all of the ocean sunsets. Great access to many shops and beaches. Short drive from airport.

Another Amazing Stay
We love this condo. It is well stocked, and even better than the pictures. The views from the condo are amazing. You even see turtles daily. It is in a great location, beach access is very easy, and many food options just across the street. We can't say enough good things about this condo. It was the relaxing vacation we needed!!!

Amazing stay!!
We just spent two wonderful weeks and enjoyed every second. This unit is just as advertised and is fully stocked for a family of 4 to enjoy from the minute you step in from the kitchen to all the beach. The owner and manager were easy to communicate and the unit was spotless. The ocean breeze kept us cool in the evenings and the sounds of the waves crashing put us to sleep. Thanks again Christine, we can't wait to return.

This is a great property in a terrific location. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation including comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, beach towels, ample parking and more. It is solid all around.

Great view and beach access!
The location of this condo is its best feature. The unimpeded view of the ocean and very easy access to Kam I beach will bring us back without hesitation. The condo is small but well laid out so to maximize the space. The lanai area has a proper table for four and we were not cramped for meals out there. The kitchen has a full size fridge, a very quiet Bosch dishwasher, and good quality knives and flatware. The beds are comfortable, with the master bedroom enjoying the breeze and sounds of the ocean. Parking is easy. My only recommendations would be blackout curtains in the master and more lighting in the bathrooms — minor things compared to the benefits of this condo.

Best vacation ever!
We had such a great time! The location really makes this place perfect! Beaches on either side and snorkeling right out front, restaurants and stores right across the street! And the unit was great! The view was indescribable! Sunsets every evening! The owners, Christine and Ron, were always available when we had any questions and were very friendly! We are deffiently comming back!

Amazing Waterfront Home away from home
Best condo complex in Kihei. 311 has every amenitiy you could ask for and then some. Christine was so pleasant and easy to work with. Watched whales, turtles and dolphins right from the lanai. We will recommend the unit to others and will definitely be back!

Kihei perfection
What can I say, just a perfect place to hang out. All the descriptions were accurate (maybe even understated!) the view is awesome, the location relative to other things to do is awesome, the complex is great and right out your door to the beach below is some of the best snorkeling in Maui - I stopped counting sea turtles at like 50. Loved the place, would 100% definitely go back.

Lovely well stocked condo perfect for celebrating Christmas with our young adult children. Thank you to Christine for a great stay. I would definitely stay again. Well appointed with beach chairs, toys, paddle ball, coolers and umbrellas. Comfortable beds and furniture kitchen well stocked, and the view cannot be topped. We used the rooftop bbq several times. Loved the whole stay!

The best location for a stay on Maui!
Christine has a comfortable and well maintained 2 bedroom condo, walkable to many shops and services. This condo sits on the ocean, between two popular beaches, with a sprawling lawn and pool as well, to enjoy a good book from, or to enjoy views and sounds of the Pacific. The ocean is so close, it almost feels like you can reach out and touch it from the living room and lania. Christine is a hands-on host, checking in on us, shortly after arrival, to make sure everything was up to par. Pride of ownership in this condo. We had the convenience of being across the street from the whole food store, with a great food bar and the best acai bowls, Freds is also across the street, and serves up a great margarita and chips and salsa, don't miss the cinnamon rolls from the bakery, or the local grub from Da Kitchen, and so much more, steps from our front door. We will return again and again. Christine also offers snorkel equipment, beach chairs, and boogie boards.

Maui vacation
Enjoyed our stay in Keihi. Our condo had many amenities, awesome view and location. We enjoyed walks on the beach and parks...but our favorite place was on the lanai...for coffee in the morning and cocktails at sunset 😊🌴🌺

Beautiful view, great location
Beautiful and clean condo with gorgeous view from the balcony. Beds were super comfortable with quality sheets. Kitchen and bathrooms nicely updated and well stocked. Plenty of boogie boards and chairs and a few other beach toys. Some great snorkeling, including turtles, right out front! There's also a couple snorkel rental stores and other shops and restaurants just across the street.
We used the rooftop grills several times which was quite nice. Note that the elevator only goes to the 6th floor and then there is a flight of stairs to the roof.
Property owner was helpful and available. The only thing to consider is that this condo has no a/c (as is common in the area). Although plenty of ceiling fans and other fans are provided, and there are lots of windows and a breeze- I personally wished for a/c in the middle of July.

Everything we needed and more!
We spent a week here on our honeymoon and could not have been more at home! Everything we needed was readily available and Christine was an amazing host. We only ate out 3 times and made great use of the full kitchen and the grills on the roof! The beach toys were a hit with our two daughters, as well as having the beach AND the pool steps from us! That was a definite must! On our last day, there was a large brush fire so that kept us inside for the majority of the day, so having several spaces for us all to go between the bedrooms and the living room was a huge plus! Located with several shops and restaurants across the street, we only used our rental car 5 times! Thank you for providing such an amazing home to stay in, we will be back!

A Perfect Vacation
An amazing location in Kihei. Fantastic sunsets from the balcony.. You can view sea turtles from the comfortably furnished lanai and swim with them every day on the beautiful coral reef. Countless schools of beautiful, tropical fish species. Everything you would want is in this upgraded condo. Short walks to the amazing. sandy beach, great restaurants and activities. The owners and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Couldn't be better!

Ideal Kehei Property
We love Kehei. This unit at the Royal Mauian was well-kept, well-equiped, and reflected pride of ownership. The layout was especially effective as each bedroom had its own private bathroom plus its own sliding door providing privacy from the rest of the unit. The addition of an onsite washer/dryer and fully-stocked kitchen were especially appreciated. The view from the lanai was magnificent and the snorkeling out front was amazing! The owners were very attentive to our needs and in addition, to the above-mentioned amenities, provided boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, and other useful beach equipment. We would highly recommend condo 311 and hope to return again in the future.

Amazing oceanfront condo. Absolutely perfect!
We just spent an amazing week at this condo and loved everything about it. The unit has been recently renovated and is tastefully decorated and well-stocked. It has awesome views to the west providing for incredible sunsets. Christine was wonderful to deal with throughout and very helpful. We've stayed at many places in Kihei and this one is perfect if you want to be in a central location right on the water. Absolute paradise. You won't be disappointed!

This is a beautiful unit with an oceanfront view that is priceless. The owners have made the home comfortable and appointed with household items that make for easy Maui living. We felt renewed and rejuvenated and we would definitely return during our next visit to Maui. The owners were responsive and concerned about our convenience and comfort. We have come to this property 3 times now, we love it. It’s close to two beaches.
We loved the condo it was the perfect location in the complex, right in the middle with great ocean views and beach views. The sunsets are amazing, people gather every evening around our complex to watch the sunsets. The condo was well stocked, organized and decorated very tastefully. I would highly recommend this VRBO!

Wonderful View, Great Location!
We had a wonderful vacation in Kihei and this condo was very comfortable, clean and the view of the ocean was stunning. Our family enjoyed the safe beach nearby and had so much fun eating up on the roof each evening. The condo was bright and cheery. Warm, tropical breezes come through the windows and lanai door, making for a very pleasant sleeping environment. It is quiet and we enjoyed everything about the Royal Mauian!

Paradise!
This condo has the best view ever! We watched unbelievable sunsets and even saw turtles from the lanai. Walked across the lawn and saw lots of turtles! Some of our party even snorkeled with them. The condo kitchen is very well equiped. I can’t think of anything that was missing. Our beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the showers. I wish we could have stayed a lot longer.

BEST "HOME" AWAY FROM HOME!:)
We've stayed at a lot of places, but none quite like this! It is SPECIAL! Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, fully stocked kitchen, linens, beach goods, etc. The management company and owners are super to work with. The location of this condo is PERFECT for great dining close by, long walks on the beach, privacy, swimming, turtle watching, quick trips to the grocery store and much more. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE! Perfect for couples or families! You will want to come back!
