Our stay at this property was absolutely amazing! So much attention to detail in the cabin for guests. The location on the river is beautiful. We enjoyed swimming in the river and sitting on the shore and enjoying the tranquility. Sherry and her son are wonderful hosts! We hope to be back again someday.

Wonderful place to stay during the heat of the summer! The river was clear and cool. The cabin is a perfect retreat that feels cozy and private, and has a great view of the river. Just what we needed to relax.

There are not enough words to describe our amazing weekend spent in the "Nordic Pine Cabin". From the time we booked this trip to the literal minute we checked out, this gem deserved more than the average five stars for this charming piece of Utopia. Waking up to a symphony between the birds and the cascading alpine waters that were paired with the crisp cool air, the hint of scented pine in the morning felt like a dream. All the while, an aroma of 97 Rock House "Motherlode" coffee (gifted by our host) was brewing, there was no other place to enjoy it but, on the patio with the warmth of the sun welcoming a new day. We spent our time down at the private beach area and made use of the amenities that were available to us. I appreciated the rustic decor complemented by the modern furnishing throughout the cabin. The beds felt like you were sleeping in the clouds; light, fluffy and soft (at least that's what I'm assuming a cloud feels like) LOL! Although I don't own a pet, another perk is, it's pet friendly. Our entire experience here felt like our home, away from home. What made our stay much sweeter was the personal touch's we received by our host John and Sherry. This mother and son duo really knows how to make your stay rememberable, leaving us making this an annual trip, maybe even all year round. Hats off to the attention to detail they both put into their guess. We started off as friends and upgraded to being an Ohana. Mahalo Nui Loa and until we meet again A Hui Hou!!!

The cabin was very clean. Comfortable beds. Cute touches throughout. Beautiful views from inside house, loft bedroom, and deck. You see the river from both the front and back of cabin. The river and beach was private. The rapids were fun to tube. The deck was a relaxing spot to have a snack, sit, play games, and at night look through our telescope. Was a pleasant and relaxing stay.

This was the perfect get away for two adults and a pooch. Such a cozy and inviting space. Such attention to detail by the owners. A personal welcome, a note with snacks and cider, a contact number for any questions or concerns. The deck overlooking the river is dreamy and comfy, a perfect perch to view the mountains and the water. Comfy couch, grear lighting, huge TV, great AC, great extras in the kitchen, and OMG the most comfortable bed, pillows, and bedding Ive ever slept in. This is so overlooked by most locations, imho, and it really matters. They really go the extra mile. I will absolutely return. It was a great experience in every way. (Oh, did I mention dog friendly?! Organic baked pet treats on arrival, water and food dish available, and a baby gate to keep your pet on the porch with you. A list of dog friendly restaurants and pubs, which are numerous. Another huge bonus!) Thank you Sherry and John for such a delightful experience!)

I stayed with my family and loved the cleanliness and location of the cabin. We also spent a day at Leavenworth which is not far from the cabin. I would highly recommend it for a weekend getaway for couples and families.

Our family loved our stay here!! The cabin is beautiful, cozy, and stylish. The beds and linens were also incredibly comfortable! These hosts are top notch and truly paid attention to every detail. They went above and beyond to make our trip special by leaving us thoughtful welcome gifts. The location is fantastic. Leavenworth was an easy drive from the cabin. The river at the property is lovely and peaceful. We really enjoyed the neighborhood which had a park within walking distance from the cabin. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed for our trip. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

The whole experience was wonderful. If there was any complaint, it would be we didn’t realize the lay out of the sleeping tightness for older people that have to get up in the night to use the bathroom. The privacy was perfect and you couldn’t ask for better hosts!!!

What is better than 10/10, this place. The cabin, the property, and the whole experience here exceeded our expectations in every way. Cozy, clean, indescribably beautiful, and well appointed - this cabin had everything we needed and more. The hosts truly care about providing a magical and complete experience in every way. Every detail was considered here, too many amazing little touches to even list but just one noteworthy item was that the beds, bedding, pillows, and throw blankets were some of the most comfortable we've ever slept on. The hosts were so kind, welcoming, and generous. We just can't say enough good about this place. Lastly, 97 Rock House is a must go (and a beautiful short walk from the cabin) for great coffee, food, vibes, and views. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful slice of nature with us. Cannot wait to see it in the winter!

The property was clean and kindly set up for guests, including sparkling cider, cookies and hot chocolate. We felt very at home. The property view is gorgeous. We will likely stay again sometime.

We had an amazing stay at this cabin! The views are amazing and the cabin looks exactly how it does in the pictures. What put this place over is how responsive and caring the owners are. Every interaction we had was so pleasant and this will definitely be a spot we recommend to our friends.

The cabin was charming and full of surprises. We had a great time exploring outside. We appreciated the fire wood for the stove, GameBoy, DVDs, sleds, reading nook, hot cocoa/coffee and bottle of wine! We had an excellent and relaxing weekend. Thank you!

We had a fantastic time at Sherry & John's A-frame in Peshastin. The weather was cold (17 below as we drove over Blewitt Pass!), but the cabin was toasty for our arrival. The kids spent time on the sledding hill right outside the cabin, then came in to warm up with cocoa and a movie or board game, then back out to sled more. The beds were comfy and we appreciated the special touches like the sparkling cider, cocoa and marshmallows. We spent one day in Leavenworth shopping, sledding & eating, and went to the Leavenwoth Reindeer Farm another day. We can't wait to return for the summer season to play in the creek and have more fun!

Such an adorable, cozy retreat overlooking the river. We went at Christmas time. Cabin was nicely decorated for the holiday. It was a bit tight, but the four of us mostly stayed in and played cards, made pancakes, watched Christmas movies, and enjoyed the fire and gorgeous river view. Great coffee/sandwich shop just down the road. Hosts were wonderful, and really seemed to have thought of every detail to make our stay perfect. As it was!

This cabin is a great place to relax and unwind. It is peaceful and comfortable place. The property manager is very friendly and available for any questions or needs. They have provided thoughtful touches that helped make our stay the best.

Great location to Leavenworth, loved the Rock that was close by. Great little trailhead minutes from the house. Host was awesome!

Exactly as we expected.. and more! It is really hard to describe "peaceful" in words. Staying in this cabin gives a new meaning to the word "PEACEFUL" The many outdoor views the cabin offers along with the sound of Peshastin Creek will totally mesmerize you! Inside the cabin we found that every need was provided for, including movies and a nice selection of games. The snowshoes were a welcome treat. It was hard to venture away from the cabin but we did, enjoying the dining and shopping in Leavenworth, Cashmere and Peshastin. We are looking forward to a spring time return visit!

This sweet A frame was the right amount of rustic paired with comfortable updates. The owners were warm, communicative, and very helpful. The beds are some of the best I've slept in, the view from the big windows is gorgeous (especially during fall!) and the proximity to hiking was great. We loved curling up on the couch by the fire and being close enough to Leavenworth town center to enjoy it but far enough away to feel like we had some quiet and unplugged time. We would definitely stay in this sweet and cozy cabin again.

Wonderful location. Wonderful hosts. Close to Leavenworth. Will definitely stay here again. "A" frame cabin has kitchen, bathroom, fireplace and large screen TV. Deck has charcoal barbecue that overlooks the creek. We will stay here again for sure.

Wonderful weekend for our family. Great location and beautiful view. We spent half of one day and most of another down by the creek. It was just a short drive to Leavenworth for restaurants and a little shopping. We look forward to coming back.

The property was perfect for our family of 3 and our pups!! Sherry and her son met us as soon as we drove in and was so welcoming. The cabin was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The day after we checked in Sherry made sure we had everything we needed. It was nice to have a table inside and outside to accommodate us all. The beds were super comfortable. The view from the upstairs bed is amazing with the A frame and all the windows. It was so nice to have a balcony to sit out on and enjoy the wonderful weather. The property was amazing!! It has a trail down to the river where we spent our afternoons just relaxing in chairs they provided. We really didn't want to leave.

This place is beautiful and the Sherry is amazing! We will be back!
