The house is beautiful and was perfect for our family vacation! It had everything that we needed. There were seven of us and we had plenty of room. The location is fantastic and close to several excellent restaurants. We hope to rent it again sometime!

We were in town for a friends 40th birthday and needed a home to accommodate 5 couples and 2 kids.
The house was GORGEOUS and clean, spacious and well equipped. We knew the weather would be on the chilly side, so we opted to heat the pool and are so glad we did because we used it every day. The neighborhood is quiet and there are tons of places to eat nearby.
The owner Amy was incredibly helpful and very quick to respond. Suzanne, the “house manager” was not as helpful, unfortunately.
Overall, this was the perfect home for our needs and would absolutely stay again.

We had a great experience using this house as a base for our guys golf trip. Great location, tons of space inside and very clean and comfortable. Communication ahead of the trip was fantastic and the one bump we encountered was handled within minutes. We would definitely stay here again!

Family wedding
So glad we found this listing! We were in Scottsdale for a family wedding and decided to make a mini vacation out of it. This was the perfect place to do that! The house was spacious, clean and very well appointed and the heated pool was beautiful! The property was perfectly located near all that Scottsdale has to offer. Would definitely stay there again! Great home for all ages
We stayed at this rental with my family, parents and my sisters family with ages ranging from 3 to 70. Papa is handicapped and this property was very accessible for him, kids enjoyed the backyard area with pool stocked with pool toys and putting green, plus basketball on the front drive. Adults enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard as well. We had many meals in and kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. House had more than enough room for all. We would stay again!

Great home, perfect location
This home is just as pictured and described in the listing. The location was perfect for getting to all the amazing Scottsdale restaurants, shopping, hiking and the Phoenix Open. There is a wonderful walking trail just a block or so away. It is a very quiet neighborhood.
A large basket of snacks was supplied, a surprise and nice touch.
All the baths had shower gel and hand soap and plenty of towels.
The home is spacious with plenty of seating areas both indoor and out. We loved the huge back yard with putting green, fire pit and pool.
We had three couples so everyone had their own bath which was a plus. One bath is not en-suite but large and just outside the bedroom.
The home has all the basics tools for cooking.
The owner and property manager were immediately responsive to any requests or issues.
I would highly recommend this home!!

Terrific experience staying at this house. Owners make sure everything is ready for you, have a very good property manager, and make sure your stay exceeds your expectations. The pool was great, the location very good, and our family had a great time. We would definitely return.

Spring break getaway
We had a wonderful time during our stay at the property! We would highly recommend this home and hope to stay again. The house was very clean and in a beautiful neighborhood . It is in a great location and we found it easy to navigate to wherever we wanted to go. The property manager was fantastic at getting back to us in a timely manner with any questions we had!

The house is nice, located in a good neighborhood about 15-ish minutes from Old Scottsdale by car. Probably the best thing for us was proximity to the McDowell Sonoran Preserve since we like to hike. It was also about a 15 minute drive to Keirland for shopping and restaurants. Had trouble hearing the pool but once it was determined the heater wasn’t working, the issue was addressed by the owner. And they handled the issue fairly.Overall nice big space to have 1-2 families gather.

Good New Year’s getaway!
The house is nice, located in a good neighborhood about 15-ish minutes from Old Scottsdale by car. Probably the best thing for us was proximity to the McDowell Sonoran Preserve since we like to hike. It was also about a 15 minute drive to Keirland for shopping and restaurants.

The property is as described. The home was quite clean and well appointed including everything needed for a family gathering. The neighborhood is serene and very conducive to backyard activities. The drive from the property to Scottsdale Stadium is only about 15 minutes. This is a great VRBO property.

Great Outdoor Space
Visited Cactus Acres with my extended family and everyone had a great stay, from the toddlers to the grandparents. Highlight was definitely the outdoor space - we spent lots of time in the pool (tons of pool toys provided) and brushing up on our putting. The wood burning fire pit was a great way to end the evening. Lots of interesting things to do within 10-20 minute drive.

Kid and adult friendly!
We loved our stay here! It’s one story which was amazing for our disabled elder family member and our toddler. The house has so many toys stashed both inside (in drawers we found cars and coloring books - our son was thrilled!) and outside (some great pool toys, a basketball hoop, golf, etc.) We ran into some minor issues - one towel per room with no other towels to be found and no dish towels. The manager came right over and gave us everything we needed. This is all on top of what you see in the pictures...Obviously the grounds are beautiful, the house is open and spacious, and there’s a gate around the pool which we required. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect for us! We had 2 families with 6 kids total and there’s was plenty of space for everyone! In a quite neighborhood but super close to everything! Will definitely stay here again next time we are in town!

Wonderful place to stay.
The house is gorgeous. The kitchen is well supplied. The area is charming. The only downside was the tv reception. Two of the bedroom tv’s did not work at all, which was disappointing for the people in those bedrooms. The manager was very responsive, but unable to remedy the problem. Other than that the house completely met our needs. We hope to stay there again.

This was a truly amazing home that had every amenity possible!! Gorgeous pool, very clean home, more room than we imagined!! Great place to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from college with our family! Coffee on the patio every morning and pool time all day! Dinner on the grill and nights by the fire! Living conditions did not match the quality of the house
Dirty coffee pot (grounds left in it with no filter used. No wash cloths, hand towels, or bath soap, garbage liners, etc. If I owned the house, I would be upset with the cleaning crew. If these things were handled, I'd be staying once or twice a year.

Just as I imagined
This property was wonderful! We stayed for a bachelorette party and the space was great to accommodate all 10 of us. Plenty of sleeping room, bathrooms for everyone to get ready and space to relax. The property manager Tim was quickly responsive and very flexible to meet our needs. I would definitely recommend this property!
