Quaint Cape Near Beaches And Centrally Located
Dieses Haus ist eine einstöckige Wohnung mit offenem Wohnzimmer und neu renovierter Küche. Der Rest des Hauses wurde im Jahr 2015 komplett renoviert. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit einfachem Zugang zum Skaket Beach an der Cape Cod Bay und zum Nauset Beach am Atlantik. Der Crystal Lake und der Pilgrim Lake liegen 800 m entfernt und laden zum Schwimmen und Angeln im Süßwasser ein. Dieses Haus befindet sich in fußläufiger Entfernung zu Kents Point Conservation Area und verfügt über eine offene, geräumige Küche und ein Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Flachbild-TV und neuen Geräten sowie einem großen Tisch für 6 Personen. Property was clean and very comfortable. Great location, also very quiet.

We had a great time at the Orleans house. It was comfortable, spacious, and a perfect location. Our kids loved the kids room and the toy bin. We made use of the fire pit and bbq and enjoyed sitting out in the comfortable weather and watching the fireflies. Appreciated that sand toys and beach chairs were available. It would have been nice to have a beach umbrella available; the one that was offered went with the outdoor table and was too heavy to lug to beach. All in all an ideal time in Cape Cod. The kitchen appliances/cookware were perfectly stocked. My only feedback on that note is that it was tough that they had zero communal cooking items barring a container of salt. Always a bit of a bummer to have to stock up on all the little things when you're coming from out of town like oil, vinegar, pepper, mustard, etc. Additionally, some parts of the home could use some updating/love and appeared a bit worn. The blinds for instance did not always open/close, coffee maker turned off sometimes when brewing, rugs/towels/dishtowels could use replacement. We still had a really lovely and comfortable stay.

We had an amazing time and the house is beautiful. Being centrally located worked perfect for our family. We were able to jump around to all parts of the cape and then relax and rest at the house. Thank you for the place to stay, we will be back!

The house was welcoming and spacious. The open floor plan was perfect for our family's meals, game nights and general relaxing. Perfect location, close to Nauset Beach, easy trip into town, easy ride to Chatham. Loved it.

This house was perfect for our family. We visited in July to spend time with our son that was playing for the Orleans Firebirds. The location was perfect for us as it was very close to Eldredge Park and very central for everything else. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked.

A lovely home! We loved the open floor plan, everything was very clean, large bedrooms, access to the garage to store beach chairs was appreciated, the outdoor shower was so refreshing. We also loved the location. We were close to our favorite beaches and lots to enjoy around Orleans. Thank you for letting us stay at your house, we are already looking forward to our trip next year!

Wonderful rental
Such a wonderful house in Orleans. Stayed the end of June 2022 and had a fantastic week! House is all on one level, very easily accessible. Modern amenities. Two king beds and one queen bed were all excellent and comfortable. Very kind, thoughtful and helpful rental property owners who live next door. Definitely would love to stay again next summer!

Orleans Escape
This was a perfect setting for friends to gather and relax. The open kitchen and living area was well appreciated especially during one rainy day when we decided to stay in — that’s a true test of a good vacation rental. We took advantage of every amenity— particularly the outdoor shower. Having the separate game table area was perfect for our evening board games. The fire pit made for a special evening outside under the stars.

Perfect House
We throughly enjoyed our two week stay in your beautiful home. The bedrooms and bathrooms are huge and we loved the open concept living. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and the close proximity to the beaches, shops and restaurants in the Orleans area. This house has everything a vacation rental property needs.

Very spacious, clean, pleasant house
The house was very pleasant, in great condition, in a quiet area, and well equipped. I had no need to ask for anything of the host Meredith during my stay. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great stay!
We visited for a week with our young children. We loved this house. It was clean and surprisingly spacious. There were two huge king bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom and luxurious shower) and another large queen bedroom. Both bathrooms had double sinks. One bedroom had a collection of toys In a trunk that kept my kids entertained. My son loved the old tractor out back. Central air was a great perk and the kitchen was amply stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The deck was perfect for meals and hanging out and the yard was great for playing. Great location in Orleans, yet set back on a quiet street. Hope to stay again!

The basement offers a cool hockey rink that provided lots of entertainment for my kids. Central air was fantastic. They have a garage that’s stocked with any beach equipment you may need! Lots of kitchen stuff to prepare any type of meal - I saw an instapot, crock pot and large pots for a clam bake!Great property in an awesome location. Art and Meredith were wonderful hosts. Comfortable Cape Cod home
We had a very nice stay at this home. It was clean, spacious and was tastefully decorated. We found everything we needed to do some home cooking as we wanted to minimize the number of times we dined out. Arthur was very helpful with anything we needed. We found the location was great we were just a few minutes drive from 2 beaches. There were some great restaurants in the area and lots of fun things to do within a short distance, like biking or jogging on the Rail Trail or crabbing. I highly recommend this place

Great Stay in Orleans
We had a great experience from the booking process to the actual stay. The owners were very accommodating and easy to contact. The house was clean and spacious. The open floor plan was perfect for us. The location in Orleans was ideal. We spent time charter fishing out of Rock Harbor and also spent time on Nauset beach with nearby family. We hope to return in the future.

Fantastic Vacation
This rental had large bedrooms two full baths, comfortable beds, and everything we needed to enjoy our two weeks on Cape Cod.
Its location was perfect for us as it is close to the beaches, theater, shopping and Cape Cod baseball. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and off the beaten path. It was a relaxing vacation for us. The owners are wonderful and had a "Welcome" binder ready for vacationers to use to enjoy the area. We would definitely recommend this rental. We are planning to return next summer.

Stayed for 2 weeks in July. Needed central air a couple days - which was nice to have! Loved the big bedrooms and comfy mattresses. Ceiling fans in all rooms were nice too. Great room was perfect for hanging out, cooking, eating. Loved the deck. Good central location for Orleans downtown shops and restaurants. Art and Meredith very attentive and accommodating. Would definitely come back!

A tru;y warm and welcoming vacation house
2 perfect weeks in this great house; spacious, nestled into a tall treed property just minutes to beaches restaurants and downtown shops. Very well appointed kitchen with everything from great coffee maker to top of the line washer/dryer. They even provided the laundry detergent! But perhaps most endearing, is sitting outside on the beautiful deck while flames from the fire pit light the night, chatting with family and friends and STAR-GAZING!

Spacious Rental in Perfect Location
This house was perfect for our family which includes two teenage boys. It's close to both Nauset and Skaket beaches as well as the shops and restaurants of Orleans. The bathrooms are newly renovated and spotless, and the bedrooms and living area are all very spacious -- not your typical Cape at all. The mattresses seemed new and were very comfortable. In all, this house was the best equipped and most comfortable vacation home we've ever rented. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking to spend a great week on the Outer Cape.

Great Vacation Spot!!
Stayed here with my expectant wife and in-laws. Fantastic location! short walk to crystal lake for swimming, nice walks to downtown (only 1 mile) and bike paths. Only a half mile from Elderidge Park for some cape cod baseball. Central air was fantastic (especially for a pregnant wife). The living area was incredibly open spacious. We never felt like we were on top of each other. Firepit was great for smores at night.

Amazing home!
My family was so impressed with this house! We were close to both Nauset and Skaket Beaches and just fell in love with the town. The house was so clean and incredibly spacious. I loved having a washer and dryer as well as A/C and two big bathrooms. We cannot wait to come back next year!!

We were travelling with one toddler and one infant. This is our first vacation to Cape. Consequently, I had many questions about the property and the area before making the reservation. Meredith was very responsive to my inquiries. When we arrived, the house was spotless and welcoming.
The owner lives down the road. There was a short period of power outage on our first day there. While I was wondering if something went wrong in the property, Mark came over in the rain and clarified with me that it's an outage in the area. It is very considerate of them.
We enjoyed our stay at this property and look forward to visiting Cape again in the future. It's been a fun vacation. Thanks Meredith and Mark :).

We have been vacationing in Cape Cod every year for the past 13 years and this was our first stay in Orleans. What a wonderful choice we made! The house was immaculate and perfectly suited for our family. The location is great...easy to get to beaches, restaurants and stores. Our morning bike rides to Nauset Farms were a highlight! We love Nauset Beach and spent most days there. The owners were so helpful and answered our questions promptly and suggested some fun places to explore. We would love to return to this house next year for our vacation!
