The grounds are well maintained any problems were corrected immediately. My only problem is lack of towels and a little spectic smell while sitting on the terrace other wise it is secluded and the pool is right there and the beach is in a great location

The bed was a little more firm than I could handle, and I was felt a little misled about the proximity to the beach, but we were overall satisfied with our stay. The price was right and the nights were quiet. Clean room, cool, air, bottled water included. A grill would be nice, just because I like to grill, but I didn’t except one.

We will be back! Very good location for beaches, town access, restaurants and more. Clean and well maintained. Good pools and relaxing. Everything great!

Enjoyed having our own lounges at the beach! We had sunny skies—-a little on the hot side! The place was very clean and nicely decorated! Staff were very friendly and accommodating! The fridge may need replacing soon—- noisy, my husband levelled it which helped! We hope to be back next year!( we had one very noisy night caused by the people above but Lupita managed to put a stop to it!)

What a nice surprise to have padded chaise lounges set up at our request for us each day, right in line with all the palapas and lounges from the Thompsons Resort. Just steps from their bar and restaurant. A big bonus for staying here! We will be back!

Everything about this trip was smooth and easy. I enjoyed great weather and loved Zihuatanejo. This was the first time I have vacationed by myself. I felt totally safe in the town and particularly in the Residencias. I spent lots of time on the beach and at the pool, which was never occupied by anyone other than myself. The bright, traditional decor in the condo was cheerful and welcoming. The condo would have been perfect also for 2 people. A great spot I hope rent again.

This is a perfect spot for 2 people. The unit is so bright and airy and so private. We used the little pool just a few steps from the unit where the view is spectacular and you can hear the waves from La Ropa Bay. The beach also is a very short walk away with the use of lounge chairs and beach towels. Lovely spot! Would highly recommend it to anyone.

Noemi was very quick to respond to my inquiries and her property manager, Lupita was quite helpful as well. About the only thing we'd want different would be to be higher up in the building as it's a bit difficult to get a breeze on the patio the way it's recessed with a wall on both sides. The air conditioner worked very well and was quiet. However the fridge could get a bit noisy at times. I should mention there IS a TV with Netflix. It wasn't obvious in the pictures but it's there and was great to have. All in all I would highly recommend it and hope to return again next year.

Property met all our needs. And if there was something that needed addressing, Lupita handled it for us in a professional manner. We enjoyed the privacy of the property most of all.

I was here for a wedding. I had a friend come over to check out the place and when we both sat down on the lounge chairs outside, they both blew up and broke. Not sure if they were broken before or not but they were definitely terribll cheap quality. I hope my $130 American paid for higher quality chairs so this doesn't happen to anyone else. It was very difficult to find someone that spoke English. I didn't really care until I needed to speak with them about getting my covid test. No worries though, the airport has a rapid test in 30 minutes for $30 American.

Great traditional studio perfect for two people. We always had the pool to ourselves and the beach access was perfect.

This place is great! It is in a great location, numerous delicious restaurants within a 5 minute walk on the beach. The resedendias are very quiet and peaceful, it felt like I had the whole place to myself. The little pool is awesome and a real life saver if it’s feeling too warm outside. I could go on and on! I will definitely come back many times. Naomi was great and easy to communicate with. Perfect!

Wonderful as always! The new air conditioner is much appreciated. As someone else suggested, a small safe would be a nice addition.

We were ecstatic to find this little gem of a place tucked away in the corner of the property. It was quiet and peaceful with stunning views from our very private patio. We were two days delayed in arriving and were able to add one extra day on but had to go down the beach to stay at an alternate hotel for our last night. Thank you Naomi for accommodating us the best you could. It was much appreciated. We were able to cook most of our breakfasts and a few light dinners and enjoyed the restaurants in the area, and on the beach. It was nice to stock the fridge with our own drinks as the price for cocktails at the Thompson Hotel were outrageous. For five dollars we taxied into the town and shopped at the outdoor market, and also at the Mega supermarket. We just blended our margaritas and put them in our thermos water bottles and took them down to the beach with us. The lounge chairs and umbrellas were very comfortable and we had our own chairs set up for us daily. The daily maid service was terrific, and we had fresh beach towels, two each, to take down to the beach. The beach itself could not have been better, great for walking as it was very flat. The surf was perfect with gentle waves and the water temperature was amazing. Just the right amount of breeze, not the Highwinds that you get on the East Coast. Honestly it was the nicest beach I’ve been on anywhere in Mexico. The small pool just up the steps from our patio was fantastic in the morning to sit and have coffee, and as the sun was going down to watch the sunset and have a glass of wine in The pool was idyllic. We walked across the street for coffees at the Loot each morning. Jungle pizza is just up the road. And Gianni‘s Italian restaurant was very good. The only slight negative was the bed was quite small for us, but not uncomfortable. And the kitchen was very ill equipped for cooking. It could use a proper frying pan, new toaster, and decent chef knife. Also there is no kettle so you have to heat your water in a pot. we appreciated the fresh water jugs delivered to the room though. We would definitely come back, and would stay two weeks instead of one. highly recommended this lovely studio apartment. P.s There is a new air conditioner unit in the suite which works perfectly well!

The condo was perfect for 2, and a very short walk to Playa La Ropa beach. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed the quiet pool, we actually had it to ourselves! The weather was amazing. The owner is very attentive to your requirements we enjoyed our stay very much. We ate at the Italian restaurant just down the block which was amazing I've never had ravioli that fresh in Canada! The condo had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Thanks again 😊�

Good size studio and great location. Everything was wonderful, except for the air conditioner which I think they are trying to replace. It is right next to the bed and is very cold. The staff (front desk, maids, groundskeepers, and Lupita, our greeter) were all very friendly and helpful. Love the beach loungers and umbrella.

We loved the site and the property was what we expected. We loved Zihuatanejo and we'll be back in the years to come. The staff on site was very helpful and the property, although adequate, was lacking decent equipment (coffee maker was broken, toaster was also broken but working one side at the time) My wife had to sleep in the living room because air conditioning was too strong and not easy to adjust. The maid was excellent and the site well appreciated. We are discussing if we will be back next year at the same place or another villa. We loved the beach and the environment. The unit is private with a lovely patio. It is clean with daily maid service. The chairs by the beach were such a gift!
