We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this peaceful and cozy home. It is super clean, very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking meals or for grilling on the patio. We enjoyed the easy access to Manzanita (just a short 15 min. walk or even shorter drive to town) and also the access to beaches and hikes. We loved the privacy of the patio, even though it shows it being near the golf course. It is set up high above the golf course, and is very quiet and private. At night we would enjoy the outdoor fire-pit for making s'mores and then the fire table was lovely to sit around and have a glass of wine by in the evening. One evening we were surprised and thrilled to see a very large herd of elk walk through the golf course right below us! There are so many restaurants in the area, we admit we only cooked twice, but again lots of supplies in the kitchen if you do. Recommend Riverside Fish in Newhalem for a fun, casual dining experience on the beautiful Newhalem River. We also enjoyed the Winery at Manzanita, the Rusty Moose for drinks and appetizers, and take out from the Thai restaurant in Manzanita (the name escapes me but it is right near Hwy. 101). Access/entry was very simple with a coded lock at the front door, and communication with the owner was very easy. I don't know if we will be back this way again in the near future, but if we are, this is a place I would stay at again.

Our family of 4 have stayed at this house multiple times and we always have the most amazing time. It feels like home away from home. We go to tide pools daily, visit the wine bar, shop, cook, and had fun playing ping pong in the garage. One week is never enough and can’t wait to come back soon!

This property is Amazing! It has everything you need for a fun getaway. The house is spacious and so clean. We loved the layout for a large family getaway! Everything was so well stocked that we didn’t need to pack as much stuff for kitchen and bathroom. The ping pong table and beach chairs were a nice touch. We loved sitting outside under the covered area when it sprinkled and had the gas fire table on. We loved the whole outside area!! The house was decorated so beautifully and the beds were so comfortable. The main strip of Manzanita was walkable and so was the beach. My parents are in their mid to late eighties so we drove and parked to beach and shopping and parking was not an issue. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to others to gather and make wonderful memories

Just finished 5 nights at Casa Blanca. What a wonderful, cozy place! One of our all time favorite rentals. Loved the layout and location next to the golf course. Plenty of room for 3 adults/2 teens. Easily could have fit 2-3 more. Home is super clean, well maintained, and extremely quiet. Beds and linens were all top notch and amazingly comfy. Every amenity you could ask for and more. My kids loved the ping pong table. Very handy to have all the beach gear available too. Mary is the best - super responsive to any messages. This will definitely be our first choice next time to the Oregon coast. Highly recommend.

Our family stayed at Casa Blanca during the 4th of July week. The home is beautiful, spotless, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen contained all of the supplies needed to cook almost every morning & night. Grill worked great and we loved roasting smores at the fire pit. We enjoyed the ping-pong table and supplied games. We even walked to town and the beach one morning (about 15-20 min walk). The herd of elk across the street was a treat as well. Communication with Mary was great and the rental process smooth and easy. If you stay during 4th of July, definitely hit up the town parade - so much fun! Highly recommend.

My family had an amazing time at this property! It was well stocked and perfect for traveling with my two young children and family. They had so many extras for the little ones that kept them busy for hours! Everything was as listed and really cut down on what we needed to pack. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and was a short trip to town or beach. We would highly recommend this place to others!

Nice quiet neighborhood- Close to walk to town or the beach. The house was nice and clean- kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking all your meals.
Beds and pillows are so comfy. A very relaxing home with all amenities you could ask for.
Nice wood firepit although this time it was a bit too cold to use but we enjoyed the fire table.

This was our second stay. Great location. It is quietly nestled behind the golf course in a newer neighborhood, close to everything but not impacted by peak crowds. You can hear the ocean, but it won't keep you awake at night. Neighbors say Hi on their morning dog walks. Casa Blanca is a very comfortable and well appointed vacation home. The decor is lovely, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well supplied for those who like to cook and bake. Plenty of comfortable outdoor seating, too. Kids will love the "kids room" with a personal tv/dvd and extra toys beyond the well-stocked game cupboard in the great room. Ping pong and beach toys were also a big hit. Overall a great place to stay!

Our Bunco group goes away for an extended stay once a year and this year we chose this home. What a lovely home, well cared for and wonderful floor plan. For 8 of us, it was perfect. A great kitchen, well equipped for us. The owner was so easy to work with, and always easy to communicate with. The outdoor wood fire pit was so enjoyed every night by everyone. Thank you so much for a wonderful time away.

Mary's VRBO was the best place I have stayed while visiting any place! It was very well decorated, spacious, immaculately clean, I just can't even explain how great it was. The kids had a blast as well. It was just amazing all together. From here on out, it will be our go to home away from home!

This place has it all. Walking distance to town. Around the corner from the golf course. Very comfortable beds. This is also one of the best stocked rentals I’ve ever stayed at. Mary could not have been better to communicate with. Everything was in the instructions.

A beautiful home with everything you could need for a wonderful vacation. Mary, the host, was quickly available for our questions. Comfy large beds. The twin beds are better suited for children than adults but we made it works.
Only suggestion I could make would be having instructions available for the gas fireplaces both inside and out.
Can't wait for our visit.

Beautiful home with wonderful spaces to enjoy. The patio was very nice and the weather was fantastic. The home provided many nice amenities. It was close enough to town that we could walk and we had elk to watch with in a block of the home. The only negative if I were to mention one is the twin beds were not very comfortable for the two women in that room but other than that it was perfect. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

We were very satisfied. Casa Blanca is a beautiful home, and we’re glad we made the choice. The home had a lot to offer—easy kitchen, comfortable bedding, and a great location. We enjoyed sitting outside at night, listening to the ocean. And we’re even surprised to see a herd of elk sleeping across the street. A hidden gem to be sure, we would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Blanca in Manzanita. The home and grounds were beautiful, super-comfortable, and well-suited for our family of 8. We enjoyed many meals on the patio table, and even made smores one night on the firepit. The backyard was ablaze in bloom, and we were fortunate to see birds, bees, chipmunks, a bunny, and even 2 deer one morning. In addition, the sound of ocean in the background made for a very relaxing stay. The inside dining room table was amazingly large, and lovely for game playing and indoor meals on the one day it rained. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen spacious and loaded with dinnerware and cookware. The owner was easily reachable for any questions, and check-in was effortless with a numbered keypad. We feel privileged to have stayed at this wonderful home. Thank you, Mary!

Beautiful home in a beautiful town on the Oregon coast. Been to many places on Oregon coast but this was our first time in Manzanita. We will definitely be back to stay in Casa Blanca. Great house with everything you need and great location. Love the golf course as well. Played every morning we were there and loved it. Host was very efficient and has put a lot of time and effort into this home. Perfect getaway.

House is nice and pretty clean but it stops there. I personally wouldn’t call it a “fully stocked kitchen” and am glad we brought our own stuff. The knives are so dull you can’t cut anything. The fridge while it looks big is very small on the inside. There is a fridge that makes up for it in the garage.
This listing boasts vacation rental for 8 people but there is not parking for 8 unless it’s 2 families. Do not try to meet up with family because there is no room to park and the neighbor will have an absolute fit. And be 100% sure not to have any gay flags or anti racist bumper stickers because you will be harassed.
Neighbor is a nightmare. Don’t you dare be outside talking quietly around a firepit til 11pm because she will turn the floodlights on making it impossible for you to sleep. It will be like the light is on in the room. And don’t you dare tape a tarp over said window to try to get a little sleep after you’re still wide awake at 2am because of it because Mary will yell at you and then watch you on cameras.
Also dont stay here if you have any allergies to fragrances. The laundry soap is blue dye and scented. The dryer sheets are scented too. I had to buy my own sheets because my body was covered in hives. All the hand soaps are scented too.
And absolutely, whatever you do- don't leave after 2 nights of hell when you paid for 6 because Mary will not refund you even when you feel unsafe because of the neighbor.

The property was beautiful! We enjoyed sitting on the patio, cooking in the spacious kitchen and relaxing in the living room. Our host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The one level home also accommodated a family member who is in a wheelchair, which is quite hard to find with home rentals. The beach was a 20 min walk away but easily drivable too! Manzanita and is a hidden gem and lovely place for a family vacation getaway!

We rented this house for a group of 8 long time friends who have been having annual getaways for 26 years. First, the fact that the home is all on one floor was a dream come true. The whole house is comfortable, beautifully appointed, fully stocked, has great gathering places for a group like ours, both inside and out. The host was exceptionally responsive. Highly recommend this house for a family or friend getaway.

My family and I have been renting houses on the Oregon cost for 20 years to celebrate Mother’s Day weekend, traveling from Montana, Washington, and various parts of Oregon. This house was one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed in with very comfy beds and everything you could think of. The downfall of this house is the grouchy neighbor. I’m assuming this house is a part of an HOA with parking guidelines. With a few family members dropping in for the day, the rude neighbor confronted us and made a complaint that got back to the home owner. Lucky she was very nice and understanding but know that you are being watched by the neighbor and you don’t want to upset her and get a complaint filed that could jeopardize this beautiful home and kind owner. I would recommend for a smaller group that is very low key…

Casa Blanca is a beautiful, custom home just minutes away from downtown Manzanita. The home is perfectly staged with high end, comfortable furniture, linens and amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking and baking needs. There is a cupboard of spices, oils and sprays and a drawer dedicated to Ziplock bags, saran wrap and tin foil - - not common in rentals - - and highly appreciated. The dining room cupboards are full of games and the garage has a plethora of toys to keep the kiddos entertained at the beach. This rental is one of the best stocked/staged homes I have stayed at, as well as super comfortable. The outdoor patio is beautifully furnished with not one, but two fireplaces, Adirondack chairs, a dining table and sectional. A perfect outdoor space for summer BBQ’s, with plenty of privacy. The owner is lovey and easy to work with, while also very reachable! We were offered early check in, which was extremely appreciated! I would highly recommend this rental and will be reserving this space for a long weekend this summer/fall.

This lovely four-bedroom, one level home hits all of the marks for a five-star review. It's beautifully decorated, appointed with quality linens, equipped with very nice appliances, and everything you would want in a kitchen to prepare a gourmet meal. There are also outdoor fire pits, barbecue, and loads of games and children's toys.
You can't see the ocean but you can hear it from the secluded back patio area and it's just a short drive away. We drank many bottles of wine listening to it.
The owner is very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend.

This home is wonderful for families. Tons of toys for kids (we had a 6 yo and a 1 yo. The 6 yo loved the “kids” room with twin beds: Tv to watch videos, fun sheets and decorations, and a closet full of toys. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishware and cookware. It would be easy to make meals if you were so inclined. Very close to main road and 5 minutes to the beach. Garage has everything you might want for a beach day. The family room has a large tv and many videos for all ages. Home was in excellent condition and sparkling clean. We would definitely stay here again.
