We enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time. The location is perfect. So many restaurants and bars in walking distance. The beach was beautiful. Great views from the balcony. We would definitely return.

It was a very nice clean condo we enjoyed ourselves great location to everything in walking distance or short drive the only problem i ran into was the bedroom tv didn't work so my kids argued but they managed

This condo has a great location , nevertheless it needed some TLC. Walls needed painted and there was a leak at the bathroom ceiling . We had problems with the Ac unit , the condo stayed warm for an afternoon , but it was repaired after hours . Parking is a major problem . People park in your reserved spot and if you have a friend or a second car in your group , you do not have a guaranteed parking . I was expecting a larger condo

The condo was in a great location and had amazing views. The beds were comfortable and so was the sofa. Condo stayed cool during the hot days. Description of the condo was spot on. They provided pool towels, but no beach towels. So you will want to bring your own. There are only a couple of complaints that I had and one was how dirty the floors were. We were good about getting our feet cleaned off before entering. But if you didn’t wear socks inside your feet became dirty. We would shower then walk from the bedroom to the kitchen and our feet would already be dirty. Other than that, the condo was amazing to be in. There was a really cool ice cream shop across the street, which was nice on the hot nights. I would of loved to give a 5/5, but the dirty floors was unfortunately a negative. That’s just a cleaning issue that can easily be fixed with some extra time during the cleaning process, especially since you have to pay a cleaning fee. Last is a minor issue, but for the laundry, they only provided one tablet for doing laundry. So plan that accordingly if you want to do a load. I would though 100% recommend staying here. We will definitely be back.

Very clean, pictures look exactly like the condo in person. The pictures don't do the view any justice. Have to see it in person. The entire condo was amazing. Check in was seamless and staff is very friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a nice rental the only things that I would say needs changes would be the queen mattress in guest bedroom it has springs poking up and an indent in the one side of the bed and needs darkening curtains for guest bedroom as well the light outside the window just shines right into that room. Other than that it was quite nice and an awesome view!

Our stay was very comfortable and the condo was quiet even though there was a lot of noise outside. It was a excellent location everything was around us and the restaurant right across the street was phenomenal. The only thing I can say is the condo needs some updates and the bed was lumpy. However it was still an enjoyable stay

Very spacious, nice views, came in later in the day they worked with us on that. Rooms were very clean. 5 star resort in my eyes

We made a last minute decision to head to Treasure Island. Found this place on VRBO and it was perfect for us. Close to the beach..real close..nice pool and great location. Went to St. Johns Pass one day and up to St Pete's Beach another. Lots to do.

Location of property right on beach on walkway was great. Couple minor issues about the property compared to other properties I have rented. This one had the least cooking supplies such as strainers, bowls etc. The second issue was only bowls plates silverware for six meant needing to wash dishes almost after any eating. Property management was helpful on addressing other questions.

I have always wanted to stay directly on the beach for a holiday, even though we live just down the road. We recently sold our house and we’re looking for a place to stay until we could close on our next house and this was perfect! It was one of our favorite thanksgivings ever and we want to make a tradition out of it so nobody else book this place on Thanksgiving! HAHA

I will be going back if I'm in the area.

Very nice place, we really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view from balcony. Loved that their were beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet for us to use.

The location is great. The balcony beach view is amazing. Everything was very clean and nice.

The view of the room is just awesome. Loved drinking my coffee on the porch. It was perfect for the 6 of us. Good size. Check in was super easy. Even checked in a hour early. Front desk lady was super nice. There's a few restaurants and shops to walk to. Only bad thing is the main street is just so busy. Had an amazing week. Will definitely be back!

Views are amazing. But it's on a busy 4 lane road and loud with car traffic. Pool is abutting the parking lot, so a view of the cars - small patio so not even a plant to block the cars! We did not swim in the pool and the building is practically on top of the pool. Nice walking path and right across the street is a boat rental place and an ice cream store. The beach is amazing, but would not go back to this area, but good to go once! The condo is clean but small and the bathrooms are fine. Bedding is good.

This condo was exactly what I was looking for! It had everything in the condo you could need. The view was amazing and the beach was super close. Check in was easy and parking was convenient Thanks for making my birthday a great one!
