Dieses geräumige 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bad Erdgeschoss Eigentumswohnung wurde komplett renoviert. Es hat eine wunderschöne Einrichtung und verfügt über eine Klimaanlage.
Diese Unterkunft liegt im Erdgeschoss und befindet sich an der südlichsten Ecke des Gebäudes, am weitesten von der Straße entfernt. Es ist sehr einfach in der Nähe des Hauses zu parken und zu Ende zu kommen, ohne jedes Mal, wenn Sie kommen und gehen, durch das gesamte Gebäude zu gehen. Wir sind nur ein paar Schritte zum Pool und Rasen, und ein paar mehr zum Sandstrand und Meer hinaus. Das Lanai und das Hauptschlafzimmer bieten einen Blick auf den tropischen Garten. (Wir haben ein top-of-the-line-Konverter-Kit mit einer Matratzenauflage und wird alles bereit in dieser ist die Konfiguration, die Sie wünschen - wir haben geschlafen und Sie können nicht sagen, es war nicht eine Kingsize-Matratze - sehr bequem) . Die Bettwäsche umfasst auch Tommy Bahama Quilts. Die Fenster blicken auf einen roten Fackelingwergarten. Das zweite Badezimmer verfügt über eine extra tiefe Badewanne mit Dusche. Es gibt eine Scheunentür, die geschlossen werden kann, um ein eigenes Bad zu schaffen, wenn Sie es wünschen.
Die Küche wurde vergrößert und verfügt über Fliesenböden, Granit und Edelstahlgeräte. Es gibt eine Esstheke mit Pendelleuchten und Barhockern sowie eine große Auswahl an Kleingeräten (Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, Toaster, Kaffeemühle, Reismachwerk etc.), um Ihren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.
Zur Unterhaltung bietet diese Suite einen Flachbild-TV im Wohnzimmer mit DVD-Player. Es gibt auch Flachbildfernseher in jedem der Schlafzimmer. Darüber hinaus gibt es sowohl im Wohnzimmer als auch im Hauptschlafzimmer ein IPOD-Dock.

Die Gäste sind auch sehr freundlich, wenn sie am Abend gemeinsam ein Glas Wein trinken oder ihre Kinder und Enkel gemeinsam spielen sehen.

Our family of 4 stayed here and it was perfect. Steps from the pool and beach and across the street from shopping and food. The condo was comfortable and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and it was a great size for our group. We loved Kihei in general and will absolutely stay in this condo again.

The place was perfect for our family of 5. Place was very clean and beds were so comfortable! The outdoor area was beautiful and watching the turtles swimming in the water was a fun experience. The rooftop grills and tables were a perfect way to have a nice home cooked meal while enjoying the beautiful sunset. All directions from Susan were easy to follow. She answered questions promptly when needed.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Maui. The condo was exactly as described and it was the perfect home base for us. It had every essential (and more), not to mention it is so conveniently located to food, beaches, etc. (Plus, seeing the sea turtles close up will forever be a treasured memory for all members of our family!) We could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

Location of this condo is great and the set up worked perfectly for our family of 4. Right nearby some perfect family beaches. Across the street is Auntie Snorkel and the Cinnamon Roll place, which we stopped at multiple times. Being on the ground level saved us a lot of trips up and down stairs. In-room laundry allowed us to pack light for this trip. Rooftop BBQ was a nice benefit.

Great condo in a prime spot. Beaches nearby are beautiful and great for snorkeling and swimming. Location is also centrally located to other amazing beaches. There are restaurants close by, places to rent gear. Condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. I hope to stay again!!

Perfect spot - no not ocean view but it was perfect to have the shade on hot sunny days. If you are wanting to see the ocean it is just 15 steps to the condo’s lounge chairs. Condo was very well stocked for the 10 days we were there. Appreciated having containers and spices available.

We chose this rental because the listing said there were sea turtles you could see from the property. I can’t believe the number of turtles we saw every day! The unit was great- it was incredibly well-stocked with essentials and beach supplies, very clean, and the grounds and pool were great. We loved being able to walk to the beach right from the ground floor. Every morning and evening we would sit out on the lawn and watch turtles and the sunset. We happened to be there when the fires started and Susan reached right out to us making sure we were feeling safe, which we really appreciated. We thought Kihei was the perfect town for our family and we would definitely stay at the unit again.

This condo had it all and more! My family of 6 really enjoyed our stay in Maui and the condo was clean, close to everything, and just what we needed! It is literally steps away from the beach and ocean view. My family loved sitting outside and watching the sunset each night from the lounge chairs! Susan was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. The rooftop patio was really cool. If we ever get back to Maui, this is where we'll stay!

We had an amazing stay. The location of the condo being on the first floor worked really well for our family and all the bags we had to tote for excursions. The Lanai was so convenient for that quick trip to the beach to peak at sunrise and then running back for that second cup of coffee.
The condo had everything we needed and the air conditioning units really helped to give that break from the hot sun.

We had a terrific island experience in Susan’s condo. The proximity to restaurants, stores and the beach was amazing. The condo was clean and perfect for our family of 5. Lived the rooftop patio for eating and grilling. The sunsets from there were beautiful. Thanks to Susan for a wonderful stay, we will be back.

Our beach loving family had a great time during our stay at the Royal Mauian. The beautiful guarded beaches on either side, the rewarding snorkeling right out front, and the many amenities within walking distance kept everyone happy. This well equipped, clean, comfortable condo on ground level was a perfect fit for us.

We absolutely loved staying at Susan's place in the Royal Mauian! It was well-decorated with Hawaiian artwork, had comfortable beds, and had everything we needed for a great stay! It was a short walk to 2 amazing beaches on either side of the property, and we loved swimming, boogie boarding, and building sandcastles during the day and at sunset. We enjoyed grilling on the rooftop deck overlooking the ocean. Parking was simple, and the ground floor made it easy to go in and out. We loved the free lawn chairs in front of the property for relaxing and also swam in the pool. Seeing sea turtles while swimming and in front of the property was also so cool! The AC worked well and we appreciated having the washer/dryer too. One of the best locations if you love the beach!

The location was perfect between two beautiful beaches and so much within walking distance. The condo was great for a family of 5 and Susan is incredible to deal with. I would highly recommend staying here with no complaints.

This condo was the perfect size for our family of 3. It was centrally located within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and all the Kamaole beaches. There were beach towels, chairs, and a small cooler along with many other beach toys. The A/C and fans in all the rooms kept the condo cool. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and there were plenty of bath towel sets. The only negative is that the water heater is very small, so you have to spread out showers if you all want hot water.
We had a couple of minor things that needed handling during our stay, and the owner responded quickly to address them. We loved our stay in Maui and would not hesitate to return to this condo.

This was our second time at this property and we enjoyed it as much as the first. Can't beat the layout, the ground floor access and the Royal Mauian complex for it's location. The owner is wonderful and so was the cleaning lady who we met briefly. We would not hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone travelling to Maui.

We loved our 2 weeks in Kihei. This unit was perfect for as us, the toughest decision of the day was which beach to go to as we were both Kam 1 or kam 2 were a 2 minute stroll away from the ground floor condo. A shaded Lāna‘i to enjoy breakfast on or 10 steps to the front for an ocean view. We spent many nights on the roof top having dinner- stellar 360 degree views. Best condo rental kitchen- everything you might need from sharp knives(!!) to a rice cooker. Chairs and beach toys and lots of beach towels were great to have. Communication with Susan was always swift. AC worked well in the living space, but if you’re a light sleeper they do make periodic buzzing noise in the bedrooms, which Susan explained was just how they were - ceiling fans in the bedrooms worked great. Thanks so much for sharing your family’s Maui home.

We stayed at Susan’s condo in Kihei with another couple. We loved that both bedrooms had king bed option. The unit was clean and comfortable, steps from either Kam I or II, well stocked with small supplies, beach chairs, etc. and despite not having view of ocean, it was only 50 ft away and our ground floor patio/lanai felt cool and private and we spent quite a bit of time there on hot afternoons.

This is the first time at this property and first impression was “It’s Perfect!” The condo was super clean, comfortable, equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including all kitchen items, bedding items, and beach items. Would definitely recommend to others, and would return in a heartbeat!

Such a great place to rent and stay in Maui. There are so many great things to say about this property. I’ll try to be straight forward to fit everything in. Posting is very accurate; communication and paperwork with owner is very clear, concise, informative, and professional; condo is very very clean and orderly; has everything you would need plus extra (like good kitchen supply to cook, beach towels, chairs, toys, and other equipment for use) as described in listing; great AC system (all rooms were cooled); conveniently located in Maui, on coast, and 1st floor; many restaurants, stores, and excursions within walking distance and nearby; and owner was available to communicate during stay when needed. You can tell the owner and their family uses this condo during their vacation here as well, that’s why it’s well kept and maintained. We loved Maui (1st time there) and would definitely rent this property again in the future.

This place is very clean and a great location!
I loved how the instructions were clear and easy to follow. There’s a binder you can check if you have any questions. The communication was great and Susan was really nice. The only thing we didn’t like were the towels. They were old and I think they need to be replaced. Also the sofa bed was very old and uncomfortable. Maybe the place needs to be updated a bit. But other than that, it’s a great place to stay! Thank you for everything Susan!

We had a terrific stay and highly recommend this rental. The location is terrific on site to the beach and with easy walking access to restaurants, shops, etc. It was wonderful to get out of the car after the Road to Hana! We really enjoyed the first floor easy access to the beach and the parking lot without elevators or stairs. The condo is very well equipped, had everything we needed for 2 parents and 2 teens. We didn't do any complicated cooking but found everything we needed and more - including a blender for smoothies :). Communication with Susan was terrific - in fact I've never had better pre- and during trip communication with a VRBO host - she answered all of our questions and made check in and check out a breeze. Highly recommend!

Great place! Kitchen was stocked with all the things you could want on vacation. Wonderful beach access and restaurants across the street. Condo was stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, and other fun beach toys. Views are spectacular from the common areas of the property. Condo was very clean and spacious. Susan, the owner, provided great suggestions on dining and things to do. Definitely would stay there again!

Fantastic home base for Maui adventures!
This condo was a great place to stay for our Maui vacation. While it lacks oceans views, the convenience more than makes up for it. It’s a very short walk to the pool and ocean. And with it being on the first floor, it’s great for kids that are always running back and forth to get things.
The kitchen was well stocked for home cooking. And the rooftop grills were awesome.
I recommend checking out the deck box for beach accessories before you buy or rent anything. There was a wide variety of items in there for your use.
The other great thing about this property is the location in town. It’s easy to get to and is right across the street from several snorkeling shops, a health food store (similar to a Whole Foods), other shopping and is right between two great beaches. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We really enjoyed being on the first floor in a tucked away corner so close to the pool.

We had an amazing week staying at Susan’s condo. Everything was just as pictured. Beach was steps away from the condo and the convenience of the first floor location was great! We even saw turtles! Location is also great with many delicious restaurants within walking distance. We are already talking about a return trip to Maui and plan on staying here again!
