We had our annual mother/sister girl trip in May and the condo was perfect. Very clean. Good wrap around porch. Could use a cleaning, kind of sticky. Great location. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of linens. Spacious washer/dryer. Ilia was great to work with. Always answered my emails right away. Weather was beautiful although windy! Would totally recommend!!

We had a wonderful vacation this year. Loved your condo. We had all the conveniences of home. Walking over to Schooners was nice. We didnt have to worry about parking. Our little granddaughters loved the pool. We will definitely be back and we cant wait. Thank you so much!

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious unit. The owner was very prompt in communication with me. The codes on the doors and gates took a little bit to get used to. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking bring a few cookie sheets and mixing bowls. Otherwise the rest of the supplies were sufficient. The proximity to St. Andrews park makes this place special.

Four adults & one child were scheduled to stay for a week. There were TWO wash cloths in the condo and NO dish cloth or dish soap. They do not have enough silverware to have 2 meals without washing them. The beach chairs were not located where they said they'd be. Not a huge worry but they were listed as "Six really nice beach chairs". Three of them used to be nice but now so rusted and broken, almost impossible to use / fold. The other chairs were also old and had broken parts, still had the $10.00 price tag from Alvin's. The bunk room, where most kids would stay, had NO TV. The other two TVs had 12 remotes. None with backs and one with batteries. The bedroom TV shut off every time the channel was changed. We called about this and also told them the bedroom balcony door would not open. They assured us things would be resolved by Monday at the latest. We never heard another word from them. Nice enough people and of course, the location is the best but I would not recommend staying there until they get some customer service going on.

DEFINITELY coming back!
Location, location, location! The condo is located perfectly with grocery stores, restaurants, local shops, bars, and excursions nearby. The condo itself is perfectly located on the 2nd floor just above the pool, hot tub; and the corner lot with the wrap-around balcony is magnificent. The condo was very clean, and much roomier than most we have stayed at before. The kitchen was supplied with all we needed to cook meals for our family, and I LOVE that they have a closet full of beach "stuff" so we don't have to buy chairs, sand toys, etc. Our stay was during Hurricane Ida, so it was a double red flag day all days but one, and we still had a wonderful time walking and hanging out on the beach and in the condo. Huge kudos to the hosts for being so easy to make contact with, so accommodating, and so friendly in our exchanges of conversation. Upon arrival, the green parking pass was not present. The host was quick to respond and attempt to resolve this issue; the staff was unable to get a pass to us due to the weather, but our handwritten note left in the windshield with ours and the hosts phone numbers, dates, and unit number was sufficient for the week. Overall, a VERY pleasant experience. Will definitely be staying here again, and maybe even looking into the other places the hosts own. Thank you ILia and family!

We loved the condo and Ilia was very responsive. We contacted her the morning after we arrived and shared photos of minor things we found during our initial walk-through. The second floor location was perfect.. convenient to parking, beach, etc. Only used the elevator when loading and unloading luggage. Loved sitting on the balcony in any kind of weather. Plenty of room for everyone. Will remember this place!

The property was good and looked as advertised. Had a couple maintenance things that needed fixed and were done in a timely manner. Overall we had a great week and condo was perfect for what we were looking for. We had a party of 10 and it was plenty big enough.

Just okay...loved the beach.
We stayed in unit 201. The communication with the owners was great, they always responded quickly. We had two infants and there are not any cribs/beds for babies, but we were able to have family bring us at least one to use for the week. The unit could use some TLC and updates. The cleanliness wasn't the best, as I could tell the cleaning folks don't clean behind the couches/dressers. The bedspreads, had stains and hairs from others, they don't wash them. We threw them in the closet, but then found out we now had NO blankets. We had to buy blankets from the Dollar General. There's a nearby Wal-Mart, but apparently, this is a common issue and there's a shortage of blankets in the stores. The unit could use some throw rugs in the entryway to wipe off your feet. The kitchen appliances, skillets, etc. are not the best, but usable. Bring your own spices too. I didn't like that the people in the pool could see into our unit, even though we are on the 2nd floor.
If I rented again, I would probably stay on floor 3 or 4. Overall, for the price, the location is great with an awesome view of the beach.

Plenty of space and bedrooms for our family
A nice place to stay right on the beach. Our nephew and niece own a home next door and it was convenient for our family to stay there for the week. The condo needs a few items but nothing that we couldn't buy or use at home after purchase. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, needs a little update, but over all it was a wonderful place to relax, rest and visit with family and friends. Thank you for sharing your home with us. I have a secondary small home on the gulf so I appreciate it when renters take care of things. Hopefully we can make a return visit.

Shaky start but own was prompt to take care of my concerns. Check in was easy. Pictures online need to be updated (furniture inside is a little different but still good and patio only had table and chairs-no lounge chairs as pictured). Overall a good place and location is good(right next to schooners)

Review of our stay 10/17/19 - 10/21/19
We enjoyed our stay however, there were a few concerns. The furniture appeared dirty, especially the couch. The people who slept on it said it had several stains. It also seemed the bedrooms could have been a little cleaner. We found a receipt & trash left over from where maybe the previous guest opened items & left the trash in the drawers in two of the bedrooms. There was a beer can left on the patio, one of the lounge chairs had the seat torn out & 2 of the straight up chairs had corroded legs & were unusable. When we came back to our room one day we noticed all the patio furniture except for the table in the living room. One of our guest pulled out a pitcher to use & said it was dirty. The main concern we had was the water that leaked into the hall, 1st bedroom on the left & ran down into the kitchen area. A large puddle was noticed in the bedroom door which was a good thing because someone could have not noticed it, stepped in it & fell. We kept noticing after we had gotten it up it just kept soaking the towels & coming in. We used several of our towels to try & soak it up. I contacted the owner at 8:15 pm Friday night. He called me back & wanted me to send pictures, which I did. He contacted the maintenance man & advised me at 9:05 pm that he would be there within the hour. This gentleman came out & did what he could, he put rags down trying to stop the water from coming in but the weather was bad & it was still raining. He was there until at least midnight or after, in & out w/ rags trying to stop the water from coming in. He had to bring a fan in to try & dry what water had already leaked in. The guest in the 2 front bedrooms had to hear this all night w/ water still leaking into the bedroom which they had to walk through to get to the restroom. Then at 7:30 am on Saturday morning we were woken up by a knock on the door so they could continue working on this. We had this fan in the room all day trying to dry up this water. They finally got it to stop coming in after getting into the locked room & removing all the contents. We were also left 3 parking passes, which we placed in our vehicles but were given citations since there was no dates written on them. We feel for the price we paid to stay in this condo that not only should we get the deposit back but should be compensated for the inconvenience we had to deal with. We have rented from VRBO for a long time & never had an issue until now.

Family Vacation
The property was beautiful and the condo was great. The entire family had a very enjoyable and relaxing week. Everyone loved the beach, pools and even got everyone into the hot tub. None of us wanted to leave. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation.

Not as it appears!
Seychelles is a beautiful property and we've never had a problem until this year. Problems in order: 1- door code was nightmare. You have to pick your own # and if it's been previously picked, it kicks you out. After 3 tries, you are locked out for 30 secs and have to start over. It took us 25 minutes to get into door. 2- the living room furniture was the dirtiest, most stained furniture I have ever seen. We bought blankets to drape over to sit on because no one wanted to sit on the couches. 3- the counter top in kitchen is loose. When you lean or put groceries on it, it tries to flip up. It is definitely going to hurt someone 4- probably the biggest issues are the beds. Beds are extremely hard and crunchy. We had to go buy mattress toppers to make it through the week. Bed comfort is subjective, however no one had decent sleep. 5- you cant get shower door open. It sticks in groove and unless you are careful, you will yank door off hinges. Someone with arthritis would never be able to open. 6 - no blankets on beds and you are asked not to use the comforters since they do not clean them. Gross! 7- tvs did not work. We had to facetime owner to walk us through to operate (which he was very helpful).All in all, too many great condos there to stay here and spend that kind of $$$ for your back to hurt when you go home. Owner was nice but we will never stay here again.

Was not happy about cleanliness, kitchenware was slim, master bdrm comforter was gross
Renting the property was easy but after arriving not so good. Could have been cleaner. Kitchenware was sparse. When I turned back the bedspread in master bedroom it looked as I’d someone had thrown up on it. Called owner...someone showed up next day with sheets! Duh! Maintenance should not come unless called, someone came to check light bulbs. You have Saturdays to do that, and I would certainly let you if I needed one. A couple of bulbs could be left in the room for that purpose.
Good location and we enjoyed our trip with family but I will not be renting this condo again.

This was the first corner unit we've stayed in at Seychelles and it was great!
With 5 adults and 2 infants, we had plenty of room. We appreciated the use of the chairs and umbrella for the beach. We brought several chairs, and because we were able to use yours, we didn't have to rent any. The weather was great the whole week we were there! We had a wonderful time! Thank you!
