Gäste kommen Jahr für Jahr in unsere Wohnung zurück! Es ist der Beachcomber-Grundriss, der der größte Plan der Zwei-Zimmer-Eigentumswohnungen von Splash ist. Wir haben gerade eine große Renovierung abgeschlossen, die unsere Wohnung noch wünschenswerter macht. Wir haben den Teppich im Schlafzimmer herausgenommen und durch schöne Fliesen ersetzt, die wie Hartholz aussehen. Wir haben die alte Fliese aus dem Master-Bad genommen und die gleiche neue Fliese verwendet, die sich im Schlafzimmer befindet, sie ist wunderschön! Wir stellen auch alle neuen Edelstahlgeräte und neuen Schränke in unsere Küche. Wir haben dem Familienzimmer einen neuen übergroßen Stuhl hinzugefügt und zwei Smart-TVs hinzugefügt, die jetzt in den beiden Schlafzimmern an den Wänden hängen.

Everything about this stay was absolutely phenomenal! From the booking to the check-in and everything that came after was super easy and just as described. It was our first family vacation as a whole and it could not have gone any better! The location was perfect and The view was absolutely stunning!! Communication and property beautiful
Fast response from owner on all questions. Property was as shown. It is a family resort and great for little ones. The only negatives were pool closes at 10, Tiki bar stops selling food at 7 and the elevators are super busy and slow. We had a great time.

A Great Week
We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was great for two families with kids. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning and evening. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook with. Jennifer was an amazing host and answering any questions we had prior to our trip. We would stay here again and are looking forward to coming back in the future!
Arrival and check in was a little crazy with everyone checking in at the same time and trying to get their luggage to their rooms, but that is something out of the host control.
Next time, we will plan a little differently. We will check in and head straight to the pools with the kids for a bit and wait for the rush to settle before we try to bring up our luggage.

We had a fantastic time at Splash! What more could you ask for? A beach front condo with a balcony facing the ocean, beach front swimming pool, a lazy river, a splash zone for kids.... and an excellent souvenir shop across the street! A+++

This place was amazing
I absolutely Loved the unit we stayed in!! The view was breathtaking and the cleanliness was perfect! We had everything we needed and the check in process was great! Jennifer was outstanding when needed to get ahold of and making sure everything was in order for our arrival! I would Highly recommended this place!

Highly recommended place to stay
We had very good time in this property. Sunset view from the balcony was awesome. We also witnessed dolphins in the deep sea from our balcony. House is very spacious and well organized. Our kids enjoyed sleeping in the bunk bed. Definitely we will revisit and stay in the same unit for future trips.

Baseball Trip
We were down for a baseball Tournament, and after long days at the field it was the perfect relaxation spot. The condo was huge. The couch and chair were so comfortable. The views from the balcony were amazing and we even slept with the balcony open so we could here the waves at night. 5 out of 5 stars for sure.

Family Memories
The unit was perfect for my son and daughter, their spouses and 3 grandchildren. The bunk area was adorable and the kids loved it. Jennifer was great from giving me recommendations on a quiet, local grocery store to running home to update my door security code when I couldn’t locate it at check in.

Great place for a family
This place was great and provided a good experience for our family. The pools were cold which meant our kids didn’t want to use the waterpark. The view from the balcony was amazing and we ate lunch there most days.

Must Stay Here!!
If you have kids, this is the best place for them. It was very quiet and peaceful. The condo was very clean and super nice. I will stay again. Kids loved the waterpark. The arcade could use an update. Most of their games were out of order. We were on the 14th floor which was awesome. We had great views.

Paradise!!!
Ideally situated directly on the beach. My FB post of the ocean and the sunset from the balcony got the most views on my FB of anything I've posted this year! This is a very large unit, full kitchen, two full baths, very centrally situated near restaurants and shopping. Owner of property has beautiful beach chairs that can be reserved (simple process) at NO COST to the renter. Jennifer gives great directions, everything is easy to understand. Parking is really easy. Would definitely rent from again! Five stars!!! It was just me and my wife, but this would definitely be perfect for a family. Direct access to the beach (no road in between), TV super easy to operate, white sandy beach - you can walk for miles in either direction, which we did. Pristine emerald water that this area is famous for. Would definitely recommend!!!!

This is a great property for families. There is a kids area as well as pools and of course, that beach! This property is close to Pier Park and lots of restaurants are nearby. The property manager is very easy to work with and overall a great place to stay! Would stay again!

Great Vacation!!
We stayed at this property for a week with family including 4 adults, a teenager and 4 kids ages 5, 5, 4 and 3. We were very happy with the amenities the resort offered and also the location. The condo was as advertised and very clean!! Jennifer was awesome communicating with us the whole trip and even gave us a great list of “must do” while in town, along with great dinner locations. I hope to come back in the future!!

Great Vacation
This was our second time at Splash Resort and it has something for everyone. The condo was perfect for our party of 5 and spacious enough for more guests. Jennifer was available and very responsive to any inquiries we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Spacious and Beautiful
This was our first time staying at Splash and we were not disappointed! This unit is beautifully decorated and has so much space! We are a family of 8 with 3 teens and 3 younger children and we had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The bunk beds are a huge bonus- and they are full size beds! I was pleasantly surprised that they were located off to the side so there was plenty of privacy even though they weren’t a traditional bedroom. Both the master and 2nd bedroom has a king sized bed and there’s also a pull out couch! The entryway is HUGE! Plenty of room to hold all of your beach toys, boogie boards, etc without compromising your living space.
The owners are so nice and answer questions quickly. We arrived earlier than check in time but were able to get our parking passes and pool bands early so we could swim while we waited for the room to be ready. The pools are all amazing, and I appreciated all the shaded areas. The lazy river was our favorite and I appreciated that they had tubes on hand in case you didn’t bring your own.
We have been coming to PCB for 10 years and this was the nicest condo we’ve stayed in. The location is wonderful, we loved that there was a huge gift shop right across the street in case you needed any last minute beach supplies. And it’s close to pier park. We just got home last night and already plan on coming back 🙂

Week trip with 4 kids
This was our favorite vacation yet with our kids. The water park area was great for our kids 3-10 years old. This condo easily slept our party of seven. Having a pack n play was a real plus. Beach set up was complimentary and easy to register. Good restaurants and shopping are nearby. We hope to be back soon. Owner was really easy to work with and helpful. My one suggestion would be if you have smaller children to bring a stroller. Parking garage is across the street but coonecyed to main buildings.

Fun stay!
Condo was spacious, perfect for our 2 families with young kids. The splash pad was cool but was absolutely freezing so our kids didn't get to enjoy it :( We were supposed to be able to check in at 4 pm (and we had been there all day at the pool bc we arrived early) -- we got to the room about 4:20 but the person cleaning had just gotten there .. we were exhausted so wanted to just chill in the room but were kind of stuck in 1 room for a really long time bc she didn't finish until 6:30 (so starting a vacation with 4 adults and 5 kids in one bedroom for 2 hours was pretty stressful). Our plans to cook were shot so Jennifer offered to venmo us some money for the pizza we were ordering which was very kind of her.
We loved the location of Splash. Not too far west that you feel so far away from everything, but also not right in the middle of the busy parts. Pier Park and other cool restaurants and places were very close. It was great having the 2 beach chairs on the beach. Also the listing says Full bunk beds but I'm pretty sure they are Queen sized!
We will definitely be coming back, but will probably go in the summer when it's warmer so the kids can play in the splash pad area.

Fabulous condo with fantastic layout and amazing hosts!
We have stayed at Splash many times and this was absolutely our favorite. Jennifer is an extraordinary host - incredibly responsive and kind! The condo was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated and includes great amenities that were so nice to have. The layout is perfect for families - the full bunks are great and our kids loved having their own cool space! We will absolutely return to this wonderful unit!
