Diese Wohnanlage liegt an der South Kihei Road, etwa 100 m vom Wasser entfernt. Zwischen der Wohnanlage und dem Ozean befindet sich eine grasbewachsene Parkanlage mit Palmen, Shuffleboard und Tennisplätzen, vielen einheimischen Blumen Ingwer Hibiskus. My family and I stayed here right before Christmas. Location is unbeatable and the view was so beautiful each day. Large lanai to eat meals from and ample windows for air flow and view. Hide-a-bed worked well for kids to sleep on and master bed was comfortable. The condo complex was awesome as well and many families were using the grills and outdoor kitchen while kids swam in the pool. We thought this was a great feature. Overall, this was a great condo. The only thing I noticed was one picture of the kitchen in the listing was a different kitchen and there was some sand on the floor when we arrived. However, I understand how difficult it is to get rid of sand at a beach condo! We would stay here again if in Kihei and it is so close to everything.

Location 100’-150’ from the beach. Corner unit with big balcony, well equipped kitchen, small but nice pool, friendly reception.

This condo is good, good location, not as close to the beach as we thought but still nice. Needs a good detail clean and a few maintenance items that could be fixed like, cover for light in shower area, bathroom sink drain hole needs to be fixed.

We stayed for 10 days at Traci’s condo. We enjoyed walking to the Pickleball courts and bbq in the pool area. All in all it’s a good value condo.

This is a great place to use as a home base, since it is easy access to all parts of the island. The kitchen has what you need, the bed is comfortable. The pool is nice, and the bbq area with full outdoor kitchen (by the pool) is really nice. We liked the outdoor furniture on the lanai. We didn’t like the trash guys coming at the crack of dawn every day, crashing the dumpster right outside the bedroom window. Other than that, we had a great stay.
I would have said the condo was clean when we arrived, but there was a lot of wind that blew old trash/dustbunnies out from under the furniture. We didn’t care that much, but because of it I can’t say it was spotless.
Overall I would recommend it as a good value for the price.

Well, it wasn't the cleanest or in best shape place, but it was paradise! The sunset were absolutely amazing! Taking breakfast on the patio with the bird all around and the ocean waves was heaven! You had everything you need to cook! No need for AC, just open the windows and you'll get the perfect breeze! We had an amazing time! For the price, I highly recommend!

Really enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony. The salt water pool was nice & had a full outdoor kitchen with several equipped gas grills. Queen bed was comfortable. Public Pickleball courts close by. Place really needs deep cleaning and repairs by wasn’t bad for the price.

Im gonna be honest here. There was a bit of a clerical error on our checkin which had us stranded at a four star hotel down the road for the first night. BUT the host made it right again the very next morning. During our stay we became more and more aware of the fact that this vrbo is so much more beautiful then the hotel we spend the first night at. I cant put in words just how pretty it truly is. Everything was clean and spacious with a good location and a stunning view onto the ocean . I would come back here in a heartbeat

It was a beautiful corner unit with an amazing view of the ocean. There is a big grassy area in front that is used for football practices a few times a week. The unit is very well insulated so we did not hear any noise from our neighbours. There is no air conditioning but it wasn’t needed because you can get a cross breeze through the sliding door and bedroom windows especially if it gets windy.
We would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at the condo. The sunsets were unreal and I saw turtles everyday on the beach. I would recommend staying here!

Tracie’s condo was perfect with a fantastic ocean view!! It was central to all the beaches and sites we chose to visit and although it is just off of a busy commuter road, it was very quiet and so we’re the neighbors! It was very well stocked with everything we needed. It does not have air conditioning but the unit has several useable fans, that made it very comfortable for sleeping. Would definitely request to stay there again the next time we visit Maui and the price was right in Canadian $$$$!

Great place to stay. Couldn't get the Spectrum cable to work though. Other than that we loved the location, the sunsets from the lanai. It was quiet. The pool area was great, nice hot tub and grills. Of note, we checked in on a Sunday, so the office is closed and we weren't able to get a parking pass until Monday.

This was a great place, right on the beach. The apartment could use a little bit of love, but all in all it was great. We were there 7 days and would return should the opportunity come up

The view was beautiful. However the unit is in serious need of deep cleaning. The drawers and closets were filled with their personal items and left mininal space for us to put our things away. The cupboards were overflilled and the smell permeated packaging of food not in glass jars. The maintenance service was quick to respond when the refigerator did not work, the dryer was full of sheets and towels. Cleaning person was called back to re-clean and adimitted that place was dirty, smelled dank and musty and in serious need of repairs. The closet doors kept coming off the rails, in additions to being jammed with stuff including empty boxes. The louvered blinds in bedroom needed to be propped open with towels to allow for circulation. The bathroom was another story with no room for storage and and bathtub

We had a wonderful week-long stay at Tracie's condo. You can't beat breakfast and dinner on the lanai listening to the birds and watching the waves roll in. This place was perfect for us - it is centrally located and the park and tennis courts were an added bonus. The pool was nice and the bed was comfy. We definitely will stay here again.

This was an incredible stay! Loved the view! Loved the safety of the resort and the beach! Loved the amount of towels and resources the apartment had! Loved the location and how near it was to restaurants and shops! Overall incredible experience!

You cannot ask for a better location in Kihei, and you cannot have a better vista than from the balcony period. The description is just as presented. No AC did mean that there was some fine sand or dust coming in with the doors and windows open. The appliances were great especially the large refrigerator with all the ice you could require. For the price paid, you get it all.

Wonderful condo Beautiful view
Stayed 11 nights and loved this condo. Furnished with everything we needed. Ocean view was beautiful, grounds and pool area so pretty. We were able to walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely love to stay again

Wonderful Location
The unit is a little older, but very clean and well maintained. It is up one flight of stairs and has no elevator. The kitchen is well stocked, and now has a new spatula that we donated to the unit. As advertised it has no AC, but by opening the lanai slider door and the two bedroom windows, we got a great cross breeze and were very comfortable in mid-June.

Amazing home away from home
This property was lovely. My fiancé and I stayed for 1 week and the place really felt like home! You couldn’t ask for better amenities and the view from the balcony is beautiful. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE!
