Nice Location and Room

For a small fee, we got upgraded to a newly remodeled room. It was very nice.

it was affordable and next to the lake. Front desk was staffed by nice people. They were dog friendly.

Bed sheets, pillow cases, and towels were not changed or washed between stays. I could see fresh stains on the beds and clear make up stains on the white bathroom towels. Had to buy new sheets, pillow cases, and sheets at the store to sleep comfortably on the bed. The TV did not work. It was only static with no workaround. Gave up trying to fix it after 30 minutes. The air conditioner did not blow cold air when I first arrived. Only hot air. Had to take the plastic cover off to fix the issue or I wouldn’t have been able to sleep in the hot room.

Room was big, clean. Bathroom was small, it was okay for a quick shower. Staff was helpful, Very nice breakfast restaurant next door.

I didn't like anything, it was a very bad experience in the property.

I really don't recommend it. When we arrived we found the bed and the carpet wet, the ceiling dripping water and the heater did not work. and when we called to notify, the staff was no longer there. we had a very bad night. In addition, the place was dirty and smelled of humidity.

Room was disgustingly dirty! The beds were worn in, in the middle, old and squeaky. Very uncomfortable. The sheets were not cleaned and had at least 5 different types of hair on them as well as other little particles. The floor had not been swept, could not walk on floor without socks or shoes. The bathroom sink faucet was almost completely falling off, only the hot handle worked. I asked to switch rooms and the one they offered was even worse. The front desk lady came and saw the faucet and said somebody would come to try and fix it and nobody ever came.

There was no breakfast.

The stairs going up to the second floor were unsafe. Chucks broke off while walking up. The room was not clean up in arrival. Nor did it ever get cleaned the entire 2 days we were there. People were living at this hotel that had pets that barked non stop. The pictures are NOT AT ALL what this place looks like. Sad we could have paid the same price and stayed someplace even nicer.

You can tell it’s very rundown and falling apart literally( there are cracks in some of the walls ). Not properly cleaned at all, had to let housekeeping know about dirty towels in our bathroom when we checked in. Hair and dust everywhere and spider webs behind the curtains. It’s a fair deal because the location, but overpriced for what your actually getting.

Staff at info desk is not always available. There was noise from upper floor at night but I could not contact the staff. refrigerator remains out of order.

the guy who os in charge that night to meet us for our check in was a nice and very approachable guy who is trying to solve all of the problem of the room that he gave us that seems like never been check for maintenance and quality control. although he is very shameful of the state of the room he still tried his best to accommodate our needs with in his capabilities.

People think thrice if you will choose this place to book your next accommodation because if i can just bring back time then i will not waste my time to chooce this place! To be honest we won’t recommend Hotel Elevation to anyone!!! We just don’t like everything in this place. walls are out dated, a lot of lights in the room are not working, to the point that we have to asked the guy at the lobby and he said he will change it. i mean this is just not right. On the day of our checking in the room wasn’t checked for quality. a lot of hair in the bed to the point that we need to asked for a fresh clean cover and do it ourselves in cleaning the room. toilet was clogged and flush really really slow, Refrigerator is not working!, toilet paper handle was removed from its placed, paint around the walls are peeling. the worst one is the wall in the shower room are moldy both ceiling and wall and glass door. so disgusting!!! we know the price is pretty cheap for accommodation. But i have book a pretty good cheap price of hotel before and our experienced wasn’t like this bad. To have a messy and not neat room makes me think that its still better to book a bit pricy kind of room at least it will give a good standard kind of room and will give me peace of mind in our staying.
