Centrally located and loved sitting at the outdoor bar at the landshark. Our room was comfortable and clean. The front desk staff was amazing.

You could only valet park. Wish there was a choice

Location, & cleanliness.

Housekeeping completely ignored our room which was odd because they even saw us leave out early. I hate to be blunt but I have to give honest feedback, the valet system they have is absolutely terrible. No one should be forced to valet and wait for your vehicle unless you want that. We almost missed our flight waiting for our car. There gets to be 15-20 people at a time waiting on their car throughout the day. They need to allow people to valet if they want and pay a premium and those that’s don’t can still pay for parking but let us get to our vehicles, or get a better system in place. For that reason alone I’m not sure I’d stay there again. We almost missed another event we had planned as well because of this. The hotel is beautiful and they have a very friendly staff. Omar at the front desk is great. We did very much enjoy the suites and everything else. Only complaints were the valet & housekeeping.

Location was perfect for walking to shopping, restaurants, casinos. Decor was pleasant.

Booked 2 rooms on the same reservation and hotel could not accommodate rooms on the same floor close together. We were 2 floors apart on opposite ends of the hotel. Not ideal. Only one room was ready upon arrival after check in time and at that time we had asked to be on same floor again if we were waiting anyway. They couldn't get in touch with cleaning staff so they said they would call when ready. They called about 30 mins later to again offer a room on another floor but we told them that since we were already waiting, we would wait for the same floor. An hour later they called to tell us they had a room but on a different floor again and that there was no way that we could be on same floor. They could have told us that upon check-in. To be fair, they did comp us 6 drinks in their restaurant to compensate for the trouble. Valet always had a long wait going in and out.

The parking situation sucked. They need to do something about the parking. Having to tip the valet every time you come and go is annoying. There was not a self park.

$29/day charge for mandatory valet parking. The valet parking was slow and inconvenient. I waited over 10 minutes every time I had to get my car. It made us not want to use the car while we were there. I wish they had a day spa. I really wanted a massage and had to get one away from the hotel. The rooms did not have a microwave. I wouldn’t stay at this location again.

The location is perfect easy access to main attractions even walking distance. Enjoyed having a restaurant and bar close by! Rooms are big and clean! Loved that the washer and dryer were free of charge!

Facility great, the pool area very clean and nice. Room was big and comfortable.

One item got lost from my room. Service was not very helpful as only promises were made and no action during 2 days. My problem was not solved , no compensation proposed.

The location is very convenient, and the room is bigger than we expected. You'll appreciate the beauty of summer in Tahoe more than the specifics of the hotel:-)

Maybe it was a busy time for the hotel, I could never talk with the front desk over the phone. I had to go down stairs to wait in line for asking questions. Also, the curtain near to the front door could not block the light from outside.

The location of the property is great, close to heavenly village and gondola. The hotel is aesthetically designed and has heated indoor pool.

This place was amazing, we can’t wait to book our next visit.

The customer service was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The entire resort is very clean, inviting, and warm. I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone

We have a family of 6, all Different age ranges of kids and Margaritaville makes it easy and comfortable for our family!

Paying for overnight parking

Bathrooms are not handicap usable. Should have bars in tub. No towel racks in bathroom. Large sink is wasted space. The fin handles are cute, but should be pulled not turned.

The suite was lovely and huge

Breakfast staff was very good. Food - eggs and fruit -- so so.

Eggs dry. Fruit not quite ripe.

Spent 6 days of relaxing bliss. Staff super kind. Great service - location perfect and super clean - definitely will come back
