Diese drei Schlafzimmer (1 König, 2 Queen), zwei Bäder Wohnung befindet sich im begehrten Harborview Grande Condo Gebäude. Das im Jahr 2006 neu gebaute Hotel bietet über 1800 Quadratmeter Fläche und einen Balkon mit voller Breite (400 Quadratmeter) in das Hauptschlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer, die einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Intra-Coastal Waterway in Richtung Innenstadt von Clearwater bieten. Die weißen Sandstrände von Clearwater Beach sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Minigolf, Bars / Nachtclubs, Pier 60 und der Jachthafen sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ich habe mich sehr bemüht, diese Wohnung zu einem warmen, eleganten Zuhause zu machen. Da es sich um eine kürzlich gebaute Wohnung handelt, sieht alles ganz neu aus. Mein Lieblingsteil der Wohnung ist das Aufwachen, den Sonnenaufgang vom Bett aus zu beobachten und die Familie der Delfine zu beobachten, die ich täglich spielerisch unter dem Balkon schwimmen gesehen habe. Ja, das bedeutet, dass Sie eine Delfinfamilie bequem von Ihrem eigenen Balkon aus beobachten können. Ich hoffe aufrichtig, dass Sie sich wie ich in diese Wohnung verlieben werden !!

My husband and I felt at home in this condo. The master bedroom with views of the waterway and master bathroom is larger than most hotel rooms. The leather furniture in the living room is comfy and the smart tv was easy to use and catch up on our shows using our own apps. We saw dolphins from our balcony almost daily and even a manatee. You can see for miles from the balcony. We really enjoyed our vacation and the location was perfect to go to the beach or drive to explore other areas. Yamini was very responsive both before and during our stay when I had questions. This is a great rental.

The place was clean and in a great location. Comfortable sitting inside or out on the balcony. The beds were squeaky and the pillows were probably made in the 80’s along with the mattress. Parking was easy and I liked that it was included. Access to the condo was super easy.

Absolutely loved the area and Yamini was so wonderful to work with. She answered all my questions and was always easy to communicate with. Would give a 10 plus rating if possible!! My husband and I travel alot and have never dealt with any one as caring and considerate as Yamini. The condo was spacious and well equipped. There was nothing we lacked. And the furniture was very comfortable. Condo is close to everything and the views are amazing!!! Thank you Yamini

Clearwater beach is my favorite place to go. Been coming here for 40 years. The host was was very accommodating. The only thing I have a bad back and master bed mattress was not very comfortable, but everything else was wonderful. I have already booked this condo for next year.

Great Place, Great Location!
We had a great time here and absolutely loved seeing the dolphins from the balcony. The owner is very nice and responds quickly to messages. My only complaint is that the bed in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable to the point we couldn’t sleep on it.

So beyond happy!
This condo was everything and more! The beach is a very short walk away restaurants nearby so many shops. The only thing is the beds weren’t the comfiest but everything else was so perfect that didn’t even bother us. The condo was stocked with so many pool/ beach items including boogie boards, noodles, beach chairs, and so much more. Had a fully stocked kitchen and easy check in and out process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The host was quick at responding as well!!!

Loved our stay!
This property was amazing! It was in an awesome location; we didn't need to rent a car because everything was in walking distance. The condo was spacious, clean, had everything we needed, and we loved the view from the balcony overlooking the bay. The pool was nice, but it was great being so close to the beach too. We'll definitely be back!

Refreshed and relaxed!
This condo was a great choice as we took our college age kids and there was so much for them to do! We chose this location for that reason and the ability to walk to many attractions. This location is also nicely located for John’s Pass, Tampa, and Caledesi Island. The condo was super comfortable for our party of 6 and the best part is the awesome balcony! We spent a lot of time enjoying the view and many birds and dolphins. No complaints!! Thank you for a lovely vacation!!

Perfect Location
The area is easily walkable. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, activities and restaurants while not be right on top of it. The view off the balcony was great. There was enough space for my family of six. We hope to come back!

Nothing Short of Paradise
Location, location, location!!! Our one month stay at Yamini’s wonderful home was amazing. Her spacious 5 th floor condo is in a meticulously maintained attractive building within a five minute walk to Clearwater Beach and superb restaurants. Her balcony overlooks the bay with the most amazing view. Wildlife abounds there everyday. We saw dolphins swimming on multiple days and so many different beautiful birds. The condo itself is very comfortable and you have plenty of room to spread out if you have guests. Our three grandchildren joined us for one week and had a blast. The marina is a short walk away. We went on a pirate ship and Little Toot which is a great dolphin tour.
There’s so many neat parks in all directions and lots to explore like Honeymoon Island.
The only challenge we encountered was leaving Clearwater and Yamini’s home. If you love beautiful beaches, the ocean and amazing views as you eat breakfast or dinner don’t hesitate to book this condo. We know we will come back.

Excellent Vacation Property
Beautiful and clean condo with wonderful view. Yamani the host is very nice and responsive. Close to everything with trolley stop right in front and a few blocks to beach. Condo says it has 3 bedrooms. Looks like one room that may have been a den or office was turned into a bedroom. That room does not have a closet which was tough for a 3 week stay. I think it should be advertised to say there isn't a closet. Everything else was great! Thank you Yamani!

More than we were expecting
Yamini is incredibly easy to work with. The condo is everything is says and more. Amazing view, quick walk to the beach and we got to see dolphins playing a couple of days. We loved every minute and plan on going back and staying there again.

Not quite a 3 bedroom
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Yamini was easily accessible with any questions. My only issue was with what was considered the 3rd bedroom in the unit. It appeared to be an office with double glass doors that was advertised as the 3rd bedroom. It was a room with a bed but I would not consider it a true bedroom for anyone expecting any privacy. There were small blinds that only partially covered the windows to the room which was not sufficient for anyone trying to change clothes or have any privacy. If privacy in the 3rd bedroom is not a necessity then this was a clean unit, a 10 minute walk from the public beach, and had a beautiful balcony view for morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in clearwater and appreciated the ability to just walk across the sheet to enjoy the beach. The condo we stayed in was very clean and equipped with what we needed to cook, as well as toys for the kids at the beach. The owner was always very responsive and helpful when I had questions.

April vacation
We totally enjoyed everything, Yamini has a beautiful condo. Everything was easy access, directions were all detailed. Loved everything. Very clean and spacious. Balcony was like having sea world ! So entertaining to sit and enjoy. Boats, paddle boats, kayaks, family of dolphins , manatee, pelicans and the many birds. Saw wild green parrots fly by. Really neat!! Yamini was so efficient, getting back quickly with a response with our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, and convenient
We have stayed in Harborview before and it’s always enjoyable. Far enough from the main strip it’s not too loud at night, but close enough to park your car and walk all week to the beach, and restaurants. Unit was clean, and had everything you’d need to stay in if you chose to.

This condo was great! There were three large bedrooms the kitchen and living area is much larger than it looked in the pictures. My favorite part was the huge balcony we sat out there constantly. It was clean and there was everything that we needed to cook any meals that we prepared at home. The parking was a large spot easy to get in and out of and you could walk to many restaurants and the beach. My teens especially loved the location and all the activity.
We are very picky and normally only stay with a beach view but this Harborview is gorgeous. We saw dolphins as others mentioned. Highly recommend.

We had a perfect vacation here. Property is clean and modern. Owner was available and very helpful! 5 minute walk to beach and shops. Fishing directly behind the condo was fantastic. Literally a 20 second walk.

Super quiet and clean
Excellent place to stay. Walked all over to the market, restaurants, putt putt, the beach, surf shops, you name it. Condo was very clean - my wife is a stickler about that - and spacious. Beds were comfy. Extremely quiet. There was construction down the street that created some noise outside during the day but once you closed the doors it was perfectly quiet. Great view from the balcony - saw dolphins swimming most days right outside our back door! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location with a great view
This place had all that we expected. The place was clean, lots of space, comfortable beds, all the appliances were working properly. Did not have to call property manager for anything. We really enjoyed are stay at this place. It was about 5 minute walk to the beach, variety of restaurants really close by( did not have to drive), the view was magnificient! We certainly would stay at this place again if we come back in this area.

Beach access was hidden, but great once found! The pool was very small! Condo was very nice, it was clean. Condo was spacious, kitchen was a good size & good for eating in. Street noise was loud at times, could have been the holiday week.

Great vacation rental
The condo is in walking distance to just about everything. Pictures of the place is exactly what it looks like. I have been to places that pictures look great online but you get to the place and it is not as nice this condo that is not the case at all here.
