This property was just what we needed for close proximity to the beach and beautiful channel view from the dock out back! We will book this again for sure!

We really enjoyed renting this space. It was perfect being right on the water and a walkable distance from the beach and restaurants! The property manager was very responsive to our messages and extremely nice. Next time we are in clearwater we will be sure to check this place out again.

The property is a very spacious two-bedroom unit. The kitchen has a nice large refrigerator, dishwasher, two coffee makers, a full stove, and plenty of dishware. The sunrises are amazing from the back patio. Multiple times a day, dolphins swim right by the unit. We found ourselves spending most of our time enjoying the views from the back patio space. The property manager is the best one I have dealt with when renting a vacation home. We will definitely be staying at their property again.

The villa was better than advertised. Proximity to beach and local restaurants and shops was fantastic. Even better was having the channel at our back door. They made sure our stay was awesome. Thanks for everything.

We enjoyed our stay in this villa with the relaxing and beautiful front seat row to the Mandalay Bay! The views started with watching the sunrise in the morning, marine life and boating activity during the day and then sparkling lights in the evening. Close walk to the beach and an abundance of restaurants and shops. The villa comes well equipped and has everything you need for your visit. Communication with our host was easy and she was very thorough with details which is always helpful. A wonderful stay!

This was a great place to stay! Perfect location! Short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again! The only thing i would suggest is getting a spare blanket in the closet. It got a bit chilly and wished we had an extra blanket. Other than that we were very happy with our stay.

We really enjoyed our long weekend here. It was perfect for 3 people. Having the outside patio on the water was an extra bonus. It was just a short walk to the beach. Patti was great to work with and easy to get a hold of with any questions we had prior to and during our stay.

Cute little place right on the water. Clean and well stocked. Air conditioner works well. Beds are firm. Livingroom is comfy. Back sitting area was our favorite place to hang out. Great fishing from the back dock. Saw dolphins every morning. Easy walk to the beach. Walk a couple of blocks to stores and restaurants and the pier or take the trolley ( stop right outside the house). Beautiful sunsets.

We truly enjoyed our stay and the condo was beautifully decorated and located in the quiet part of the beach.Easy walk to the beach and nice to see the lights in the evening on the bay.

Property was well stocked and clean on arrival. Pleasant surprise of 3 beach chairs and a beach umbrella for use. Easy 5 min walk to the beach and approx 10 min walk to plenty of restaurants. Quiet and peaceful. Saw dolphins in the mornings from our back patio. Kayaks were provided upon request. Great vacation spot. Thanks!

This property was perfect for out stay in Clearwater. The home is very comfortable. The bay is just out the back door and the sunrises are beautiful. The beach was an enjoyable 3-5 min walk from the home and is down a short ways from the pier which made the beach less busy. It was perfect. The property manager, Kirsten, couldn't have been more accommodating. She was willing to work with us on our arrival time which we really appreciated. She was easy to get a hold of, and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely want to stay there again if we make it back to Clearwater!
