Willkommen bei der wunderschönen Überraschung Arizona! Unsere Wohnung ist ein 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bad Haus mit 1200 Quadratmetern Wohnfläche mit 10 Meter hohen Decken in allen Zimmern. Es bietet Platz für 5-6 Personen und verfügt über alle neuen Geräte und Einrichtungsgegenstände. Es gibt eine Garage für ein Auto und Ihrem eigenen zugewiesenen Parkplatz. Es gibt auch einen privaten Balkon, einen Spielplatz, ein Fitnesscenter, einen sichelförmigen Pool und einen Whirlpool. Es gibt viele Wege zu Fuß als auch in etwas Bewegung zu bekommen.
Es gibt viele spannende Dinge zu tun, während in Surprise. The profile on-line said this was a beautiful condo. Our first clue that this property was not what we were expecting was checking in through a dirty garage. Then, we had stairs to go up to the main part. The carped was filthy, dated, shag carpet. The walls had black marks all over them. The kitchen, bathrooms & bedrooms were clean, except for the dirt smell when we sat on the furniture? We have never seen twin beds in a vrbo for adults. And, silk sheets are not easy to sleep in because the comforter kept slipping off. We were also not told that the community pool was not heated! We both love to swim so that was a big bummer. The neighbors right off our back balcony were loud & had stuff all over the street so we had to be super careful not to run over bikes, toys & kids! Overall, we should have asked for our money back the forst night & gotten a mitel.

Everything was great. We went to 2 spring training games and walks and hikes around Peoria. The only disappointment was the pool and hot tub were cold and full of leaves. Great place to stay otherwise.

Loved the condo. Perfect for me and my son. It is within a mile of Surprise Stadium. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Super clean. Nice complex. Lots of nice jogging routes. Excellent communication with owner. Couldn’t have been happier.

Communication with the property manager was easy and simple. The property was everything as advertised. The only downside would be is if you're a person of a certain age that has mobility issues getting up and down stairs.

This condo was very comfortable, for our five night stay. The community is beautiful! The swimming pool/hot tub/playground areas all got ***** from our grandson. Communication with owner was easy and he responded quickly.

My wife and I will stay again on our next visit to Surprise! Super clean home, in a gated community, located close to dining, recreation center and shopping! Includes use of beautiful outdoor space with pool and spa! Great get away!

The location was perfect for our stay. Our grandsons live in Surprise and their house and school was minutes away. The pool was great for the boys and the property was well kept. All the utensils for the kitchen were provided. Thanks we will be back soon.

Great place and location
We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. Location was excellent with a grocery store and plenty of places to eat out very near. Nice par 3 golf course 5 minutes away. We were able to enjoy the stay even though the beginnings of the coronavirus scare was happening. We would love to stay here again.

A nice stay in Surprise
Enjoyed our stay very much. Property was as advertised - gated just off of a quiet street. We did have a nonworking TV when we checked in, but John addressed in right away and had a nice new TV delivered and refunded us some additional money for our trouble. Very pleased with how he handled it.
We will definitely look to stay there again next year.

Great condo
This condo was perfectly located for our stay in Surprise. It is close to everything and the owners were great, only a text away. We didn’t have time to enjoy the pool but It looked nice. We will definitely be back.

A Wonderful Surprise in Surprise!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. After a full day of hiking in the White Tank Mountains or shopping in the many wonderful stores, it was always a pleasure to go home to a quite, restful home. I also must add that the bed passes my "Goldilocks" test. It was not too hard, it was not too soft, it was just perfect! Thank you.

Property as advertised. Great location, close to ball park, shopping, restaurants. Neat and clean. The entire condo is upstairs so you must be able to navigate stairs. We would definitely stay here again. Owners made the stay simple and rewarding.

Lovely condo in every aspect. The location was perfect for our extended stay in the area. Great communication with our host John. Can’t thank him enough for providing us with these accommodations. He went above and beyond to prepare the condo on last minute notice. Nicely furnished and clean. We highly recommend this rental whether for a short or long term stay. Flawless from Check In to Check out
I needed a place to stay for a month while I visited my aging parents.
Dad 89 ..Mom 90.. They have lived in Surprise year round for the past 30 years..This condo was in a great location 5 min from their home, 5 min from library, grocery & drug stores..plenty of excellent restaurants.
The condo itself was in excellent condition..very comfortable & relaxing.
I really liked that I could simply walk to the pool & fitness center..
Lots of great walking paths with beautiful landscaping..
I also liked that it is a gated community. Very quiet even though it is not a plus 55 community.
I would highly recommend this condo again . FIVE STARS !!

Spring training 2018
Have rented in the area for the last 15 years for the month of March. The condo was what we expected and much more. Very clean and well furnished. WiFi and cable made our spare time enjoyable. Looking forward to next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was so well equipped, it was like cooking in my own kitchen and living in our own home. All of our questions were answered promptly by the owners. We would definitely stay here again.

Surprize Tennis Trip
We stayed in the condo for 4 days for USTA tennis event. The unit was very close to our event, grocery stores, coffee shops, shops, and restaurants. Owners were great explaining everything (as it was my first VRBO event). The place was neat, clean and well furnished and met all our needs.

Wonderful Condo with Exceptional Hosts!
We stayed in the Townsquare at Sierra Verde condo for one week, over the Christmas holiday, while visiting family in Surprise. The condo was lovely, immaculate, and perfectly located...we were just a few minutes from a great grocery store (Fry's) and many restaurant options, as well as every store you could ever possibly need (Target, Best Buy, Bed Bath Beyond etc.). The gated community is well-kept and feels very safe. Our 2-year old enjoyed the playground and had the weather been warmer, would have loved the pool. We enjoyed easy day trips to Scottsdale and the Phoenix Zoo, and a hike at White Tank Mountain Regional Park. Our host, John, was very responsive and accommodating...he arranged to have internet installed for our stay so that I could maintain my business while away. We highly recommend this condo to short and long-term renters, and will play to stay here when we visit family in Surprise again!
