The Loft - modern apartment in heritage garden setting
Dieses architektonisch gestaltete Apartment wurde 1999 erbaut und ist Teil des größeren Old St Andrews-Anwesens. Es ist ideal für Paare. Es wurde 2011 renoviert. Der Hof ist geschützt und abgeschieden. Der Balkon ist nach Norden, Osten und Westen ausgerichtet und bietet einen Blick auf einen Obstgarten, einen einheimischen Garten und darüber hinaus in Richtung Stadt. Das Loft ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und in der Nähe von allem. Es umfasst eine neue, gut ausgestattete Küche. Für Winterabende gibt es ein gemütliches Kaminfeuer. Es ist gut eingerichtet, hat eine kleine Bibliothek und ist mit lokalen Kunstwerken dekoriert. Es gibt kostenloses WLAN und einen Smart-TV, CD und DVD. Es gibt separate Wäschemöglichkeiten. Es gibt viele Parkplätze abseits der Straße und überdachte Parkplätze für ein Auto.
Das Loft bietet Platz für bis zu drei Personen in einem Queensize-Schlafzimmer und auf einem zusätzlichen Einzelbett in der Lese-Nische. Nutzen Sie unsere Sonderpreise für längere Aufenthalte. Old St Andrews umfasst die ehemalige presbyterianische Kirche und das Herrenhaus von Port Fairy auf einem 4 ha großen Grundstück. Es ist das größte erhaltene Anwesen im Zentrum von Port Fairy. We had a great time at the Loft. Perfect for a couple to getaway and stay in Port Fairy. Timothy and Roger were very accommodating and informative. The accommodation was very clean and had everything you need. Good location. I would highly recommend this place and are hoping to come back there one day. Thanks heaps

From the initial contact right through our stay our experience was first class. Our hosts ensured we had everything we needed and the breakfast supplies were generous. The accommodation suited our needs and the location is very quiet and a 5 minute walk to town centre. Could not fault any part of our stay. Highly recommend!

What a delightful property! We enjoyed our break at The Loft in Port Fairy. The location was perfect and it was so comfortable and well equipped. Timothy was a gracious host and gave us helpful information about what to see and do. Breakfast goods were provided which was a lovely surprise. We’d love to visit again.

What a lovely property and location! Gorgeous cottage with a balcony and various spots for reading and relaxing. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Walking distance to canal and beaches. The owners were so welcoming and helpful and even pointed out a visiting koala in the garden. I’d happily stay here again.

All that I wanted and more
The Loft proved to be an even better stay than I was anticipating - and my expectations were high. The accommodation is designed and furnished to ensure a relaxed and comfortable stay. It feels special and at the same time very liveable. It has everything you could possibly need, without there being too much. And what really makes it all work - the hosts. Timothy and Roger are incredibly welcoming, generous and thoughtful, in just the right ways, being able to gauge what you need and when. A perfect stay. Thank you.

Perfect pace to stay to enjoy a gorgeous town
A lovely homely cottage - warm and inviting. The home is just a 5 or 10 minute walk to the town centre and a myriad of restaurants and coffee shops. A perfect getaway!

Wonderful accommodation with lovely hosts.
Our stay at The Loft was perfect. The generous provisions of free range eggs, beautiful bread, fruit and fresh coffee beans for a perfect coffee was everything we could have wanted. The balcony overlooking the rambling garden and the reading alcove were great for quiet relaxing holiday and yet a few minutes walk away were the cafes and restaurants of this charming historic town. We’re already looking forward to staying again.

The Loft was lovely. It was well presented, and being meet by Roger was a perfect start to our stay. There was a lovely loaf of cobb bread on the cupboard with marmalade, and a huge bowl of fruit (which we didn't get through) eggs, grapes, margarine and milk in the fridge. We weren't expecting those small things, but it certainly was appreciated.
Thankyou Timothy and Roger, keep up the good work, see you some time in the future, and will not hesitate on recommending The Loft to our friends :)

A wonderful hidden gem for couples
We love the seclusion of The Loft & so close to everything. The loft has all we need for a Port Fairy long weekend and would have been more than happy to stay the week and more... T & R provide so much in the way of local knowledge you are immersed in the community.

Lofty apartment in Tuscan inspired setting
A fabulous place from which to enjoy the delights of Port Fairy. The elevated, well designed and tastefully furnished apartment overlooks a Tuscan inspired garden. Breakfast on the balcony was the perfect way to start the day and an on point selection of books made for a perfect stay. Easy stroll to beaches. Friendly hosts. Can’t wait to return.

Unique Lofthouse in a Rambling Garden
The property was delightful ,like an estate from a historical BBC series. The loft house was quaint, well fitted out and comfortable, the best part being the balcony overlooking the garden, which I loved roaming around. The secret gate under the pines into the modern churchyard added to the flavour. Roger and Tim were helpful hosts, with good tips on largely undiscovered places on the Great Ocean Rd.
The only downside was the close proximity of the main highway to the edge of the property and the number of trucks burning past. Luckily the noise didn't affect us at night, cos of the bedroom being on the opposite side of the loft house. The town planners should have factored in a highway bypass arm, to preserve the quiet ambience in this part of town

Wonderful stay in great accommodation perfect for couples in historic estate
The Loft was a lovely character filled comfortable two storey town house perfect for couples. Well located in town close to the shops and with the best coffee in town around the corner - Port Fairy Coffee Roasters. It was well equipped and well suited for longer stays - we only wished we could have stayed longer.
Timothy and Roger were great hosts providing helpful local advice & history, and a tour of the historic property.

Absolutely amazing place
The weather was ordinary (cold and wet) during our stay, but we were happy to stay indoor in a warm and cosy place.
The Loft sit on a property surrounded by trees and garden, and well shielded from the main road and traffic noise. It felt clean throughout (down to glass, bowls and kitchen utensils).
Timothy and Roger were great, they made us felt like home the moment set foot on the property. So thank you!
We would definitely stay there again given the opportunity.

Great stay!
My friend and I stayed at The Loft for a couple of nights at the beginning of our GOR trip. Timothy met us and gave us a little intro to the home and the area. It was beautifully displayed, clean and very open and my favourite feature of all: the fireplace (which they had supplied all the wood and kindling we needed). It was close to town, only a few minute's walk, and had everything we needed for our stay. I can't wait to go back there for another weekend away!

Lovely Loft
I was on a working holiday while staying at the loft. The position of the dining table meant I had beautiful natural light during any time of day I was working. The little fireplace warmed up the place so well. The hosts are very kind. I would happily stay again.

Charming and convenient
The Loft is a charming and comfortable house located on a large property within easy walking distance of the main streets of Port Fairy. Its tree-lined driveway and entrance space are quite scenic and birdlife abounds. Timothy was a great host who checked in with us a number of times to ensure everything was to our liking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Loft.

Beautiful stay!
We recently stayed at the Loft and had such a wonderful time. Timothy was so great from the very start. From helping us with recommendations on where to go for dinner, lovely places for walks and just a pleasant person to deal with. The accommodation was so cute and perfect for a couple.
