This renovated guest house is charming! Host was very attentive and gave us the check in tour personally. Plenty of parking. One BEAUTIFUL walk to the downtown shopping district. Every restaurant was fantastic but a bit pricey. Washer dryer access was a nice plus, as was our own private shaded patio. They do have beach chairs and boogie boards to loan out. If we could do it all again, we’d choose this place.

We had an awesome stay at this property for a girls weekend! We could walk everywhere and the location was ideal. The cottage was extremely clean and the owners were easy to communicate with and super helpful during our stay!

September stay! We parked our car at the cottage and never got in it again. Close to everything we walked to the beaches shops restaurants entertainment it was great! And Aaron was readily available whenever we had a question. Stay there you’ll love it!!

Our family of 5 loved our stay at this cozy cottage that is perfectly situated to explore and enjoy all that Ogunquit has to offer. The beach is within a short walking distance and it’s lovely to be able to walk over to the little shops down the street for a bite to eat or just wander around a bit. We have been to Ogunquit a few years now, and this was our favorite location. The kitchen appeared to be recently renovated which was nice for the meals we decided to stay in to eat. Also took advantage of the grill. Overall would recommend!

Location, location, location!! This wonderful 3 bedroom is located a short walk from downtown Ogunquit. It is on a quiet side street, but is readily accessible to the beach, restaurants, shops and more. The Property owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. This rental property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had every amenity. We loved our stay and plan to return again soon.

The property was in a great location. It was a short walk to everything including a great coffee shop on the corner. We went every morning for great coffee, wonderful muffins and excellent service.

We were three college friends in our 60s who get together once a year. We loved this cottage and the location was walking distance to downtown Ogunquit. The cottage was clean and comfortable , just as advertised. We were very happy.

This is a cute little cottage that’s been updated nicely- easy walk to town and beach, and owner provided a beach buggy and chairs, which was awesome. Other pros include split system ac, new kitchen, double sink in the one bathroom, washer dryer in a little closet just outside. Cons include musty smell in the bathroom, old yellowed sheets and towels and It’s a little too tight for my family of 4 I think. Owner was super nice, easy to work with, and the location was amazing.

Lovely cozy unit. The only improvement would be the addition of a half bath. Had everything we needed and then some. 5 minute walk to downtown and another 5-10 minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean. Aaron was awesome and a great host.

Cozy cottage a short walk from stores, restaurants and beach. Fabulous location. Plenty of parking. Grill, beach chairs and beach cart provided. Host very responsive when we had questions. We had a great time during our Ogunquit visit.

Cozy and Comfortable
This little cottage was perfect for our stay. Everything seems newly renovated and well taken care of. The location is great...a short walk to the village and to Ogunquit Beach.

Great Spot
Just getting home from our weekend trip now. Not my first time in Ogunquit, and I was pleasantly surprised by how fantastic this property was. The cottage was recently renovated, and is much nicer than the photos show. I was initially skeptical about the size for five adults, but it actually worked perfectly. The kitchen is large, can comfortably sit 8, the patio is large with nice landscaping. The location is also unbeatable, it is a two minute walk to the center of town and the beach is about another 5 minutes from there.

Girls weekend
We stayed at Aaron's place Memorial Day weekend 2022. The location is absolutely perfect! Everything at walking distance. The house has recently been updated and is very clean! Comfortable beds and a nice large kitchen! A patio area and BBQ grills outside. We will definitely recommend this little house and plan on returning 👌 thanks Aaron for everything

Great, convenient vacation cottage
This great little cottage is convenient to Ogunquit center, shops and restaurants, and a walk to the beach. You can also access Marginal way from downtown, past Sparhawk Resort.
There is a little grocery store right on the main street that also sells deli sandwiches. All types of restaurants within walking distance.
The cottage is a pretty good size. kitchen is fairly big and bathroom is good sized with double sink.
Great place for an Ogunquit vacation.

Everything you need in an excellent location
This was our second trip to Ogunquit and our first staying at this property. The location is perfect - you are a short walk to the beach and restaurants, etc. It’s a bit of a hike to Perkins Cove (close to 30 minutes) but totally doable; or just hop the trolley. The cottage has everything one needs for a beach vacation with the family - large, beautiful kitchen with oversized dining table, cozy living room with Roku TV and 3 comfortably sized bedrooms. There is a nice outdoor area right out front. Aaron was very helpful and accommodating. We will be back!

Perfect beach cottage getaway
This is a great catch for anyone looking for a charming beach cottage that is a short walk to town center, yet in a quiet and peaceful residential setting. Just park your car and walk down the hill into town, then another short walk to the beach. The cottage was clean and comfortable and had everything our family of four needed for our week stay. Check in and communication with Aaron was seamless and responsive. We enjoyed the outdoor barbeque and patio. The washer and dryer were modern and easily accessible. Overall the perfect spot for a week at the beach with the family.

Great cottage
We are a family of 5, the house was very comfortable for us! Very clean and walkable to everything. The weather changed several times during our stay, so were able to enjoy the cozy fireplace.. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning! Highly recommend!

Cute Cottage
The cottage was perfectly located a short walk to town. It was easy enough to just leave the car on their lot and walk to yo the store and enjoy the amazing restaurants. Be sure to check out Perkins Cove! Everyone followed the mask requirements even on the Marginal Way trail. We’re already planning our 2021 trip back to Ogunquit.

Absolute gem!
My husband, toddler, and infant stayed here for an extended Labor Day weekend and we had the best time. The cottage was absolutely lovely— cute, clean, and so comfortable—and oh man the location was to die for. Scott and Judy were SO nice and super helpful. We loved the grill and beach supplies on hand. We’d come back in a heart beat. My only note is there are two cottages side by side and I actually think the pictures of the cottage on this listing were for the cottage next to ours. The cottage we stayed in was absolutely lovely (so no complaints) it just didn’t match the photos. Either way you won’t be disappointed.

Location, Location in Ogunquit
First time for our family of five to visit Ogunquit, ME; and we sure were happy to be hosted by Scott & Judy. The property is an efficiency that checked all the boxes for our teenagers (and parents). Just enough space for each of us and a few minutes escape into town or the beach. Providing beach accessories was a huge bonus for us. Nice to not need to pack or go out and buy them. I loved my stay in OGT. The location was perfect and I barely used my car. Even though you are very close to town and the beach, it feels secluded and quiet. Would recommend to anyone interested in exploring the Ogunquit area!

We just spent a week at Scott and Judy’s cottage. Just a few minutes from buzzing downtown OGT, and yet very quiet and peaceful. The cottage was very comfortable and hosts helpful. Each room had fresh flowers!!! That was a nice touch 😉�. Sabine

Nice Spot
2nd time in Ogunquit for my family and I, this was the first time we stayed at our own cottage and it was a great decision. The location of this property is fabulous, walking distance to the beach, town, and marginal way. Even the walk to and from Perkins Cove wasn't too bad, took marginal way there and shore road back. The owners are perfect hosts, are available for any questions or help, but rarely seen otherwise. Would definitely return in the future.
