Our extended family reunited in Vermont. This lodging was exactly what we needed. We were able to be together and enjoy the firepit, games, and comfortable accommodations. If we are in the area in the future, I would be happy to stay here again.

This home exceeded our expectations! It was absolutely beautiful inside with stunning mountain views. The host was quick to respond to questions and requests. Our group of 16 ranged from newborn to great- grandparents and each family group had their own bedroom with private bathroom. It was a perfect setting for our extended family to gather as we celebrated our daughter’s college graduation.

We had an amazing time - there were 13 of us in total and it was so spacious and comfortable for everyone. Having so many bathrooms was amazing for the group. The property was super clean and everything looked even better than the photos could portray. Could not recommend this place enough!

This place got so many great reviews I thought they must be too good to be true. But they weren’t - all of the excellent reviews were spot on! It is the perfect rental for larger groups, and as others have written having a bathroom for each bedroom is a huge plus. The living area is spacious and it makes it easy for the whole group to gather in one place. We had 11 friends who hadn’t all been together for nearly 20 years and it really was perfect. Highly recommended!!

We are a group of college friends that got together at this beautiful, comfortable and well-maintained property. It worked very well for us. We were 5 couples, and each of us had a bedroom with private bath. The public areas had a large table that could seat everyone for meals and games, and a living room area with plenty of seating and a lovely picture window. We didn't really cook, but there were lots of dishes and mugs, a keurig machine, a dishwasher and a microwave. The property itself is in a lovely setting, and we enjoyed sitting outside on the last day of our stay. I'd highly recommend this property to any group of our size.

The group of students and chaperones we had staying at this property had a fantastic time. They loved the family feel of the house and the ability to be together to wrap up their 8th grade year. The host was very responsive via text and phone.

There were three families sharing this house on our stay. House was large enough to accommodate all of us easily and having a bathroom attached to every bedroom was a huge bonus. House was clean and equipped with all basic needs. Small electrical outlet issue involving the TV when we arrived, but Jodi, the manager, was great and very responsive. She helped get the issue resolved quickly (and even gave us some local wine/beer for our troubles!). House is on a main road, which initially made us nervous with small kids, but the backyard was huge with multiple fire pits and seating areas, so that suited our needs just fine! Would definitely stay again! Perfect space for multiple families to be able to spread out but come together for quality time!

Our group of 6 adults and 7 kids (2-12) had a great stay here. We loved the space and had room for everyone. The kids had lots of fun playing outside. The location felt so Vermont-y and we appreciated that we could get to Burlington in 20 minutes and Stowe in 45. Also love that there was great pizza 5 minutes away! The hosts were very responsive and gave lots of ideas for nearby activities. We are already talking about coming back next year.

Beautiful Vermont
Great place to stay. Family friendly! We had 7 children 8 years and under call this their home for 4 nights. Great memories were made. We really loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom. Very convenient! The view was also amazing and everything we wanted to see in Vermont was fairly close by.

Perfect for our reunion
Our friend group of 12 loved this rental house. It was comfortable, enough privacy for everyone and a good kitchen to create meals together, plus a large common room to gather. The view is beautiful, we used the outdoor grill and could relax outside as well as inside. No complaints!

We had a lovely day stay in April with 2 families and grandparents. The home is beautiful, we’ll kept and clean with room for all to have space and gather for meals or fun. Close to Burlington, Stowe and more in the area.

Cozy fires, maple syrup, and Vermonts finest beers after a day in the mountains. What more could you ask... Exceptionally clean, bigger space than expected, privacy, 20 min from Smuggler’s Notch 35 min from Burlington. 10/10 would book again.

Fantastic Family Stay!
This property accommodated our family of 11 perfectly (7 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 toddlers). It was nice that every bedroom was large and had its own bathroom. The living space was huge and allowed for plenty of room to spread out and let our family members enjoy a relaxing stay. The house was very clean and communication with the owner was spot on. Location and views, spectacular-WOW! Easy drive to Stowe and even easier to Smugglers Notch. Burlington was also a short hop away (very cool city). Aimee even suggested a visit of the Maple Syrup farm right next door! We got a personalized tour of their operation and scored some delicious maple treats. We will definitely be back to this property. And everyone in our family agrees how fantastic this place is.
We are a family that cooks, ALOT, so the small kitchen and lack of a dishwasher was a bummer, but didn’t stop us from enjoying time around the huge dining table with some great food, games, drinks and lots of laughter! Thank you for a memorable family vacation! 😊

Beautiful and spacious
We had several adult family members/cousins stay on the property for a long ski weekend. It was the perfect size for us, the bedrooms were great and communication with the owner was seamless. The only comment would be that for a VT/Ski house, access to a dryer would be a bonus for damp items. However, really just a small thing, it was a great, stay, 10/10.

We had a fabulous week in Vermont and the house was perfect for our family vacation. We had eight adults and five children and there was more than enough space. Aimee was a great host and even provided recommendations of things to do in the area. The property is beautiful and very clean. We loved having a bathroom in each bedroom. Friendship Fun Getaway
From the moment we drove up to the property and opened the front door we knew this was the Perfect spot for our group birthday celebrations. 5 couples each with our own rooms and bathrooms! Incredibly clean!!!! As much as we enjoyed gathering in the main room, it was great to retreat to our private areas . The beds were amazingly comfortable We greatly enjoyed the vast property; looking at the beautiful bright stars while catching up around the fire pit and sitting on the front lawn in our Adirondack chairs playing board games. Great find. Outings spent hiking and bike riding and sailing in nearby Burlington. Overall great place and responsive host.

Exceeded expectations!
I rented the timber framed barn for a family reunion and it was wonderful. It was more spacious than I even expected and every guest was happy with their room. We went off in different directions during the day (Burlington, hiking The Notch, Stowe, touring local cheese shops, or gravel biking) and we gathered in the evenings with a beautiful view of the mountains. The house is well equipped, clean and spacious. I would happily stay there again.

Family Gathering
Aimee and Chad were great and attentive hosts and their property was a terrific place to bring our far flung family of 15 together for a post vaccination celebration. There was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy each others company while appreciating the beauty of the Vermont countryside. The bedrooms are large, spotless and well appointed. The bathrooms are clean and nicely outfitted with soaps and shampoo. Burlington is a quick 25 minutes away if you need a "city fix" but we enjoyed exploring the natural wonders of rural Vermont with hikes and the historic surroundings of nearby towns. We took full advantage of the outdoors on the property with the large fire pit (think s'mores) and we grilled several meals on the BBQ. All together it made for a very enjoyable reunion.

The house was exactly what you would want a Vermont house to look like. The mountain views from the front door and front bedrooms were breathtaking. It was ideal that every bedroom had private bathrooms. Aimee was quick to reply to any questions and even left us a portacrib and high chair. We had wood available to have a fire every evening. It was the perfect get away.

Thanksgiving 2020
What a wonderful way to spend Thanksgiving 2020. This was a beautiful property for our family to enjoy the holiday. The bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, were spacious and well appointed, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to make our Thanksgiving feast. We appreciated all the festive holiday decorations. Although many places were closed for COVID, there were plenty of hiking trails near by, and the outdoor fire-pit on this property was an added bonus. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great get away
This property is great for a group, small or large. The proximity to Burlington is convenient without being right in the city. Great pizza & a mini mart just 5 minutes down the road sot there’s no need to leave the area if you just want to Stay local. The hosts are super nice. We would definitely stay again.

The property is located at a very scenic surrounding with easy access. Activities in the Lamoille River is a great attraction. Backyard provides a good choice for outdoor cooking. Would love to comeback for another trip soon.

Absolutely Wonderful
We had a group of 10. My mom and her sisters and brother and my boyfriend and his mom and friend. It was a great place to stay. Everyone had a beautiful room with a very comfortable bed. The house was very clean and spacious. We were able to enjoy our breakfast at home and after our days of sightseeing we all could chat, play games, and enjoy many laughs together. The scenery was beautiful. I would highly recommend this home.

Grace Farm is absolutely beautiful! The Barn, the location, the fire pit, the Inn, just everything was extremely beautiful! Waking up looking at the mount Mansfield mountain was breathtaking!
