Room was smaller than expected even reading reviews but still plenty room for 2 adults to be comfortable the hallway and stairs to the room are what really worried me steps looked old and hallways were super narrow but as long as you watched your step and didn’t have to pass anyone in the hallway you were fine overall great quick getaway location

Loved being able to stay right on the beach, just walk down whenever we felt like it! Pool was nice! Everyone had a great time!!

As other reviews have said, this place is perfect for a short/long weekend vacation. We were here Thursday-Monday and it was perfect for what we were needing. If it were any longer, we would probably need to go elsewhere as you would probably want a bigger fridge and stove. The check in process was so quick and efficient I think I was in and out of the office in 5 minutes. The location is PERFECT. We only moved our car 1 time to drive to the seafood market, all other times we were able to walk to shops, restaurants, The Hangout, etc. very easily. The public beach access is literally right across the road. I really don’t think you could get a better location for this price! Because we walked most of the time, we had no issues with parking. We did have to call maintenance for a toilet issue. They came while we were at the beach the same day and the problem was fixed immediately! We were very impressed on how quickly our concerns were handled. We would stay here again for a short trip to Gulf Shores again! Perfect for a couple :)

It was the most affordable option I had at the time. The signs everywhere said there was a pool, but I never found one. Parking was a nightmare even with a parking pass. Huge trucks with lifts made it impossible to drive into the parking under the building. For what it was, it was cozy and suited its purpose for which I am thankful, but I won't return to this location. The price is too high for what it is and there are options that provide more in walking distance.

Overall it is pretty decent. The location is great. The room had a mildew smell that we had to get used to.

It worked great for just the two of us. We spent most of our time out exploring. It was super easy to check in and get to. Within walking distance of just about everything.

Beachview 309 is small but adequate. We got what we paid for for the most part, but its more suited for a 1/2 night trip. Even with just two of us, we were cramped. The bed was relatively comfortable, but the sheets had a couple stains on them. The cable wasn't working the first night, but I worked magic somehow and reset it and it *mostly* worked after that (normally this wouldn't be an issue, but seeing as it was raining the whole trip...). It was close to everything. It's a block walk from the Sunliner Diner, Dollar General, and all of the souvenir shops and across the street from the hangout and the beach, so our car rarely moved. My only true complaint is the parking situation. The parking under the building is nice, but very cramped and people do not pay attention to the "trucks must use overflow lot" sign and parked there anyway-across from each other, of course! This made it hard to get in/out even with my small SUV and even when I did, there were 0 spots to aprk at 7:30PM. I parked in Public Parking next to the building that night, as the overflow lot that they discuss isn't well marked. Overall, I'd stay here again for a short stay, but I would want something bigger for a longer stay!

Overall it was ok. For some reason the floor was sticky & there was a funny smell the entire time. I think what freaked me out was how dirty the shower was. The vent above had stuff all over it & it would fall on you.

Convenient to beach which is where we spent most of our time. Bathtub was clogged so water would drain well. Needs shower renovation but overall good!

Perfect place/size for a quick weekend getaway. The only thing (and I won’t even call it an issue or complaint) was that there wasn’t a hairdryer. Other than that little hiccup, everything was great!!! I’ve stayed at the Beachview condos several times and I will continue to stay there on my trips to the beach.

The condo was small and there were roaches seen daily! The room also had an odor every time we would come in!

Perfect room for me. Was in town for business and wanted to be close to the beach. Price was great $99.00 a night.

We enjoyed our stay at Beachview. The condo was older and the room was small but large enough for 2 people. The bed slept well. The room was clean with average wear for a vacation town. I hated that people smoked at both ends of the hallways and near elevator.

It was ok. Half the plug ins didn't work. There wasn't a plug close enough to the tv to plug it in. It was unplugged when we got there. You will need an extension cord if you want to plug it in. It was ok because we didn't really need to watch tv anyway. Other than that everything else was good.

The location was good, close to lots of things to do. The room was clean, except for the bathroom rug (get rid of it). The furniture could be rearranged and add a pullout sofa to benefit everyone. Some of the furniture could leave, like the directors chair in the corner. Also, place the toilet paper holder on the cabinet, not in the middle of the bathroom floor. Overall it was a good place to stay.

We got to Pool and Assoc on 7/13 at 4:15 to check in. When I booked a condo, with everything I read online I was expecting a clean non-smoking place with a bedroom, a stove to cook, a washer and dryer, and a beach view. I received none of the above. We left Pool and Assoc to head to our Condo. First the building from the outside looked sketchy. We got to our door and opened it. The room was trashed. Bed was unmade, pillow and blanket on the floor. There were also dirty towels all over the floor, trash heaping from the cans, and cigarette butts and ashes in an ashtray in our non-smoking facility. I looked on a table and the people before us apparently checked out 7/11 so they company had 3 days to clean this place. My boyfriend has severe asthma so the smoking made it difficult for him to breath for a while but he did finally get acclimated. This was by no means a condo and was not an acceptable place to stay. I called Pool and Assoc to make sure I had the right room. They said yes and they would get someone out right away. I said since it is so late I am sure the cleaner will be in a hurry so make sure to re-iterate to them the importance of clean sheets. She (I think it was Kim or Kelly I spoke to) said oh yes no problem, they always do. Then I asked if I could get a different door code. she said there are only 2 codes, one for all guests use the same door code and all cleaning and maintenance have a door code they share. At that moment I no longer felt safe. Any previous guest could walk in or any disgruntle ex-employee could walk in. She called me back a few minutes later and said someone will be there to clean in 10 minutes and it will take them about an hour and a half. We got back at 6:30. The refrigerator door had been left open and was no longer cool. I touched the comforter on the bed and it was covered in sand. I pulled back the flat sheet and underneath was covered in sand. There is no way they spent an hour and half on such a tiny room and it was still dirty. The bathroom rug looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Also, there was no ocean view. A lot of the food we brought with us spoiled because we had no stove to cook with. And lastly when we went to lay down that night we got our own blankets from the car since we were scared of the sheets and the TV did not work. The next day (Friday) I called about the TV. Kevin and his granddaughter went out of their way to try to get it working. I mean the

Highly recommend staying at this condo when visiting Gulf Shores! My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary - Great room for a couple. Walking distance to NUMEROUS restaurants and very close to The HANGOUT where we visited multiple nights. Elevator had an issue 2x but both times it was fixed within a couple of hours (on a weekend!) Bed was comfy, bathroom was clean. Fridge was big enough for food but I recommend bringing a cooler that will hold ice and additional drinks/food for you as well. Only cons of our stay were: The fridge was turned to 0 before we got there and took a quite a while to get cold. Not a problem for us though since we had a cooler: ) There is currently only one way in and out when parking underneath the condos, so it can get a little cramped. This will soon not be an issue though because the stairs are being renovated on the back end of the condo. Once fixed, I'm sure both ends will be open. The last two days we stayed, the stair workers were beating and nailing before 730am. That was probably the worst but no fault of the condo owner. We will DEFINITELY be staying in the Beachview condos again and would not hesitate to use this room!
