This house was just as beautiful as advertised. It truly had all the amenities we needed to make our stay perfect. The location is quiet, yet conveniently located close to all the local amenities like groceries, shopping, and restaurants.

The house was very well take care of and clean. easy check in. The property is Gorgeous! We all enjoyed it so much. We spent 1 full day in the pool. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and we all had our own space. The view was beautiful. Quite frankly, none of us wanted to leave. We are already planning our next trip there.

Home is stellar with an amazing cooks kitchen and outdoor bar/kitchen. Pool was awesome and our weather was perfect. Absolutely wonderful time with family. I will be recommending this home to all of my friends & family.

Awesome awesome place to stay. Just far enough from the Leavenworth hustle and bustle but close enough to pop in and out to shops and hear restaurants. Really great area. I took some great pictures from the backside of the house itself. Awesome view. Wish I could upload them all here.
Hot tub was suberb and was definitely appreciated after a long day on the ski hill.
My little girl loved playing in the game room as well. Everything to clean and very comfortable.
We had a tiny mishap with the stove and fireplace not working due to no propane, but less than an hour after the host was notified, the issue was addressed and the maintenance crew was sent. Took just minutes with communication, really appreciate that.
Overall, awesome stay. Going to book in the summer as well!

We love this home and have stayed there several years! This year because of the frigid temperatures our long weekend presented a challenge to stay warm! We really appreciated having the fireplace to help heat the living room area!

loved the place will go 4.5 stars only because smoke detector alarm went off upstairs because of old battery and we could not reach it ceiling too high last nigh to turn it off

This was our 3rd Annual get together with friends at this house we love it. Three families with kids ranging from 1-14yrs old. My husband and I have personally been at this house 4x total and it's the only house we continue to come back to. Fabulous for families and groups. We also love the property so easy to communicate with.

Absolutely beautiful home with something for everyone! We stayed at this home over Thanksgiving and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the gorgeous home with a large fully stocked kitchen, to the comfortable bedrooms and living spaces, to the awesome game room, we had the best time! Teens to grandparents, we all had so much fun. This house has it all! Communication with property manager was excellent! We will be coming back!

We stayed with friends and family for Oktoberfest and it was a perfect spot to travel and from the festival. Space was clean, spacious and outdoor area was perfect. Will definitely stay again.

This property has everything! Kept the adults and 12 year olds entertained - pool, outdoor kitchen, game room, nicely appointed kitchen, gym and some bikes to ride to town. We all loved our stay!! All that and an amazing view of the mountains.

We came with our family. 5 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of space for all and lots to do. We loved the backyard area which was well manicured to just sit and enjoy the view when we weren’t in the pool. It was very spacious and the 2 hot tubs was a plus. The fire pit and outdoor TV/bar were bonuses. Great proximity to town, but also felt far enough away. The game room had plenty to keep everyone busy even when we were all in there. Lastly, the bikes were a nice touch and used daily.

We planned a trip with one of our good friend, ,who passed away recently, but we decided to go and give her a small memorial with just a few of her close friends. I chose this house. It was just perfect and the pool and hot tubs were what we needed. We enjoyed the game room too. I would definitely go back. Check in was easy. I had the master bedroom, loved the shower, but missed having a TV in my room. Thanks for sharing your house

Great stay at Joyful Place. We sadly had heavy smoke half of our time there but having the game room 'saved us'. So many choices on what to do in there it kept everyone content. The pool is so awesome and we greatly enjoyed it. The gathering spaces are roomy and the kitchen has most everything you need. We enjoyed the proximity to town as it is a delight to walk around Leavenworth itself.

Even if we tried we wouldn't have been able to find anything wrong with this property. The house was perfect for the size of our family. We ended up going into Leavenworth just once because this property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Between the game room and the pool there was plenty to do for the entire family!

This was by far one of our favorite places to stay! The owner was very accommodating when we told her that my father was in a wheel chair. Right away she made the house wheel chair accessible with a ramp and everything. The view was breath taking and the heated pool was the highlight of the trip. The house was cleaned, spacious and had everything from salt and pepper to extra blankets etc. We are definitely planning on coming again the following year!

What an awesome VRBO. We stay at a lot of them with our family - ranging from an infant to elderly parents - because it's so much easier than figuring out hotel stay for travel for everyone. So many rentals are clunky or much more 'well worn' than the pictures show. This is NOT the case with this house, it was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and super well equipped. I cook a ton and this was one of the best kitchens I've used at a rental, they had absolutely everything you need. The location is beautiful and popping into town was a breeze. If we come back to Leavenworth with the whole family again I won't even bother looking for other options. Loved it!

Beautiful property equipped with everything you would need like pool towels, full kitchen, and the game room. The views are stunning in the backyard. The only drawback is the quiet hours are extremely strict and start at 8/9pm which isn’t ideal. Some of the games in the game room are run down like the air hockey table and a ping ball machine doesn’t work. Lastly, I don’t find it enticing to see a cleaning fee on my bill and still be expected to strip the beds, wipe down counters, and put laundry on during check out process. My thought is if I’m paying a cleaning fee I shouldn’t have to do any extra tasks on a vacation. Other than that, home is as described, clean and spacious for a large group.

This house was a perfect getaway for our family of seven. It was clean, well-stocked and just down the road from downtown Leavenworth. My buys loves the game room and we all enjoyed the hot tub each evening.

The house is so much bigger than it looks! It had everything we needed to be comfortable, and then some! The neighborhood is very friendly, and it so reminded us of home. The location is perfect, and the house honestly held the best views! 5 minutes from town. We will be back!!!!

We have stayed at Joyful Place for several years and always enjoy our stay! Our family enjoys the game room, TVs, clean kitchen, and laundry room! We were disappointed when the air hockey table wasn’t working but my husband was able to clear out 6 gummy fruits and 2 cards from the slot and then it worked great! He also worked on the arcade games and got one working! Some things that were not available in the kitchen—table salt, aluminum foil, and ziplock bags. A little disappointed that the casita bathroom was the only part of the casita available for use but the accommodations made were very nice! Thank-you for your hospitality!

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday trip with extended family of adults, kids and infants! There was something for everyone! We enjoyed playing in the snow in the backyard; the game room when we needed to warm up; cooking meals in the extremely well-stocked kitchen; some even found time to workout in the home-gym! We really appreciated the attentiveness to clearing the snow as needed. Upon arrival and after subsequent snowfall during our stay, they sent people to snowplow/snow blow/shovel snow the driveway, the patio, and around the property's walkways. That was very helpful! We wished the neighborhood was a bit more walkable, especially with young kids/strollers, but that was a minor inconvenience for an otherwise fantastic stay! We'll be back!

My family and I booked last year for a getaway after Christmas as opposed to gifts. We are so glad we did!! This is a beautiful home with breathtaking views of the snowy mountains! More than enough room for the 8 of us, with a great kitchen for all our meals, a game room, two hot tubs, and plenty of snow!! We are grateful for the memories made. We are talking about renting again in the summer to take advantage of the pool! Book Early!!

We've been coming there for a few years now @ Christmas and stayed in several BB's, this BB is by far one of the nicest, easy access, really a neat place for families to come & enjoy the home and its amenities & there's a bunch. Unfortunately my wife/myself & our oldest son/wife & our 3 year old grandson were in the hospital there Saturday with my grandson & we had to return home Sunday morning. Our middle son/wife, our youngest son/wife and our daughter stayed and had the time of there life.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The owners were so communicative and accommodating for our family! The house was beautiful and decorated for Christmas which added to the fun. The hot tub and game room are amazing and entertaining for all. There are so many amazing amenities this property has and we will for sure be back!

This was absolutely amazing place. The pool is wonderful and the house is so big. Great game room. Mu family just loved it. And the view breathtaking. 4 bedrooms and then the bunk beds which were so comfortable for the kids. So clean had every cooking thing you could ask for. I will definitely stay again.
