What a perfect spot! Great access on the edge of park city. Beautiful views out the back door. Plenty of space. Great neighborhood. Overall great experience. Can’t wait to stay here again. Next time we visit Park city.

Had a great stay here! Cozy condo with most anything you need for a long stay. Walking distance to quite a lot of amenities and restaurants, and a short drive to the slopes or Main St.

The view was so beautiful! There were many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The area was very safe. It was nice to have a sidewalk to walk/run right outside of the town home wth amazing views. Shirley was very responsive to any questions that I had. I would highly recommend this place to others!

Awesome stay! Location is perfect for all things Park City. Directly across from the Olympic training center. Very comfortable…hot tub was nice after long day hiking. Great communication with the owner/management!

Came here for a three night stay with my fiancé . Excellent property and location , communication with owners was prompt and very helpful . Will stay here again I’m sure .

We rented for 10 days, it was the perfect condo for our family ski trip. Two nice bedrooms and the day bed in the hall was great for an occasional guest. My wife and I, with two of our adult daughters enjoyed the shops, restaurants of the neighborhood and easy access to the slopes.

The location of the condo was absolutely perfect. I would definitely book again. Enjoying some coffee in the morning in the hot tub was amazing!
The fireplace would not turn on and it would have been nice to turn it on in the early morning and at night. The property manager Simon called and said he would be out either that evening or the next morning, but he never came out. Even though the fireplace would have been nice, it by no means ruined the trip.
Overall, I would recommend anyone to stay here and I will be back with my wife and two boys.

Great Location Minutes from Park City!
We had wonderful time staying at this property. Location and access to amenities (grocery store, restaurants and bars) were prime. Easy drive to the Canyons and situated in a very desirable location with amazing views from the living space and back deck. Great communication with the owner who was prompt in answering questions during our stay. Very comfortable for 5 people. We would highly recommend and/or stay again.

Wonderful condo!
This condo was just perfect for our family! The location is great as it is walking distance to amazing restaurants, Starbucks and a great grocery store. The condo was very cozy with a great view of Swaner Preserve right out the back door, perfect for walks in the morning and at sunset. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and the hot tub was cleaner than my hot tub at home! I would highly recommend staying here and plan on referring friends here in the near future.

This could not have worked out better. This condo is beautiful! The most fantastic view! We had 7 people and the condo was perfect! Well appointed! Close to EVERYTHING!! So cozy with the fireplace - we loved the condo, loved the area. We had a wonderful trip!

We had a green stay at this location. Great view for just sitting and watching the mountains get covered in snow. The last night we watched fireworks at the ski resort.

Great Mountain Getaway
Wonderful property located near the Utah Olympic Park in Park City. Well apportioned kitchen in which we were able to cook a Thanksgiving meal for the family. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would recommend to anybody looking for a nice place to stay in Park City.

Great View!!
We really enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing!! It was also a great location near hiking trails (no skiing bc of time of year, but I saw some beautiful slopes that should be open soon). Great kitchen for cooking. Also has a lot of beds for larger groups. I would recommend.

College tour
We loved this property. We came to tour the university of Utah but also to enjoy fall in SLC/Park city. This is the perfect location for both. Trails right outside the back door, an immaculate hot tub, and the most beautiful view made it such an easy place to stay and enjoy the great state of Utah!

Such a great place to stay! The location is so perfect the views are stunning and the hot tub on the deck is perfection!! The house was clean spacious and had everything we needed for a great stay! No complaints! Hope to stay here again!

Disappointed disappointed disappointed
View was amazing with the Olympic park and mountains out back. Property was stocked with high quality kitchen appliances and needs. As well as toiletries. Everything you need or could want is within walking distance. After that it was disappointing say the least.
There is no central cooling ventilation in the master bedroom. With the temperature being 95+ everyday, it made it impossible for the master bedroom to be at a comfortable temperature to us to sleep or even lounge at anytime in that bedroom during any of our stay….especially with not being able to turn the air below 70 degrees and not one ceiling fan to circulate the air to help. With this aspect, it truly made the stay at this property a poor experience especially with the rating and comments we reviewed before booking. The other issue is only about 5 wash cloths to use, master bedroom sheets were torn and these were put in the bed before our arrival. Expectations were very high for this property and were by far not met.

Great property!
Great condo with lots of space for the family. We had 3 adults and 2 kids under 13 and had plenty of room. The only thing that we found that could be approved upon is the shower head in the master bath. It has GREAT pressure, like take you skin off pressure, and water only comes out of half of the nozzles. Other than that minor thing, the condo was great and in a great location. 10/10 would recommend!

The condo was very clean and provided everything you would need. The location is great and view is beautiful!! We could walk to the restaurants and there were trails all around the condo. We loved the stay and will definitely be back!!

Loved the location and view from the house is breathtaking . The space was perfect for our family.

We received you went for our annual girls trip. The place was extremely well appointed and spacious. Everything we needed for four women to relax and enjoy some downtime when needed, but convenient to everything we needed to get out and have some fun! I highly recommend staying here!

Right at home
This has been one of our best stays. The location is ideal, especially with younger kids. We had the most wonderful walking path outside the back door, and the location is within walking distance to stores and restaurants. The views out the back are amazing. The host was very good about communicating. We felt right at home. The kitchen, while small, is well stocked with cooking supplies; we were able to make Thanksgiving dinner from scratch. Overall it was a really great stay.

Perfect getaway
We really enjoyed the location, views and quiet at the condo. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The only down fall was the dishwasher wasn’t working at the time, the property manager did let us know ahead of time, but the last thing I wanted to do on vacation was the dishes! Also, I got a weird rash on my abdomen and back from the hot tub. No bueno. I assume it needs to be drained and cleaned. If it weren’t for these 2 issues I would have given 5 stars.

Location was perfect!
This was our first time in Utah and did we pick a great place! The location was perfect. Had amazing views, walking trails, and everything you need within walking distance. The hot tub and Fireplace were perfect for the cool nights! Very clean and had everything we needed.

Perfect relaxing fall vacation
This vacation was all we expected and more. The house was perfect, we enjoyed the view, the expansive windows, the hot tub, the gas logs fireplace, and all the comforts of home. It was our first visit to the Park City area but we will be back!

Beautiful View
The townhome was exactly as described. You have neighbors on both sides, but we only saw them once. Very quiet neighborhood with a walking trail right outside the back door. You also have restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The kitchen was stocked with all that you need in order to cook.

Amazing Condominium - Amazing Location
We are repeat customers. This condo is amazing. It is located on the Swaner Preserve, and near the bike path, shops, restaurants, and ski areas. We hiked in the mountains and biked the trail system in the area. The condo itself has a salt water jacuzzi, a fire place, three bathrooms, great water pressure, comfortable beds, and a fully stocked kitchen. The owners and the property manager are very attentive. We cannot wait to go back.
