When we first arrived and entered we noticed the door jam was separated as if someone tried breaking in the door. Later when attempting to heat the stovetop to cook dinner we could not get the unit to work. YouTube videos no help. Had to go to plan B. Next there was a water leak that poured into the unit below ours. They came banging on the door to cause us, only to find out the next day from maintenance that is came from the fourth floor. Second day of stay we were disturbed by loud construction taking place in one of the adjacent units for HOURS. Beds were not very comfortable so did not sleep well. Just a bad experience for a costly stay

The home was clean, looked like the online photos, and was in a great location. Communication with owner was quick and efficient. Wasn't able to reach housekeeper/local property manager via text but wasn't a big deal. Would recommend.

Perfect location in the Vail Village. The condo was super comfortable for our family of 5 and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking a few meals. Wonderful relationship with the BaseCamp ski rental shop. Will definitely stay here again!

The property manager provided detailed and accurate information on the property. We arrived late but were able to easily access the property using the details provided. Property was clean and as described in the listing. We enjoyed one comfortable night. Can’t speak to the area or neighborhood since we left early in the morning, but would stay again if ever in the area.

We booked this condo based off the reviews that it was in pristine condition. Upon arrival we were quite disappointed to find the carpets stained and very dirty. Screen door was broken and just laying up against the dirty patio wall. King bed comforter was stained in several spots. Bathroom vanity lights were burnt out and furniture was old, chipped and uncomfortable.
Mark was great at responding and was able to at least get the lights fixed during our stay and worked out compensation for the condo not being up to standards. Overall i would recommend this condo because of location and updated kitchen and only if the above listed items were fixed.

Location, location, location - can’t be beat! This is at the corner of Vail Rd and W Meadow, right on the edge of Vail Village (walkable to everything in Vail Village, and Lionshead too). Reserved parking spot in garage; heated outdoor pool and hot tub; and a wonderful 2nd floor unit with balcony. The open kitchen layout helps the square footage feel bigger than it is and takes advantage of the balcony view. Appliances were all quite modern and European brands; we had a bit of a learning curve, and it took quite a while longer to cook things than we’re used to - probably some combination of altitude + user error + appliances. There is a washer and dryer in unit, which was amazingly convenient - also European brands, and tiny relative to full size units, but we just did laundry daily. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were well appointed, dishes and drinkware were modern and high-end. The condo even had Alexa! Note that there is no plastic drinkware or dishes in the unit (for kids, or to use poolside) and washcloths were not provided among the bathroom linens (common in Europe but we would have brought our own if we’d known). Not a big deal, but helpful to know! The host provided detailed directions ahead of time which was much appreciated. We stayed with 3 young kids and would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo in Vail. The location is close and perfect for walking into town. It was warm the first day and there is no air conditioning in the condo, but once we figured out the fans we were comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. There is even an “Alexa” device for our music enjoyment. Our group drove up from Colorado Springs and we’re happy that a parking space below the building is included. We would definitively recommend this listing!

Great stay at Mark’s property. We stayed here about 7-8 years ago and the property is still maintained well and is the perfect location between Vail Village and Lionshead. The unit is upgraded compared to all others in the area with a very nice kitchen, washer/dryer, underground parking and a pool and hot tub (seasonal). The only thing that could be improved is the carpeting which is dated and a little stained but overall the unit was clean (I understand it’s difficult with ski stuff to keep clean in winter). Mark was very responsive with questions and Manny was helpful with early checkin. We will definitely return to 9 Vail Road!!

Great location in Vail Village - Close enough to walk everywhere but off the beaten path so a quieter spot. Easy check in and check out with underground parking. Condo was spotless, comfortable and well stocked. Only negative is no air conditioning but I believe that is normal for the area.

Overall, the condo was great. The couch in the living room is very worn and should be replaced if possible. Kitchen could use some aluminum foil, plastic bags, etc. Definitely need some instructions on how to operate the cooktop (had to call Manny) and the TV in the master bedroom, which we could not get to work. Other than that, the condo is very well stocked, a great location to get to the slopes and was comfortable for 4 adults.

This property is gorgeous and with access to everything in walking distance! High end appliances and furnishings were gorgeous but really the very best part was the staff who help you check in and maintain the property. Manny took my calls early on and helped me understand the property, especially since it was my very first Vrbo rental. I also had a camera left behind and Manny’s team called to let me know. When we were unable to pick it up, he mailed it. It speaks volumes to the property to have such stellar service! Thank you Manny and team!!!!

The pictures were very accurate. The unit is located in the 2nd floor and it was decorated amazing.. the condo is very comfortable. The view was of the pool/spa but noise level was not a problem. The building location is prime. Easy access to both Vail village and lions head.

This condo was very clean and organized. The location is amazing. We used the heated pool and hot tub after skiing and they were clean and not crowded. Communication with Mark was very easy and he was responsive to messages. Thanks Mark.
