Our rental car was 90 minutes late, our flight was cancelled and the only people that took really good care of us was Maria & Arturo. So easy to reach and always were happy to help with anything. Great time was had because of this great rental in midtown. Thank you.

Nice and clean. There is a timer on the front door lock so you can't get in even a minute before your check in time. We arrived about 5 minutes early and had to wait in the driveway.

First off, Maria and Arturo were AWESOME. even though we were there over Christmas Day, they were extremely responsive. Quick to help with anything in the house and to make suggestions about the area.
I let Maria know this was an impromptu family Christmas away from home and we showed up to a beautiful tree in the living room.
The townhome was clean and spacious, and the neighborhood was loaded with bats and restaurants.
The location is convenient to anything the downtown Houston area.
If you need a place in Houston, check this one out. GREAT place and GREAT hosts.

My wife and two adult sons had a great stay in this well located, three-story home. The place was clean, stocked with amenities and gave us both space away and together. The hosts were excellent communicators. We didn't need anything during our stay, but felt like all I needed to do was pick up the phone if necessary. The location is close to downtown and Montrose and the area surrounding area had a number of fun spots to visit. Do not hesitate to book this place for your stay in Houston!

Our family of six adults enjoyed our holiday weekend in Houston. The townhouse was just as pictured and very comfortable for our group. The location was excellent and safe. Check in and communication with owner was easy. We would definitely consider staying again!

Spacious, clean and lovely property thoughtfully catered for by the hosts. In an awesome location - walking distance from Midtown and Montrose eateries and bars - uber was always 2 / 3 minutes away. The hosts were very responsive, friendly and helpful - thank you. Would definitely stay there again.

We were there to visit family in the hospital. Great location for the medical centers. Also near downtown attractions, but unfortunately we were not able to visit them this time.

Walking distance to restaurants, bars and the biggest liquor store I have ever seen. We did not need a car. House was clean and well maintained.

Wonderful place
I booked this property for my wife and her friends for her bday. They absolutely loved it. Everything was clean and comfortable. The layout is perfect for a group. Everything you need is provided from dishes to games to extra blankets to a washer and dryer. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. Took off one star due to a couple of issues. They couldnt connect the TV or the bluetooth speakers. The fountain didnt work. Sitting in the hot tub with people looking down at you from the apartments surrounding was very uncomfortable. Would be perfect if there was a covering. None of those issues were enough for them to call the owner. So that said, we would definitely stay here again.

Last minute change but had a great time
We were contacted a few days before that this property we booked a few months ago was not available due to a major issue in the building. We were distraught at first, but Maria and Arturo were very helpful in suggesting another of their properties. They even gave us a partial refund as compensation because we were really looking forward to the outdoor hot tub. The other property was wonderful and we were glad that we rented from a superhost who had a lot of experience.

Get location plus comfortable amenities!
The property was just as it’s listed and pictures. It’s in an excellent location being walking distance to a host of eateries and (if interested) Houston nightlife. The beds are comfortable, there’s ample linen for those who need extra and the air cooling unit works well. The hosts are accessible and respond promptly to communications. My only suggestion would be to increase the temperature on the hot tub to accommodate the beautiful fall weather. I would recommend this property and would also stay again.

Great Location
The house is located near downtown in a nice area. The house has nice decor and furnishings. The only issue was I was unable to fit my full size pickup in the garage so I had to park on the street but I was able to park on the same block each night.

Loved our time
We really enjoyed our time. The space was extremely clean. Patio was great and our kids loved all of the amenities like dart board and TV’s in every room. We will definitely return.

Quick Houston getaway
We stayed here with my three children (ages 1-7) and my parents for three nights and we had a lovely time!! I brought my own gates for safety of children but wasn’t even necessary because it was already stocked with gates, booster chair, etc! The owner was super responsive and checked in on us to make sure everything was to our liking. We enjoyed the hot tub. For our short stay it was very accommodating for us and would stay here again.

Home away from home
What a great experience I had staying there! Great location to MD Anderson, safe neighborhood, close to many restaurants abd Whole Foods! Very clean !! The outdoor patio with hot tub was so relaxing. The owners are fantastic! Very helpful and respond quickly if needed.

Midtown comfort
My husband had a week long training class he had to attend in Pasadena. We are from North Dakota I wasn't about to be left behind in the frozen tundra and wasn't going to spend a week with our 20 mo.old in a hotel room...I stumbled upon this place and it was just like being at home. So much room, great downtown location, close to the zoo, aquarium and an easy drive to anything in the greater Huston area. We used the hot tub and grilled almost every evening. Grocery is walking distance and some great restaurants too! Hosts were always available if I had any questions and check in and out was a breeze! Can't ask for much more!

Perfect relaxing spot
Our family stayed here while my husband recovered from a surgery that brought us to town. The space was perfect so he could be tucked away resting upstairs while we made dinner in the kitchen, watched movies or sat by the fire in the living room, or got some much needed relaxing in the hot tub on the patio. We had some issues with the hot tub, but Maria was super prompt and responsive in getting it fixed for our use. We also took advantage of the super nearby pharmacies and grocery stores. Loved this spot! Would love to come back in a time where we could enjoy the shops and bars (several rooftop options!) that were just a short walk away.

Wonderful Holiday Stay!
What a perfect house for our holiday vacation! The upstairs third floor effectively had two master bedrooms so it was very comfortable for our two families. We could keep the area safe enough for our two kids under three years old. There was also plenty of adult entertainment and nice amenities like cornhole, the hot tub, and connecting to the speaker via bluetooth. Beds were comfortable, (NEST) climate control worked perfectly, and there were plenty of towels provided. Overall, a great stay that I would recommend!

The space was just right for an informal meeting and then time to relax. From the outdoor oasis to the interior layout-it was great. located in mid-town was perfect, with travel ease to downtown. The owners we in touch before, during and after our stay regarding any needs. Please use this location- you will not be disappointed.

Amazing Home in Trendy Area
Our stay was amazing not only was Maria very attentive but her place was impeccable! It’s right in the heart of mid-town where a lot of trendy restaurants are just a short walk away. The place was very clean and it looks just like the photos. I highly recommend staying here- you won’t regret it! :)

This place was fantastic! If I could give it more stars, it would be 10 out of 5! The property was really nice, and it was located in a friendly neighborhood. The people were super friendly! Love how it was located in mid-town Houston, with bars/entertainment within walking distance. I would efinitely book again. Overall a wonderful experience!!!

Comfy, Luxury Stay Away From Home
This process was so easy. Mariah was very quick to respond to all of my questions prior to booking. She was even able to accommodate last minute changes. Upon arrival everything was extremely clean and very well decorated. Super quiet neighborhood, hot jacuzzi tub, parking garage, and spacious bedrooms. And lets not forget the beyond beautiful bathrooms on every floor. If I ever visit Houston again, I will definitely make sure to book this beautiful place again!!!

Very cool place to stay ! My family enjoyed their stay the 3 floors was a huge plus especially with teenagers lol. And everything is close by from restaurants and easy freeway acces. i definitely recommend anyone staying here .

Christmas stay
We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas & New Year at Maria's house. The facilities were excellent, such that it was easy for us to cook and host some meals for our family who live in Houston. The neighbourhood was good too, with many things handy for shopping. We will definitely stay there again when we come back to Houston.
