Todd’s place was as described. Clean and comfortable. Garage was a nice perk.

We enjoyed our two months at the condo. It was well stocked and in a great location.

Very convenient location; walked to stores. Condo is on a quieter side street with easy access to Scottsdale Rd. Kitchen was well-stocked, bed was comfortable, shower had good pressure, and the unit was clean. The owner responded to questions quickly. The Internet worked well for work conference calls and uploading large files. We had an adult visit for a week and there was still plenty of room in the condo. We did not use the complex pool or gym as it was cool in December. We highly recommend this condo. It was a great value! Note: Some vrbo communications are misleading as they indicate location as Paradise Valley Village - the condo is in Plaza Residences near Acoma and Scottsdale Roads.

A+ location for Scottsdale in an amazing home with all required amenities. It was quiet and very spacious for a couple. Private parking as well. However, our biggest issue was the internet. We were working from home and the internet was less than stellar. It works, but it occasionally disconnects and speed was not the fastest. It was the only blemish with our stay. *Please check/wash your bedsheets prior to sleeping as we noticed that ours was used.

I am very pleased to have selected this condo for my short-term stay in the Scottsdale area. This place was wonderful and located near many establishments for dining, groceries, shopping and beauty. Todd was always an available and helpful contact with any questions I had during my stay. Also, it was located in a nice and safe area for taking walks around the neighborhood for exercise. All amenities that were included in the stay were wonderful and well kept, making the stay even better.

As a student traveling across the country for a 12-week clinical rotation, housing was one of my biggest worries. Todd’s condo was in a safe and convenient location, and everything I needed was provided making for a stress-free stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a short term rental!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Close to so many great restaurants and shopping. Had a couple of issues but the owners had them resolved right away.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Great walk-in shower. We could walk to Kierland mall which has many great stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Todd.

Needle and thread to repair a button, pool toys, condiments and spices, etc. furniture was comfortable with plenty of seating. We were two adults plus a toddler and space was enough for our needs. I am so glad we selected this condo for our initial introduction to the Scottsdale area. We relocated and needed a place to stay while we house hunted. This place suited us. It is located near establishments for dining, groceries, shopping and beauty. Todd was an available and helpful contact. The golf course across the street was great to walk around for exercise. And since we were looking in Carefree, Cave Creek Scottsdale and Fountain Hills it was centrally located. Quiet. Balcony was great for watching the birds and saguaro.

We love this condo and the complex in which it is located. It was our second time renting and we noticed and appreciated the new additions, especially the beautiful large walk-in shower with its luxurious showerhead. The smart TV is great to use with a Firestick, and we got good use of the abundant kitchen cookware including the fantastic chef knife collection. With our Nissan Altima, the garage had room to fit 2 bikes in front of the car.During the several month stay we needed to increasingly “shelter in place” and we found that we were quite comfortable here for several reasons: The patio has comfy chairs, a table and a gilder. The complex has a putting green and a number of nice shady green areas in which to play catch, bad mitten, or just put down a blanket and enjoy being outside.The unit is right across the street from a wonderfully wide walking/biking path leading for miles. All this made for the need to stay at home quite enjoyable.

Very nice condo...I’ve stayed in the Plaza Residences many times and this was one of the best. Very clean, everything I needed was there. The bed was very comfortable and I really liked the large walk in shower. Probably the best feature was the garage - not many units have that amenity. Todd was very responsive as an owner.

Will definitely rent again. Great location, nice place friendly neighbors, all the boxes checked for a great trip.

We spent the month of March in Todd's condo at Plaza Residences in the Kierland area of Scottsdale. The condo was great! It was very neat and clean upon our arrival. Todd and Kim had it supplied better than any other place we've ever stayed. In addition to the normal kitchen supplies, it also had games, novels, pool toys, and even extra head gear. I forgot my wide-brimmed hat at home, but I opened the closet and found several to choose from! We also greatly appreciated the garage to keep our vehicle clean. The gated village had two nice pools, a hot tub, and a workout facility. Scottsdale also had a lot going on. We could walk to three different mall areas, and there were many dining areas within a short drive. If you like to golf, hike, or bicycle, there were many opportunities not far away. I should also mention that Todd and Kim had very clear instructions on everything from getting in the gate to using the TV's. When I did have a couple of questions, Todd was very prompt in helping us out. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay!

It felt like home: clean, comfortable, stylish yet nothing so precious that one can’t relax for fear of breaking something. Brand new fridge, entry, kitchen rugs. Brand new cable box making for a vivid crisp picture on the TV. Walk-in closets provide plenty of room for hanging and storage. The benevolent system of leaving quality unused pantry items for the next occupant to use and conscientiously replace creates a cooperative atmosphere. It is a kind reminder that we are all in this home away rental endeavor for the benefit of all.

You can walk to Kierland for shopping and restaurants- so many options so close by! Nice condo and great pool area in quiet community- perfect for my stay!

Unit was exactly as pictured. It was clean and well equipped. The linens were excellent and appeared to be relatively new. Bed was very comfortable. There were condiments and spices in the fridge and cupboard. Very adequate cooking utensils. Appreciated the fact that there were a quantity of disposables available when we arrived, so we didn't have to rush out and buy everything, simply replace them when we used them. We had a large SUV and found the garage door narrow, and the turning radius very tight. We could have parked outside, but the one available spot in front of the condo was usually filled. Overall I would recommend this unit.

This property was a wonderful fit for our needs. It very thoughtfully maximized all the space of the condo. The layout was wonderful. The owner had it stocked with everything one would need. It is conveniently located near the Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter shopping area. Todd was very responsive on the times we needed to contact him during our three month stay. The condo itself had a fitness center and business center with computer and printer. There are two swimming pools and a lovely outdoor grilling area. We also loved the garage that we were able to use for our car! I would highly recommend staying at this unit if you need a place to stay in Scottsdale!

The Scottsdale condo is cozy and in a great location (walking distance to Kierland mall), clean and well appointed. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals and the washer/dryer were helpful. The garage was also helpful as was the clubhouse for the fitness center and printing needs. The wifi worked very well. I've never stayed in this area of Scottsdale but will do so for future visits. Also, I felt safe in the condo and within the complex and area. Todd was extremely responsive and helpful. Also, all of the directions provided were great and helpful. He also had the local grocery store cards on the keychain which is helpful for travelers.

The place was great and the owner was super helpful. Location is very close to Scottsdale Quarter. Garage was offered but not really an option as our car was too big. Furniture was very comfortable- nice modern and cost apartment, felt like home. Great wireless and great cable offerings.

Location in North Scottsdale was great. Condo was as advertised. Everything was there. Bed was comfy and the sheets were the best. I have no complaints and Todd was very responsive and helpful. Staying here was a pleasure.

Great location along with a clean and very functional living space. The garage was also very nice when I didn't want to park outside. The complex grounds are very well maintained and the pool area is great and receiving some upgrades as well. Thanks Todd

This property was perfect for our stay in Scottsdsle. Even though it is only 1 bedroom, it was plenty of room for us and our 2 kids. I have stayed at the Plaza Redidence before, I love that area!! Clean, friendly people and central to all Scottsdale has to offer. This condo was very clean, awesome master bedroom mattress and had everything we needed, including pool toys!!! Definitely worth the money, you won't be disappointed.

We had a great time staying in this condo. It was close to Scottsdale Road and the 101 Loop so it was easy to travel to where we wanted to go. There were great golf courses nearby as well as grocery stores and restaurants.

Excellent condo in an even better location. Has everything you need inside and outside. You can easily walk to the best shops and restaurants only a few blocks away and community facilities are all very nice and convenient. The entire complex was just painted during my stay and everything looks brand new. Todd was very easy to work with on all fronts. I will definitely come back again. You will be very happy too if you choose this unit.
