West End Completely Renovated 2BR/2BA Condo
2013 2 Schlafzimmer / 2 Badezimmer Wohnung in günstiger Lage im West End komplett renoviert nur wenige Schritte vom Geschäftsstraße. Neu auf Mietmarkt im Jahr 2015.
Das Hotel liegt an Conant zwischen Handels- und Bradford, diese Lage erlaubt es Ihnen zu sein, nur wenige Schritte von was auch immer Ihr Interesse aus Fitnessraum, Natur, Restaurants und Nachtleben.
Diese Wohnung wurde komplett entkernt und renoviert im Jahr 2013 mit hochwertigen Oberflächen. Das offene Konzept LR / Küche verfügt über Granit, Edelstahl-Geräte (inkl Geschirrspülmaschine), Tisch Platz für 4 Personen und eine Bar Platz für weitere 2 Personen. Der LR hat einen 46-Zoll-HD-Fernseher mit Kabel-und Gas-Kamin.
Die beiden Schlafzimmer auf diesem Gerät wie ein Mitbewohner Plan wäre mit einem an der Vorderseite des Geräts und eine auf der Rückseite von der Küche / LR Bereich getrennt werden getrennt.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer in der vor der Wohnung befindet verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett und Schrank. Es verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit geschliffenen Granitarbeitsplatte, U-Bahn-Fliesen und Dusche.
Die Gäste-Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Schränke und Fernseher mit Kabel. Gäste-WC befindet sich außerhalb des Schlafzimmers und verfügt über eine Restoration Hardware Waschtisch mit Carrara-Marmor Zähler nach oben. Das Badezimmer hat auch eine in voller Größe, hohe Energie-Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Darüber hinaus verfügt das Gerät auch zwei schöne Räume im Freien - eine überdachte Veranda mit Deckenventilator und ein Open-Air für Mahlzeiten im Freien oder Entspannen. Es gibt auch eine Außendusche befindet sich auf der überdachten Veranda nebeneinander.
Es gibt ein Tandem Parkplatz mit diesem Gerät verbunden ist.

Very nice arrangement 2 bedrooms separated with full bath in each.Very well decorated with nice linens and kitchen stuff. It was a bit pricey than other past stays elsewhere in town.

This property is in fantastic shape and was spotless when we checked in. Tod was super responsive and made the check in and check out process super simple, no silly rules.
The location can’t be beat making this listing a high value option. You may find cheaper options but you get the value you pay for here.

We recently spent some vacation time in Provincetown and were fortunate to find this beautiful condo with parking. We had a beautiful time exploring all that Provincetown had to offer. It was especially convenient to have parking and to be in a quiet location yet very close to Commercial St. Coming home to this beautiful condo at the end of each day was truly enjoyable. We were very impressed with all of the high end finishes, especially the bathrooms, they had spa-like qualities that made you feel great! The private outdoor space was beautiful in the morning where we had our coffee. From the landscaping to the furniture it all created a luxurious atmosphere that was really comfortable. There was a lot of attention to detail and it made our stay unforgettable. We look forward to our next trip and hope to book this condo again.

Beautifully appointed two bedroom two bath condo three steps to commercial Street. The bed was super comfortable and getting around on foot was super easy.

The property was in a great location with a good layout. Having a washer and dryer and a grill definitely made the stay that much better. The owner is very quick to respond and took care of all our needs including mailing back Apple earphones that we accidentally left behind.

Awesome location just a short walk to the beach and Commerical Street. It is away from the loudness in town but still close enough to the action. Upstairs neighbors were quite noisy but somewhat expected given it was a holiday weekend.

This unit was just as advertised and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. Everything was modern and bright inside, with two very useable outdoor spaces, and the proximity to everything really can't be beat. Hopefully we get a chance to stay here again on a return trip in the future.

This terrific place is on a quiet street off Commercial and steps away from the Boat Slip, the Monkey Bar and other great shops, bars and restaurants. It’s been completely renovated and is perfect for 2 couples to stay at. Nice open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen. We especially like the outdoor deck and space. The hosts are incredibly responsive and helpful….we had an issue come up and they were quick to address it. We’d gladly stay here again.

Beautiful attention to detail; Quality finishes and furnishings. The owner, Tod is on site and replies very quickly if you have any questions. The property is in an excellent location in town. It's far enough down to be a bit quieter than being in the middle of town and only minutes walking distance away. He was not kidding! Would absolutely stay again.

My husband and I spent two weeks at this property. Some friends joined us for a weekend. It is the perfect space for four adults. Everything represented in the photographs and description of this place is accurate. The residence is very clean and comfortable, and the outdoor spaces were great for sipping coffee or cocktails. We were impressed with how quiet the neighborhood is, considering the house is only a block and a half from The Boatslip. Speaking of which, free access to the pool at The Boatslip was a bonus. It's not quite a pool in the back yard, but close. We really appreciated the proximity to shops, bars and restaurants as well.
We were in Provincetown during the "sewer emergency" and our host, Tod, was quick to communicate with us about city mandates and regulations. Fortunately, this property was unaffected by the shut-down and we were not inconvenienced at all. Because the restaurants were closed for two days, we cooked more meals than we usually do on vacation. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked with equipment and utensils.
We will definitely return to 7 Conant. It's the perfect home away from home for us.

House was just as listed: great location, perfect for 2 couples or 4, well maintained, and Tod the manager was available as needed. Check-in was EZ, communications ahead of time were timely and clear, 2 bikes available to use, and house was stocked with everything needed (including lots of kitchen necessities). Great Stay
The house is exactly as described. Well appointed with everything you need, including beach towels and chairs! I took an outside shower every day! Convenient to everything you need. Provincetown is a wonderful and magical place. We can walk to everything. We parked our car and six days later we left. This is a great place to stay in Provincetown.

Amazing Everything
Tod was very responsive and accommodating. The check-in was super easy (key stuck a bit- but we got it). The condo is super clean, nice fireplace and the bathrooms were impeccable- Showers are large and walk-in, good water pressure. The kitchen is fully equipped. The location is perfect- great spots all around- Joe’s Coffee and Liz’s cafe were some of my faves. Great for a friends getaway or with a family. Neighbors were nice too! Definitely would stay here again…..and again!!!

Just Right
The location was perfect, steps away from Commercial Street, Boat slip, Pop-Dutch, Gym west end. The condo was beautifully decorated with top notch appliances. Our favorite feature was the fireplace.
We'd highly recommend a stay there!

Everything was perfect. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy. The hosts were so nice and were always responsive to questions we had. And, you couldn't ask for a better location. We look forward to coming back and staying there again.
