Having 2 grown children means we need 3 bedrooms. This condo was perfect for us! It was very spacious and the views never ended! It was tastefully decorated and the beds were comfortable! Check in was a BREEZE! We had prepaid for our parking pass so I was in and out of the lobby in no time. Beach service was excellent! We reserved our chairs from our phone and they had everything set up for us every morning! If we choose this destination again, we will definitely stay here again!

I loved everything about this property. It was comfortable, clean, and the location was great. My only regret is not knowing that booking on VRBO would cost me more and result in needing to pay for parking. If you book the property via the property managers site, it’s less.

Property was exactly as advertised; was well supplied and extremely clean. The codo building was likewise well cared for and staff were helpful. Great location!

Old unit with dirty floors smelled like musty dead fish. Florabama so loud music all day. Smoking aloud in some units and we happened to be surrounded by. The beach was perfect and stayed out there most of the time.

Towel shortage
Everything was great except for the number of towels. The rental is for 8 people but we only had 6 bath towels and 6 wash cloths.

I love this condo. Kitchen was well stocked and it was very clean. Will be returning!!

Needs attention
Upon arrival, the condo smelled musty with an old smell. The best part of the condo is the view and outside patio. The furniture is old, which is fine; however the living room furniture was also dirty. The kitchen utensils etc., were all in great shape. It became quite apparent that the master bedroom bathroom had not been cleaned because the water in the shower was dripping and on the drain of the shower was a HUGE amount of hair from the previous tenants. In addition, the bathroom drawers had hair in all of them that I had to wipe out. At this time, I would say that there needs to be some cleaning completed.

Wonderful Condo
Perfect location and wonderful condo. Very well stocked with kitchen dishes, pots, utensils and appliances. Only problem was master bedroom mattress was very hard and uncomfortable!

I had a great experience with this condo. It has an amazing view, and it is beautiful--just like the pictures! Both bathrooms have a standup shower and no tub, but that worked fine for my family and me. I would definitely stay there again.

Needs blackout curtains in master
Only complaint is the lack of curtains in master. The room gets really bright in the morning when the sun comes up. Only sheer curtains were over the balcony doors.

Excellent location and condo
Great location and fantastic vacation. There was some minor sand on the floor when we got there and the balcony light didn't work. It was reported but not repaired during our stay. It was not a big deal and overall had a GREAT time and excellent experience with this place. Would Definitely recommend and stay again.

Great condo right on the beach
This condo is wonderful. The condo has a huge living area with 3 bedrooms. Balcony has amazing views and is spacious with great furniture!
Housekeeping could do a better job. We ended up vacuuming when we arrived as there was debris and dust on the floor. Also the floor didn't appear to be mopped be ahead of time.
Owner is quick to respond and keeps the property in great shape with good furnishings! We will definitely be back

Lovely stay
Bummed about no outdoor pool, said spring break, then moved to April 1 but it was never done. Masterbed is pretty tough and had to switch out with the younger crowd to sleep on it then the younger ones. Other than that had a great view and good weather!

Advertised price per night ended up being double with all the cleaning fees and all the extras that weren’t disclosed until payment.

Overall great experience. Beautiful well furnished condo. Only issues were outside door didn’t shut well and WiFi didn’t work and couldn’t get anyone on the phone to address it. Nothing major. We loved it.

Condo was kept up nice and very comfortable- fantastic views!! Had trouble ke with WiFi- 15 min after we called there was someone there to fix it!! We even got a follow up call!!! Impressed!! Super water pressure also!!!

Lovely property
Very nice location on top floor. Nice and quiet. Nice layout, spacious. Kitchen well appointed. Nice touch with ice trays in the freezer for extra ice. Not easy to plug accessories in to the TV - if you want to watch something from a device you need to cast to the screen. Updated feel and nice furniture. Very easy access to the beach. Would rent again.

Cleanliness issues
Upon check-in we found coffee grounds in the coffee maker as well as old coffee in the pot. we also had to wash all of the utensils prior to using them. Our cleaning fee was pricey and we expected to find a clean condo. I will not book this one again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable.Due to COVID, we did not go to restaurants for any meals. Kitchen was fully stocked for food prep. Check in process was great. Love the location of Phoenix X. Highly recommend this condo.

We booked this as a quick little get away & was very pleased!! This condo is gorgeous and very spacious with a spectacular view of the ocean! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need as well. Will def remember this place in the future!

If only the owners knew.....
The employees at check in were upset at being over on their work time 15 minutes and were calling for another employee to relieve them since a general manager was on property and instead of assisting us with parking passes at 6:15p, she discussed how she should already be gone and we waited on the other employee to come down. When he arrived she proceeded to jump all over him in front of us for not being there as she was to be gone already and how the GM was there and she had to get out of there. We were then given two “temp” parking passes and when asked what we needed to do from there they said they were complimentary because the front desk was closed!!?? It seemed they didn’t know or have anything in place for people to be coming in. The next day on Saturday we saw there were maintenance and painting going to be going on but figured since we would be at the beach all day it would not be a factor. We locked up the sliding glass doors and front door to the condo and headed down to the beach. When we got back that afternoon, the table from the back patio was sitting in middle of the living room and the chairs had been taken through the entire condo and placed outside the front door and put beside the side on the unit with the doors having caution tape on them telling you to keep them closed. Now this we found to be completely unabashed we had phones, tablets, computers, wallets, purses, etc laying around and it could have walked out easily and it would have just been my word against whomever a. We should have been informed in some way that maintenance would be going on in our condo and given the chance to put our belongings away or not book the unit all but we’re not. The work occurred directly over the walkway to the beach and pool and that is not safe for those in the pool area at all. Just feel like at booking this is something that should elaborated on and discussed! I have contemplated trying to find a listing for the ownver of this unit because I myself would be LIVID if their were how my rental

Disappointing
When we walked into the condo we were very pleased.....until....we woke up Saturday morning.....there were men on our balcony working!!!!! Obviously we were not happy....then when I called down to the front desk....the girl said we should’ve been told that they were working on the building....and we should’ve been given a discount....the workers were going to be there all weekend. This was my friends second trip to the gulf coast and I was mortified !!!! I got in touch with a condo owner with VRBO that I rent from every year and thank GOD her condo was available!! I was contacted by the representative with the rental company and she was very nice but the thought of moving again to another phoenix and not knowing what we would be in for.......my friends are elderly and the move was very difficult...and with spring breakers moving in.....well....we were not happy....I do not know who’s fault it was or why we were not informed of the work being done on Phoenix X but needless to say......we were not happy .....no more Phoenix X for us....so sad because we loved being close to Flora Bama and have never had a problem in the past.....Disappointing is a mild way to describe our experience....

Would stay again
This is a very nice property with plenty of room for 6 adults. It is centrally located to many restaurants and lovely beaches. It felt that it had been unused for a while as the ice maker was frozen solid and the floors were a bit dirty. That said, housekeeping and maintenance were both very responsive. Really enjoyed the hot tubs and workout facilities. Would stay again.

Amazing
This was an exceptional condo. Everything was perfect! Every room was a showcase. Modern furniture. Bathrooms were very stylish. Kitchen had updated appliances and furnished very well. Awesome views of the Gulf! Love the chairs on the balcony. Awesome place to stay.
