I planned a mystery trip for my 4 of my best girlfriends. Five of us stayed at this property. We were in awe of this property! It was perfect. The pictures don't do this property justice. The outdoor space is nothing short of fantastic. The pool, hot tub, fireplace, eating and gathering space is just perfect. A well- stocked kitchen. The upstairs shared bath has been updated since the on-line pictures were taken. It is in a PERFECT location. We were so happy that we stayed in Montecito. The house is walking distance from the beach, restaurants, shopping, and the grocery store. In addition, you can get to the bike paths easily (we took e-bikes to SB). You do hear traffic from the 101 but it is like white noise. It did not at all detract from the experience. We had a great experience with the following providers during our stay: Taylor Votaw with Travel West and Co. (concierge services/grocery delivery/local recommendations); Paul Tilson with Appellation Wine Tours for wine tastings in the Santa Ynez Valley; The Santa Barbara Chef Collection for private chef services (Coco LaForge); Emily Carey as a hiking guide / energy work including arranging a sound bath; E-bike rental and delivery from Cal Coast Adventures Santa Barbara. If you are thinking of spa services and/or renting a cabana, highly recommend the Rosewood Miramar which is only 1.5 miles from the house. The best meal that we had was brunch at the San Ysidro Ranch! Fabulous. You won't regret booking this property!

We had a group of 10-11 people. Incredible yard and patio area. The house is super comfortable and in a great location. Would highly recommend!

Great spaces indoors and out, with excellent "open wall" 4-panel slider. All amenities as advertised, plenty to do, places to hang out, relax, etc. Responsive hosts, with minor improvements planned. Close to 101 but not loud, didn't seem to bother anyone. Spacious kitchen set up well overall. Reported a few minor things but no complaints, would stay again.

We chose this house for our family as my husband was recovering from surgery and we just wanted to relax and hang out. It was just perfect! Beautiful house and gardens and lot of things for our kids to do. Great location, the store is next door within walking distance. Highly recommended for a large family or more than one family as there's lots of space for everyone.

This was a very nice 5 bed house with beautiful gardens and a pool plus hot tub. It is well furnished with great appliances.our family traveled from the East Coast and LA and enjoyed Santa Barbara which was a 15 minute Uber ride.our only disappointment was that after a five night stay the manager was unable to give us a one hour later checkout.

We all gathered to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. Property is absolutely gorgeous! Inside and out everything is very well thought of and perfectly set. Location is very convenient to shops, restaurants and beach. We had a perfect vacation.

Our family came for a family wedding. The space worked perfectly for our family! The outdoor space was awesome!

We had a four day get-away with our family and significant others to celebrate a milestone birthday, and the venue was perfect. We had a party of eight--parents, adult children and their partners--and we had a phenomenal time. The house is extremely spacious with plenty of areas to gather as a group, but also with many other spots for smaller parties or individuals to go off on their own as well. The neighborhood is quiet and the property is immaculate and exceptionally well provisioned with a fabulous kitchen, a wonderful patio area with a heated pool and a large hot tub, and all of the amenities one would want for a worry-free escape (beach towels, pool & ping pong tables, bocce ball court, an outdoor fireplace, etc.). The house itself is in a perfect location, where a short 5--10 minute walk will take you to the beach or to a series of boutiques, multiple coffee shops, a farmer's market, and a Von's grocery store. The area is surrounded by excellent restaurants nearby, both for casual dining/take-out and for more formal sit-down occasions. Needless to say, we'll be back for the next birthday celebration!

Had a great stay! Property is beautiful and well maintained and perfect for our family group. The pool & spa temperature was perfect for our Winter trip. We hope to stay there again on our next visit to the Santa Barbara area!

We spent our Thanksgiving at this house. I was a little nervous if I would be able to pull off a big turkey dinner in a rental home, but this house had EVERYTHING! Kitchen was superbly well stocked, the outdoor space was amazing…pool, hot tub, fireplace, and so much more…plenty of bedrooms for everyone and the beds were really comfortable. We are big fans of Montecito’s Coast Village area, and the house’s location was perfect! We all had the best time & didn’t want to leave!

The house was amazing! The location was so convenient to everything. The home was so comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were cozy and had so many areas to gather and relax. The only problem was it was we were not there long enough! Loved Montecito and hope to visit again.

We loved staying at this house. The backyard is amazing and great for a group of friends. A few of the bedrooms are small without closets, but the layout worked well for a quick trip.

Stayed for a long weekend with our family. Had a great time . House was well stocked and spacious with a pleasant feel. Location was great, close to freeway and close the a small shopping center walking distance. We had a great stay! Will come again

This was a 40th anniversary for us shared with our three grown children, their partners and four grandchildren, ages 9 to 14. The yard was just terrific with so many large ares with different activities. The pool was a big hit for all as it looked like a resort. We had ping pong, pool, and the surprisingly popular bocce ball court. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped with anything one could desire (except maybe a few more dish towels). The family room was huge and the separate den turned out to be very handy for the children to hang out when they were done with the adults. It was very quiet which ,when I heard Vons was right there, I was concerned about possible noise. It was so convenient as someone made “a run” almost every day. The town is very charming. One could easily walk there. Also very short drive to nice beach. There is a nearby public tennis court and good bike paths. We were very happy campers.

We had a wonderful time! From responsiveness, the location to the BEAUTIFUL backyard (the fireplace is even better in person), you will be missing out if you don’t book this home! Loved it.

117 Palm Tree Lane is the perfect place for a family reunion! We are six adults with four kids who are six and under, and this property exceeded our expectations. The split-level design, with two bedrooms down and three bedrooms upstairs, worked out very well. The kitchen is well-appointed, and the layout with two living areas gave us the space we needed. The table on the patio sat all ten of us! We drove to the beach each morning and spent the afternoons around the pool. So grateful for the abundance of beach towels! We rented a crib, a highchair, and the gate surrounding the pool, which allowed us all to relax with the kids outside. The only glitches we encountered were addressed. We had a plumbing issue, but the plumber came quickly. We had very spotty internet, but we were on vacation so the internet was not a terrible inconvenience. However it probably would not have been possible to work from there, in my opinion. The Cox repairmen were outside as we were checking out, so perhaps that issue has also been fixed. The interior is beautifully decorated, and the yard is incredible, with gorgeous landscaping, heated pool, ping pong table, pool table, and bocce ball court! This home is resort-like, and we all had a blast! Thank you!
