Интернет ужасный во всей санта барбаре. Отмучались весь отпуск без нормальной связи. Платная парковка -15$ ночь.

The location was exception and the room was wonderful. It is a short walk to the beach and lagoon.

Louvered doors on the bathroom were an odd choice as you can hear everything.

Cama demasiado blanda

the location was great; near the beach and walkable to a few eateries. But not right in the snazzy part of downtown. (fine with me) The beds were comfortable, the room clean. You can tell it's an older building, but they recently repainted the rooms. The pool looked great, we didn't swim but a family was enjoying it. Nice that it is off the street.

Breakfast was referred to as a "grab and go". Microwavable egg sandwich or burrito. wrapped muffins. No fresh fruit. Those super sweet "yogurts" that aren't really yogurt. The coffee was hot and fine.

Location was good…near the beach. Appeared that the Inn had been renovated not too long ago. Funky style but nice.

Not sure why there was $50 charge for incidentals as there was no room service (no restaurant) and no mini bar. Accidentally spilled some water in the floor...wiped it up and the white cloth was brown! I totally understand a fee for pets and appreciate that pets are allowed but can’t understand why this fee is charged daily instead of just once….seems like a bit of a “money grab”. However staff were friendly and accommodating.

La ubicación a una cuadra de East Beach (la playa más linda de Santa Bárbara) . El tamaño de la habitación. La comodiad de la cama, el baño completo. El desayuno que ofrecen. La piscina. Te brindan toallas para la playa. La atención del personal excelente. El café muy bueno, las 24 hs disponible. Volvería a alojarme en este lugar.

El estacionamiento en el estableciomento es pago, aunque no es necesario porque se puede dejar el auto en la calle. No hacen la limpieza de la habitación diaria de rutina, hay que solicitar un día antes para la limpieza de la habitación.

the place was really good! we had a great night! the room was equipped with a fireplace which was very pleasant! the bed was comfortable and the room was large!

the room was much too bright to sleep… this is the big disadvantage of my personal feeling

Very nice motel. Large rooms and comfortable beds. Located meters away from East Beach, where we could see dolphins swimming in the morning. :-) Friendly staff.

Having to pay $15 for parking. It seemed unnecessary. A parking voucher could be included in the price of the stay. Due to the design of the building people's voices carry loudly from the central pool area.

I like the location

I wish they had a hot tub, but not a deal breaker. Honestly the place is great, nothing I don’t like.

The entire stay was pleasant. Clean. Polite staff. Courteous. Ample parking. Felt secure. Ideal for small families and business/quick stops. Cute Retro decor. Lots of stairs and made me think of an Escher painting (retro style)

Maybe a map to figure out which stairs to take to my room from the parking lot gate entrance. 🤔 I felt like a mouse .... guests with bad knees and ankles should be alerted to the LOTS OF STAIRS...and multiple levels. I didn't NOT like it.... but was glad other family with mobility issues were not with me.

Location was 3 minutes from beach on foot. Parking was ample.

Very bare bones and sparse rooms

Good location, spacious room. Very comfortable beds. There’s free on-street parking nearby which helps lower costs. Free breakfast is a plus.

Room itself is a little dirty, could do with a good clean around the skirting boards. Tiles broken in the bathroom, probably due to a lack of ventilation in the bathroom. No air con in room so would be quite hot in the summer.

The staff is fantastic! Cameron was incredibly sweet and helpful, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay!

This was booked very last minute and I think I got really lucky! We had 6 hotels in 2 weeks and this was our favourite room for overall comfort and quality. The Inn was easy to find, parking was no problem at all, we were a 2 minute walk to the beach and right next to the zoo. Staff were friendly, helpful, locally knowledgable and welcoming. We arrived right in the middle of the atmospheric river that nearly ruined our trip - that said, we couldn't have asked for a more comfortable place to take cover!

The only negative point at this hotel was how basic the breakfast was. I know nobody forced us to have it - but compared to the 5 other properties we stayed at on the trip, the options here were noticeably sparse. Not bad, but don't expect a vast menu. I feel bad even mentioning it because otherwise the place was perfect (other than the weather)
