Perfect beach location! Lovely property with covered parking and an elevator that made it easy to access the 2nd floor unit. Enjoyed the Deck Restaurant next door. Will be back!

Early check in was no problem, house was clean, only needed to make beds, which was expected when we arrived 2 hours early.

This was our annual "Girl-Friend" trip. Number 24. Great overall property. Location, right on the beach, 2 pools, great restaurant onsite. Tim's Bikes delivered chairs and bikes right to the property for a reasonable price. Condo was nice although we could not get the TVs in the bedrooms to work no matter how many times we redid the connections, and yes there is Wifi on the property. We think the mattress on the bed in the 2nd bedroom should be replaced. The main bedroom was great. Condo was clean, but we think things like the tops of the cabinets should be done (understand you have 4 women in this condo, we see everything). Was great to have a fridge with an ice maker!! Great view from the balcony. As with everywhere I have stayed, the bathrooms need more towel racks - no where to hang wet towels after your shower, even though there is plenty of wall space. In the end, would stay here again.

We thought 227 was overall a nice property. We loved the view and the location. The grounds are pristine and the people are nice. We felt that the unit could use a really solid cleaning, as it was VERY dusty in some areas. Also, the cable for the bedroom TV'S didn't work. I called the VRBO contact person, but never received a return call. Also, the left sink in the master bedroom doesn't drain. We still enjoyed our stay, but feel the unit needs a little TLC.

This house was clean and comfortable, as well as close to everything. The instructions for finding the place and parking could have been a little clearer. Thankfully there were some lovely ladies outside that pointed us in the right direction.

There was a mixup on the cleaning prior to arrival. Mgr. contacted and necessary action was taken. Everyone and everything was great after the mixup .

The location was great. On-site restaurant was very good. It was advertised as having tv in the bedrooms. However, the service was not working. We tried to contact our host numerous times before finally reaching her. The issue was not resolved the week we were there. The balcony furniture needs updating. The master bath shower door does not close, no water pressure. It was stocked with plenty of items for our stay. Heated pool is not warm. Beautiful view from balcony.

It was great. Very clean, fantastic comfy beds and beautiful views from the balcony. I am a diehard fan person for sleeping at night and forgot mine and they had one in the closet which I was so very thankful ! Highly recommend! The Deck restaurant was also delicious and very convenient ❤️

Beautiful well kept property. September weather was perfect.

We arrived at Beachside Colony on a Sun evening. Upon arriving, we had some issue with the door/key combination. We were given an alternative code and got in! We were thrilled with the condo. It was spacious, had plenty of bedding and towels for each of my family. I had my aging parents with me and they loved the balcony. The pool area was beautiful and clean. There were plenty of chairs and tables for families too. The condo was well stocked and had all the soaps, laundry soap and dish soap including pods for the dishwasher. The property smelled fresh and clean too. TVs were easy to operate too. Plenty of drawer space for storage. Lovely view of the ocean and watching the cargo ships float by—We will be back!

Nice condo, everything we needed was there and then some. Nice view of the beach and ocean. Only things that could be an issue, but aren't really would be shower door doesn't close all the way, could use another towel bar in master bath and maybe shower heads that detach. Nice restaurant on site (great fried shrimp!)

Condo was nice, had everything we needed. Master shower door doesn't shut all the way but not a problem as long as you're careful. Nice views of ocean and sunrise if you don't want to walk to the beach. Nice restaurant on site.

We wanted a condo with a pool and on the ocean/beach with a full kitchen and parking. We got it! Was the perfect place to just live the beach life for a short week. The one local grocery store had what we needed for the entire stay in one trip. The condo was big and the washer and dryer were a plus! We didn’t really head to the south end cause we had a 7 and 9 yr old with us. With the pool and close beach you don’t really need to plan too much. ***BONUS: if you are a gym rat, the YMCA is right across the street and their weight room was impressive. HELPFUL HINT: this complex is fairly big. Be sure you look for The Vue room 227. Second floor. Be sure you know the beach gate code too!

We had a great time at this property. I have never stayed anywhere until now where so much was provided for us right up to the supplies to do our laundry. It was clean, close to the beach, very good restaurant on site. The beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this unit to everyone. We had 3 teenagers with us and we had plenty of room.

The views in this unit were gorgeous! Overall it was clean and perfect for what we needed. My children and I stayed there with my parents. There was plenty of room and we never heard each other from our rooms. The condo was clean but the overall complex is kind of old. I love that it is smaller though so you don’t have to wait forever for the elevator. Excellent pool area. I appreciated that there was actually full size hand soaps, cleaning supplies and trash bags. It was a quick trip so we didn’t pack a lot of extra things. We were also able to borrow some beach chairs from the closet.

Just a few steps to the beach. Loved the restaurant at the pool. The pool was gorgeous! The condo was very nicely appointed. The only downside was it got quite noisy outside the condo in the hallway at night. But, it was still a great place to spend a few days.

We needed a place close to the beach for a quick trip to celebrate my husband's birthday. I was happy to see the view of the ocean from the condo. My son loved swimming in the pools! And the direct beach access was so convenient. It was perfect. The condo was clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at the condo. This our second time here and it never disappoints. Will definitely be coming back

The condo was nice and clean, there are quite a few OWNER things that need to be addressed when charging those kinds of rates per night. I.E. the guest shower curtain fell on my guest head while getting out of the shower. I own vacation rental myself and my guest runs a housekeeping service at Edisto Island and Hilton Head rentals. Missing door cabinets in kitchen. Master bed closet is combo unit storage. Right master sink does not drain and the master toilet tank lid has to be removed to stop it running. Master shower door does not close. Just simple little things you don't expect for that kind of money. Otherwise, the property was nice. I left there to come to my property to check the same type stuff I'm writing about. The owner needs to go spend a few days in their property. Kindest regards, R

Overall our stay was very good. The location was great as far as access to the beach and pools were concerned. Our view of the ocean was as described, and everything is very well maintained. The distance to restaurants and shops etc., was a little farther than anticipated. You can walk to these places, but it is generally around a 1-2 mile walk. We did not bring bikes, so our son and his friend had to rent in order to explore the town. approx $ 85 for M-TH. For parents with younger children, the condo is ideal with the two pools and the proximity to the ocean. The condo is listed for 4 adults. There are only two bedrooms and two beds. With our son and his friend, one had to sleep on the couch in the living area, with the other in the bedroom. This made it a little restrictive for my wife and me if we wanted to be in the living area while they were still sleeping. For two couples, it would be fine. Some minor WiFi issues on Sunday when we arrived, but they were resolved on Monday. Overall our stay was good.

The rental process was very easy and checking in was just as easy. We had a nice view of the pools and the restaurant by the pool served good food and drinks. It was a very short walk to the beach and the beach was wide and clean, very few shells.

Everything was easy, renting, paying, getting in to the room. It was clean an smelled good

The host and location were terrific. However, there were multiple small items that need to be squared away but the space was good and the location was very good. Items that need to be looked into: very dusty in guests bath, bed in guests room not properly locked in place, “john” in guest bath needs work (seat should be replaced and bowl hitting wall and a lot condensation on floor). The tv in main bedroom was not receiving properly. The internet instructions were mismarked but we finally found the correct passcode.

Came down for local Bocelli concert. Location was perfect quiet and nice weather to sunbathe by the pool. We were the only guests on property it seemed.

The property was convenient and the beds were very comfortable. The overall impression though was that the decor and furnishings were on the dreary side. There were no bedside lamps.

Unit was not clean and was in a state of disrepair. Door well on the sliding door full of dirt and dead bugs, Built up dirt on the AC return. Mold in master shower. Drafty, gaping holes in the ceiling in Master Bath above the shower and toilet left unrepaired and no advance warning provided by the owner. No bedside lamps in either bedroom. Inadequate linens for the two bedrooms with only one blanket between the two. While the location was appealing, there are many other options on beautiful Tybee Island. We will return in the future but will not stay at this facility. Disappointing and misleading.
