We had a full house and our family enjoyed the house and location in Seacrest beach. The pool is excellent, and the beach is great - the neighborhood tram stop right outside the house made getting around easy
The owner responded promptly and remediated some pests (hornets) that had just started building nests around the back porch!
Everyone was comfortable in their respective rooms and the whole house was cool and comfy with the 110 degree heat index all week

Location was great. Bed and bathrooms were as noted.
A few big let downs...First of all all front and back doors need to be replace!! I mean if there is a note saying not to open certain doors along with the fact you have to slam each door to get it to close something needs to be done. And a note on a door basically saying if you break it it's your fault, come on, especially when the door is broken already.
The window sill above the kitchen sink was dirty. And the ledge below the window on the steps going upstairs was very dusty, I bet it hadn't been wiped in months.
The ceiling fans also have no remotes anymore. So you aren't able to adjust the speed.
There was only a very small broom and no vacum. Big deal with all the sand. However, when dishwasher was replaced we mentioned it to the property manager and she gave us a vacuum on the spot!
Lastly, the chairs in the bunk room were not there.
To end on a positive note the dishwasher broke and was replaced in about 24 hrs. The communication with the owner and the propery manager was very prompt.

Hi, my name is Isaac. I'm 9 years old and was staying here with cousins/family. We stayed here for a week. Ok, enough talking let's get talking about how good it was!
First of: the pool was amazing. it was insanely big with a lot of chairs ( but when its really busy you can't really find a spot unless you are lucky.) Next, the house was really big. Me, my cousin, my other cousin and my sister slept on the top floor while the adults and my 3 year old cousin slept with the adults. One of the best parts about the house is that the tram has a stop right in front of the house!! I would talk more about how cool this house is, but i would also like you to experience the big panda. Have a wonderful trip in seacrest beach and have a safe trip back!!

We had a great family vacation at this home. The location is ideal to go to the restaurants and shops, and the pool and beach are easily walkable. Limited room at the beach, but it did not ruin our time there. The tram service picks you up right in the driveway which makes it nice when you’re traveling with kids or grandparents.
There are some things about the house that I would like to bring to the owners attention. I noticed from previous reviews dating back a couple years ago that 90% of my suggestions are repeat suggestions from previous guests.
We had to call in the cleaning crew to mop the floors because our feet were turning black from walking around the home. A vacuum on the premises would make clean up much easier around the home. The kitchen is updated and has a ton of countertop room- however, the cookware didn’t appear clean prior to arrival and could also use some updating. The back door can’t be opened, and the front door doesn’t shut tightly without working with the handle. A chair on the front porch is on its way out as well. Some minor fixes and cleanliness issues.
The house itself is very nice and the location can’t be beat. If these suggestions were taken care of, this would be one of the best houses on 30A.

This house was the perfect size for our group of 10 for a mother-daughter senior trip. It was located in close proximity to everything we needed. The house was clean, well laid out and had everything we needed for our stuff. Communication with the owner was great! Highly recommend!

We have stayed up and down 30A and know the area so well. The property owners made it so seamless and easy to feel right at home. From pre-trip and all the way through, the experience was top-notch. We will be back!

This house was absolutely gorgeous and a great location, just a minute walk to the shops and there was live music every evening! The tram service was perfect being right outside the front door, and was quick to get to the house. The pool was very nice and a bonus there’s food and daiquiris right there! My only complaints about the house was upon arrival there was a dirty pan in the sink, the refrigerator smelt a little funky and you can’t go out the back door to get to the grill. Other than that the house was great!! And the owner was quick to respond.
But just an FYI as far as the beach goes there are quite a few stairs to get the beach and wagons aren’t allowed and neither are beach tents, umbrellas only. Which was pretty tough since we had 2 babies. We ended up just driving to Inlet Beach, which was only a 7 minute drive. There you can load up your wagon a pop up your tent!

We absolutely loved our stay at Big Panda, and hope to stay here again soon! We loved the house, the amenities of the neighborhood, and the walkable distance to restaurants, shops and bars. The house was very clean and perfectly decorated; kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook any meal. Owners were very easy to get in touch with if you had any questions or concerns. Just a couple of housekeeping notes for the owner: a chair on the front porch is broken and needs to be replaced. The back door does not lock and needs a locksmith to secure it into place for safety of the house and its occupants. Otherwise, a perfect stay. Thank you!

Big Panda is in the best location of any of the houses we've stayed in Seacrest; close to shops, beach, pool and a tram stop is right in front of the house. Third floor bunk room was awesome. Front porch was a major plus.

Great location, beach is a joke because they take over half the beach with rental chairs. Then they cram everybody else on top of each other. Go to public beach Inlet Beach.

Big Panda is the place to be! We had a wonderful time vacationing with our dear friends in this beautiful new-to-us spot in Florida. The house is in an amazing location with proximity to shops, food, the pool, and the beach. We absolutely loved this area and our stay at Big Panda!

We had an awesome time at Big Panda! The property is as described and the pictures show exactly what you get. We enjoyed the kitchen, the spacious living room and the ease of communication with the hosts. Once we figured out the wrist bands and tram situation we enjoyed the beach with ease. On a note about the beach (unrelated to the property but worth knowing before you go), we were glad to know there is plenty of space to bring your own personal beach equipment if you so choose. Great vacation home for your group of family or friends!

Tram pickup spot is in front of this house. Or walk to beach, live music! And food and ice cream around the corner. Bike rentals and short walk to Rosemary Beach restaurants and shopping. Big Panda, was a big home run for us.

Beautiful place in a great location!
This place was beautiful! The pictures represent this place perfectly. All the rooms are very nice and the kids loft area was perfect. The pool is fantastic and its nice that the tram stop is right outside and will drop you off right at the pool. It's also very close to lots of ships and restaurants. We all loved it

Perfect Beach Getaway
Big Panda was perfect! The host was responsive, the house had everything we needed and more. The location of the house is perfect, literal steps away from shopping and dining.

Beach trip 2022
The house was perfect for our size family. There were 11 of us , 7 adults and 4 children. The tram for the beach stopped right at the driveway which was perfect with having small children and all our stuff. The walk to pool is so easy and having the little grocery a short walk away was great! Would highly recommend The Big Panda

Fabulous find
The house was amazing. It had everything we could have asked for. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms were beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. It was such an easy location to walk and shop, go to the beach and pool, and also loved having the tram stop right there. The owners were amazing to work with and look forward to staying there again!

Amazing stay and wonderful location
Our trip to Rosemary Beach was amazing with big panda. Our hosts were so quick to respond to our questions and very accommodating. The location of the house is amazing, so close to the beach shops and restaurants. We can’t wait to go visit again and stay at big panda!!! The house is very clean, up-to-date, no issues at all.

Would like to see better insulation/noise control as the garbage trucks, reverse alarms from staff golf carts, foot traffic up/down stairs and opening/closing doors woke us up every morning by 7:00. Overall nice and comfortable stay!! Thanks

Perfect location!
We had 6kids ages 12-15 and three couples. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for all of us. The adults and children had their own space. Also, the house is so close to the Secrest Commons that we were comfortable with the kids walking over by themselves to grab ice cream, breakfast or snacks. We rented a golf cart and bikes. We could easily bike anywhere and took the bikes and the golf cart to the inlet beach access which is way less crowded than the Seacrest Beach Access. There are plenty of restaurants and entertainment in the Rosemary and Seacrest area, we only got in our car once to go to The Bay to eat dinner. We loved our stay and will definitely rent again.

Beautiful location and a beautiful home! The area is super. The home is as described and the owner/property manager have been prompt at answering any questions I had. We would highly recommend! There were a few minor things to be repaired/replaced that I’m sure the homeowner/property manager will take care of.

the property was fantastic. it is centrally located to the town + area + was enjoyable to bike around. the owners were fantastic and incredibly responsive whenever the need to communicate arose. my only feedback would be for a small vacuum to be added to the property to help keep the floors clean during the stay.
