Die obere Ebene, die die Wand der Glastüren mit Blick auf den Ozean hat, ist der Hauptwohnbereich, der offenes Konzept ist: Wohnbereich, Küche (Geschirr spülen, wie Sie Delfine sehen!) und Essen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich links vom Hauptwohnbereich und die beiden Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss befinden sich rechts vom Wohnbereich mit einem Badezimmer zwischen diesen beiden Zimmern. Eines dieser Zimmer hat ein Doppel-Queen-Etagenbett (für 3 Personen) und das andere Zimmer hat zwei separate Doppelkojen für vier Personen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein weiterer komplett separater Wohnbereich mit Bartresen, Wand-zu-Wand-Bibliothek, Vollbad und Familien-Schlafraum (Queensize-Bett und ein Doppel-Queen-Bett, Zimmer für 5 Personen). This home is steps from the ocean. The living area was perfect for our ten guests; it never felt crowded. There is also a great outdoor shower space.

The home was perfect for our family! The beach was pristine, the home was immaculate. Chris was super responsive and even worked with the cleaning crew so we could enjoy the home as long as possible.

It was a beautiful spot and home. Even though there were a few unforeseen issues the owners were very responsive and were very on top of it. You can’t ask for a better spot. If I had one critique, it would be I wish the bedrooms had more normal beds instead of so many bunks but we did know that going in based on pictures. Either way you won’t be disappointed here.

When you first enter Luna Y Sol you are greeted by the most amazing ocean view. Check in was super easy. The house is beautiful and well appointed with everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation. (Including a wonderful library and selection of games!) It accommodated our family of 7 with plenty of room to spare. The house is the perfect location, just far enough away from the crowd yet still walking distance to shops, restaurants and ice cream! Chris and Rob are wonderful hosts, they were quick to respond to anything, great with communication and worked to make sure everything was perfect so we would have the best vacation.

This is my families 4th year doing an annual beach trip together and we’ve been searching for a beach house that we can rebook every year- we finally found it! We loved this beach house so much. The owners take great care of it & you can tell they’ve made several upgrades. The front porch was by far our favorite hangout spot, all the updates to it are great! The home is well stocked with cooking equipment if you choose to cook. The home is in an awesome location and not far from several restaurants! We look forward to coming back next year!

My husband, myself and my 2 kiddos stayed in this beautiful home. Everything was just as pictured and described on the VRBO website. The house was very clean and had all the amenities you would ever need. The view is breathtaking from the house and the deck!!!! The property manager (who lives just down the road) and the owners were very easy to work with and got back to us promptly with any questions we had. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting an amazingly relaxing vacation. It was so very hard to leave. We will likely be renting this house again for future visits. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!!!

My husband and kids, mother-in-law, niece and I all stayed here for a week at the beach. We have been to Topsail before and enjoy a lot of things about this particular beach town (the walkability, the simplicity, the nice beach and good waves). This house is RIGHT on the beach, which was wonderful. The view is really spectacular. We spent every morning and evening on the back deck overlooking the ocean, and 2/4 bedrooms have windows that open to the ocean so you could keep them open and hear the waves at night. The house itself has plenty of space and everything you could need for a family with kids of any age like private space for teens, and games and tv for younger kids. Chris and Robert were great hosts. We unfortunately had to bother them over a few things (none of which were huge issues at all), and they were very gracious and helpful in all their communication.
I do think it is helpful to add that there is a step missing at the bottom of the steps to the beach- we navigated it fine but if we’d had other older family members there, it would have been very difficult for them to access the beach. Probably something that is a planned fix already but wanted to give a heads up to anyone with very small kids or anyone with mobility issues.

We had a great stay here, the location was just far enough away from town to avoid the larger crowds but also walkable for dinner. The beach was quiet and the outdoor shower/deck were amazing. The hosts were responsive and helpful. We plan to book this again for next year!

This is our second summer staying at this beautiful beach house and it was just as we remembered….amazing!! :) The house is exactly as described and even more beautiful in person. This was a fantastic place to stay. We had 5 adults and a toddler. The main living area was perfect for the toddler to run around without fear of him getting into a bunch of stuff. Tons of kids books, multiple board games, big selection of books and a bunch of beach toys. They even had a pack n play. The deck was new, gate secured to keep the toddler in, and the outdoor shower made coming in from the beach so easy. The kitchen was great and well stocked with everything (pots, pans, etc) we needed to prepare multiple types of meals. Plenty of cleaning supplies for dishes/counters. There was a new grill as well. It was so nice to be right on the beach and just walk down whenever. The pictures really don’t do it justice. The whole property was wonderful and great for a family with kids. It is quiet on either side of the house. The beach area was not busy at all (week before Memorial Day). Would highly recommend this stay!

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay. The house is beautiful and watching the sunrise every morning from the deck was breathtaking. The owners were fantastic. They made the entire process from booking to checkin so easy. They thought of everything. Although we didn’t cook while we were there, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. We can’t wait to stay here again for our next beach vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us

The house looked just like the pictures. We had 8 adults (4 couples) and we all had plenty of space. The kitchen is amazing - plenty of dishes, glasses, gadgets, bowls. Beautiful modern fridge. The deck is fantastic. We spent most of our time out there watching the beach, if we weren’t on it. We lucked out with perfect weather. Our hosts were very attentive and helpful. They decorated that house with a good eye and a lot of care. 5 star experience! Thank you!

My wife and I spent a week here with our two kids and two nephews. It was absolutely perfect for our needs, especially the lower level living area. The kids used this space in the evening to play games and hang out.
Communication with the owners was the best I have experienced. They were very kind and responsive to any questions we had.
The location was perfect and it was so nice being able to just trek down the small staircase to the beach. Being close to downtown Surf City was nice as well when needing to go out for dinner or groceries.
Cleanliness was spot on as well. You can clearly see the pride in ownership. Everything was in perfect working order and cleaner than many other homes we have visited.
Overall, I’d like to keep this little gem to ourselves for future bookings, but I could not recommend this home more. You won’t be disappointed with the experience!

Perfect house and location for a mom and daughter trip. Can’t beat the location, Right on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Outdoor shower was a wonderful plus. Plenty of space for our party of 8. The deck was great and the view from the living room was amazing. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you needed, but be aware that during our stay the ice maker was broken ( Chris informed me that they are waiting on a part ) so we just bought some ice-no big deal. Also be aware that you will need to download an app to access the door lock, have your phone charged and ready. Overall we had a great stay and would love to rent again.

This home and location is even better then the photos. The owners worked with our weird needs and made check-in and out super simple. We are already discussing booking the same home next year. I would not hesitate when booking, as we were thankful we booked a June trip in February! This gem goes quickly.

The property worked wonderfully for our group of 11- ranging from 8 to 73! This was our first family vacation to Surf City and definitely won’t be our last. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you should need and the views from the kitchen/living room and back deck will be hard to beat! We loved watching the dolphins each morning and boats come and go throughout the day. Communications with the hosts always went smoothly and they were quick to reply. The whole week was a win to our family. .

Our stay at Chris’s house was wonderful. The check in process was quick and easy and communication was superb. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There are lots of beds and a basement area that is perfect for kids and or teens. The views of the ocean can not be beat and we loved watching the dolphins right off the back deck. The newly added steps from the deck make getting to the beck quick and easy. Even for my 93 year old grandmother.

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend and the house was PERFECT!!!! We had such a blast and loved being right by the ocean plus further from the public accesses so the beach wasn’t super crowded in front of us!! The owners were easy to communicate with and super helpful! I would definitely stay here again!!

We have been vacationing on Topsail for 35 years. All of our trips have been great and this property was no different. One plus overall was the location and that view from the view from the deck was the best we have ever had. Another plus was the fact that it is Topsail Island. If you have never been here I would venture to say you will come back. These owners were fantastic to deal with. When you rent on vacation there always are some minor issues and they deal with them immediately. Thanks for a great trip Robert and Chris.

Communication with owners was phenomenal. Photos of the house match exactly to what you get. Location is unreal. Open lots on either side give you plenty of space and no noisy neighbors. We stayed during the hottest week of the year and the Air Conditioning throughout the house was outstanding. The house is super comfortable and functions great. Beds are all comfortable. Outdoor deck is working 25 yards of the ocean. Just an all around great place that exceeded our expectations.

The past 10 years we have been coming to vacation in the Topsail area. Our group is made up of 2 families, 9 people all together (4 adults, 5 kids/teens). This house had plenty of room for everyone! The downstairs living space was fantastic for giving the kids a space to play games and watch TV, allowing the adults to relax in the main level enjoying the spectacular view. The convenience of walking out the door and being on the beach with-in steps made beach life with kids so easy. The house is perfectly located within walking distance to many of the local attractions in Surf City. Chris and Robert were great to rent from, they responded quickly anytime we had questions/concerns. We highly recommend this property. As one of our teens said, “ this is the best house we’ve stayed in so far!”
